    Return Visit

    Return Visit Stayed for two nights a few years ago and was amazed by how incredible the Moor Onsen was. They even had our past stay history on record, which really showed their professionalism. At the time, we were a bit bothered by some odors in the Room and Onsen, so we “cheated” for a while with a newer Accommodation nearby (laugh). This time, we made a Reservation for a newly renovated Room. Bottom line: it was excellent! I’m not really into saunas, but I enjoyed it because you can adjust the temperature in various ways and even listen to music. There were plenty of towels, and bathrobes were provided as well. The only downside was that the open-air bath was slightly too hot. The food was delicious, and the service was flawless. If they renovate more guest rooms, we will definitely stay again.

    Delicious Meals

    This was my first stay. It was a calm and relaxing Accommodation, and I was able to spend a peaceful time. The staff were courteous, which made my stay very comfortable. Each dish was carefully prepared, truly delicious, and left a lasting impression. There was also a great selection of drinks, and I enjoyed pairing them with the food. On the other hand, the Room felt slightly dated in some areas, which I noticed. Also, succulents were displayed in the Room; personally, I feel that having fresh seasonal flowers would add more warmth and a special touch. Overall, I had a very relaxing stay and would like to visit again in another season. Thank you very much.

    Even though I made a...

    Even though I made a Reservation for a Room with a private bath, I had to fill it myself and adjusting the temperature took far too long (normally, with an Onsen Room with a private bath, you can bathe in your own bath as soon as you arrive). The meals were average, but there were several groups with small children and it was so noisy that I couldn’t relax and enjoy the meal. The bed was too soft to turn over; it felt like sleeping in a hammock and I hurt my neck. The window in the Room was small and felt very enclosed. There were also too many steps/level changes inside the Room. Overall, it wasn’t a relaxing atmosphere at all. The value for money was extremely poor, so I will not stay here again.

    The bath, meals, and hospitality were all excellent.

    First, the bath: my first Moor Onsen. It left my skin silky smooth, with almost no odor, and none of the fatigue that can sometimes follow a soak in an Onsen. The meals feature carefully selected dishes served in small portions, making them easy to enjoy. Even older guests can finish everything, and by the next morning you’ll be hungry again and savor breakfast. Above all, everyone’s hospitality is outstanding.

    I felt refreshed.

    Not only was the Moor Onsen itself wonderful, but we were satisfied with everything—meals, the Room, and more. We took our time, slept soundly, and felt truly relaxed. I read a book while looking out at the garden, my husband enjoyed some drinks, and we soaked in the Onsen both in the large public bath and in the bath in our Room—an absolutely priceless time. The staff were also very kind and friendly, which made us happy. It made us want to work hard so we can come back and stay again!

    I felt comfortable t...

    I felt comfortable the entire time during my stay. The Onsen was like a beauty serum and left my skin smooth and glowing. I also used the large public bath in the main building, and both the in-room Onsen bath and the public bath had wonderfully fresh, rich water. The food was made with great ingredients, and the seasoning wasn’t too strong—just right. The burdock root served with the meat dish, along with a balsamic vinegar condiment, was so delicious that I bought some to take home. The selection of alcoholic drinks was great, and there was also an impressive variety of non-alcoholic options, so even guests who don’t drink can enjoy pairing drinks with their meal. The Room was very comfortable, with a lovely garden view from the terrace, and the amenities were well stocked. It was such a wonderful Accommodation that I wanted to come back again right away after returning home.

    A cozy Accommodation.

    This is an Accommodation we love so much that we stay here about three times a year. The usual Room, the familiar staff’s warm smiles and hospitality, delicious meals, and the pleasant moor Onsen—above all, it’s an Accommodation where we can truly relax and feel at home. And the meals, which are our greatest pleasure, are wonderful; my husband especially feels that they have been evolving recently with many thoughtful improvements. We stayed for three nights again this time, but it went by in no time. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you very much.

    Welcome home.

    This Accommodation welcomes you warmly with “Welcome back.” I’ve been visiting about two or three times a year for the past ten years. Thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the staff, every stay here is truly soothing and restorative. The Moor Onsen in the Room, combined with a hinoki-wood bathtub, refreshes you from everyday fatigue and leaves your body feeling light. The two Rooms with private saunas are also excellent. The seasonal meals are so delicious that no matter how many times I come, I can’t find words beyond “delicious.” And somehow, dinner on the second night of a Multiple Night Stay tastes even better. (LOL) With exquisite cuisine and rare champagne available as well, I end up flying 12,000 km to return—even while posted overseas. If you have the chance to visit this Accommodation again, please be sure to see the birch-lined road at Tokachi Ranch too. This time it was winter, but spring, summer, and autumn are always wonderful as well.

    The finest luxury accommodation in the Tokachi area

    We stayed here while looking for a calm Accommodation where two people could enjoy delicious meals. It was snowing on our stay date, but the road to the Accommodation is wide and easy to drive even at night, so I think even tourists can arrive without feeling anxious. ・Room “Karamatsu” It was more than spacious enough for two people, and we were very satisfied with the in-room bath as well. The view faced the road, but we did not notice any car noise. ・Meals Refined Japanese cuisine with nothing to complain about in either quality or quantity. For breakfast, in addition to a set meal, there is also a buffet where you can freely take salad, curry, and noodles, so we never got bored. ・Large Public Bath You can freely use both the large public bath near the elevator on the first floor of Sanyoan and another large public bath at a neighboring Accommodation that is about a 5–6 minute walk via a connecting corridor. The large public bath at Sanyoan is beautifully maintained and not crowded, so you can relax in peace. The neighboring Accommodation’s large public bath is spacious and easy to drop by during a walk, so it’s fun to choose whichever bath you feel like that day. ・Cleaning during our Multiple Night Stay While our Room was being cleaned, we could relax in the first-floor lounge or browse souvenirs at the neighboring Accommodation via the connecting corridor, so there was no need to go out by car. ・Nearby sightseeing There is a roadside station nearby, and there is also a handmade local map in the Room prepared by the staff of this Accommodation, which made it easy to take a leisurely walk around based on it. ・Overall impressions We got caught in traffic before check-in, but everyone at this Accommodation responded very kindly and we truly appreciated it. All staff provided excellent service throughout, and there was nothing that concerned us.

    The Onsen was neithe...

    The Onsen was neither too hot nor too lukewarm, so we could soak and relax at our leisure. The meals were delicious, and the staff kindly accommodated our last-minute change request. With only a few Rooms, there were fewer guests, allowing us to enjoy a calm and peaceful stay. Our child was also very happy. Thank you very much.

    We visited for the f...

    We visited for the first time on our trip to Tokachi Obihiro to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Everything, from the hospitality and meals to the moor hot springs, was excellent. While the facility shows some signs of age, it was impeccably clean throughout, including the guest rooms and every corner of the accommodation, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The subtle aroma wafting through the building added a nice touch. The garden was well-maintained from early morning with not a single piece of litter in sight—herbs, flowers, a natural English garden setting, birdsong, and even sightings of Hokkaido squirrels allowed us to forget our busy daily lives and truly refresh ourselves. Conversations with the staff were also enjoyable. In particular, we were charmed by Ms. S., one of your young female staff members; she was so pure-hearted and adorable that she felt like a daughter to us—it warmed both our hearts! We hope to visit again someday not just for sightseeing but specifically to spend time at your accommodation. When we do return, it would be wonderful if we could meet Ms. S., who will surely have grown even more by then. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us!

    The first accommodat...

    The first accommodation we stayed at during our trip to Hokkaido exceeded our expectations. It was a quiet retreat as part of a large hotel, with access to an amazing shared onsen. The room was spacious, and the meals were absolutely delicious! It was my first time experiencing the moor onsen in this area, and I felt it was definitely worth trying at least once. The next morning, stepping out onto the terrace, I encountered an Ezo squirrel, which made me truly feel that I had arrived in Hokkaido. Although the breakfast explanation could have been more thorough, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, even assisting with forgotten items. This is an accommodation I would love to stay at again if given the chance.

    Enjoyed delicious meals and the Moor Onsen!

    I suddenly decided to visit Hokkaido to enjoy seasonal sea urchin, but since I could only stay for one night, I decided to indulge and chose Sanyuan. They kindly accommodated my request for meal changes over the phone, and from arrival to departure, they provided a very comfortable space. The staff's attentive service, the beautiful room, the rare Moor Onsen, and the delicious food—everything was absolutely perfect. If I had to mention anything negative, it would be that the room was so comfortable that I didn’t make it to the large public bath. Also, the drain in the private bath was small, so soap bubbles took some time to wash away. Both the indoor and outdoor baths are Onsen. The outdoor bath is especially wonderful under Hokkaido’s vast sky. The sauna with a cold water bath was also amazing. Other than eating and sleeping, we spent all our time soaking in Onsen and enjoyed ultimate relaxation. The meals were incredibly delicious as well! The server explained everything enthusiastically and charmingly. At the end of our meal service, we even received a non-alcoholic cocktail as a gift—it became another unforgettable memory. My husband was also extremely satisfied throughout our stay; he kept saying things like “This is luxurious,” “It’s perfect,” and “We should come back again.” Considering all aspects—the price felt more than reasonable given their excellent service quality along with top-notch facilities in rooms plus exceptional dining experiences! Lastly but importantly: upon check-in being greeted by treats such yam-based dessert alongside amazake tiramisu delighted me greatly since sweets happen-to-be personal favorites!! Thank-you sincerely towards every single employee who contributed making this trip truly special!!

    Relaxing Onsen

    Upon arrival, there is a welcome and valet service, and a welcome drink in the lobby. It's nice that they also bring the drink to the room. The room is neither too big nor too small, providing a comfortable space to relax. The Onsen is a moor Onsen, said to be the only one in Japan with ancient plant origins, offering a wonderful bathing experience. Both the large bath and the room bath have a slightly brownish color. I was able to soak slowly and relax. The meals were also good, with both the appearance and the dishes being pleasing and delicious, which was satisfying.

    Even though I didn't have high expectations for the Stays,

    This time, I stayed for five nights in the southeastern part of Hokkaido. It had been a while since my last visit to Hokkaido, and I was blessed with good weather, enjoying sunny days in a row. However, out of the five Stays, only two were satisfactory, making the overall experience somewhat mediocre. One of the satisfactory Properties was my third visit, so the satisfaction level was as expected, but Sanyuan (Sanyuan) exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I chose it as a stopover Stay with a rather indifferent attitude, but the hospitality, service, moor Onsen, and meals were excellent. I even considered making it the focal point of my next trip to Hokkaido. Thank you very much.

    There was a mishap with the car charging facilities on the premises being unavailable. The service spirit of the staff during meals was lacking, leading to an unpleasant start to our three-night stay. Our much-anticipated family trip was ruined, leaving us in a bad mood. We returned home without a word from the person in charge. They do not understand the hospitality business.
