    It felt a bit outdated.

Thank you for hosting us for one night. I will be honest. On IKYU’s website it looked clean, but when we actually stayed there, the age of the Facility stood out overall (the Room and the elevators as well). The faucet at the Room sink was slowly leaking, which bothered me. The staff were kind and provided warm hospitality. There are many international guests, and breakfast gets crowded, so please be aware.

The Facility is old, and cleanliness is...

We stayed for three nights on a family trip. I had only looked at positive Reviews, so I regret not reading everything more carefully. First, the Room toilet smelled (crying). The odor was like an old public restroom and was hard to deal with. Also, the water temperature in the in-room bath was unstable, and my child almost got burned. On top of that, there were several hairs stuck to the duvet on the extra bed, something like a soft-capsule supplement was left on the floor, and the provided air purifier had an unpleasant smell (like “it gets smelly when drying laundry indoors”), so we couldn’t use it. Honestly, it was packed with things I’ve never experienced in any Hotel stay before—making it an unforgettable trip in its own way (lol). The large public bath itself was very well designed and comfortable, but most guests were from China or Korea, and at times we were troubled by poor manners such as people monopolizing the washing area—though this may be the same at any Hotel. In a way, I’m grateful for all the lessons this gave me about choosing Hotels in the future.

    It was very comfortable.

I stayed in June. It was a triple Room, but the beds were close together, and I really appreciated that we could still spread out three suitcases. There is an added power outlet and USB port by the pillow, but they get hot when in use, so please be careful. Also, they have a cover, so you might not notice them at first. The light switches in the Room are hard to understand, and it feels a bit dark. For the lamps, you need to pull the cord to turn them on. The bath area is an Onsen with two indoor baths plus an open-air bath and a sauna, so I was able to relax for a long time. It was clean and well maintained. The in-room bathroom is combined with the toilet. Adjusting the water temperature is inconvenient because you have to run both hot and cold water separately. The washbasin area was spacious. Thank you for keeping my frozen items at reception. It really helped. It’s three stops from Sapporo Station so it feels a bit far, but it’s about a 3-minute walk from the station nearby. It’s also within walking distance from Susukino Station (about 15 minutes), so I enjoyed getting around on foot. I will stay again.

A wide variety of breakfast options, but the quality is not very good.

I booked a high-floor Room to avoid having the view blocked by a building between the property and nearby Nakajima Park, but due to the building’s orientation, only a small portion was visible, which was disappointing. It’s an older Hotel that has been rebranded, but the Room has been renovated and was well cleaned. However, the desk is not deep enough, so it doesn’t seem suitable for work. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but the quality of the ingredients was average; even the seafood bowl toppings were at a level that locals in Hokkaido would likely skip. There seem to be many inbound and group guests, so perhaps presentation is prioritized, but unless quality improves—even if that means fewer items—higher-paying individual guests may stop choosing this Accommodation.

    It was a clean Hotel.

The Room was spotless and well maintained throughout, including the furnishings, sofa, and sink area, and felt very clean. However, at check-in we were not informed that amenities such as toner were available in front of the reception desk; we only found out later after hearing other guests mention it, and when we went to pick them up, the lotion was out of stock, which was disappointing. The spa was much larger than expected with a wide variety of facilities, and we were very satisfied. It was also close to the station and very convenient.

    It was very relaxing.

Used it on the day of a concert. After standing for hours, the Onsen was just what my tired body needed. I slept in and had breakfast at the Hotel; there was a great variety, and I ended up eating too much. One star off because the Room’s washbasin was cracked, and since there is an Onsen, I would have liked one more face towel. It was a wonderful Hotel that I’d like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

Breakfast has a limited selection of items.

There was a limited selection of seafood, and it didn’t feel very Hokkaido-like. The bath facilities were excellent, with a sauna and a cold plunge pool.

The Onsen is excellent. However, the increasing prices each year are a drawback.

    A Long-Awaited Stay

I stayed alone at this accommodation years ago during a business trip. It has a large public bath, is close to the station, and within walking distance to Susukino. I liked it so much that this time I stayed with my family. It was lively as it was the day of the Nakajima Park festival. Breakfast options are available; I had a seafood bowl, and it was delicious.

It was my first stay in a year.

A previous parking lot incident had left me hesitant to stay at accommodations for a while, but the kind and attentive support, including wheelchair and caregiving equipment rentals, truly put my mind at ease. At Farm Restaurant Terra, I enjoyed a relaxing dinner with organic sangria and a deliciously curated menu. For breakfast, I savored fresh vegetables alongside galettes, leaving both my heart and stomach completely satisfied. I am genuinely glad I chose to stay here! Thank you so much to everyone at the facility!

A very helpful accommodation for families with children.

We stayed at the accommodation to explore Lake Toya, Niseko, and spend time in Sapporo. This was our second stay. We used the Baby Kids Room, and it was wonderful to have a washing machine with a dryer, a microwave, complimentary diapers, and barley tea provided. Breakfast was included; however, since it was so delicious that we ended up overeating and couldn’t eat lunch or dinner before, we decided to skip breakfast this time and opted for convenience store meals instead. The microwave made this very convenient. We stayed for three nights. On the first day, cleaning wasn’t done until after 4 PM which caused some inconvenience; however, after reporting it to the staff, they promptly addressed it from the next day onward. As I enjoy running as a hobby, having a large public bath with sauna available after my runs was fantastic! My 4-year-old daughter also enjoyed going to the public bath happily. There are no major points of improvement needed; however: - If blackout curtains could be added around the bed area, it would make using the living space easier after putting children to sleep. - The bathroom door’s noise when opening/closing sometimes woke up our child. - Having an additional washing area in the bathroom would be nice. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

The age of the Facility was concerning.

I stayed for one night, but the age of the Facility was noticeable in many areas. The carpet in the guest room, in particular, might need replacing soon. I had high expectations for the large public bath with a sauna, but the cold bath was small, and there were only two seats in the relaxation area. It seems like the spacious area is not being utilized effectively. There’s also no space to place small items like towels or glasses. I felt it could be improved by considering things more from a user’s perspective.

    It was great.

This was my third stay. The parking lot is paid, but the staff were kind and made parking smooth. This time, I stayed in a Superior Triple Room for three people. It was reasonably priced and left a good overall impression. The large public bath and breakfast were satisfying. It would be even better if there was an open-air bath. Breakfast can be chosen from three venues, each offering delicious options, allowing you to pick based on your mood for the day—a delightful feature!

The bathtub drainage in the guest room has issues.

We were able to leave our bags before check-in. The front desk service, meals, and bath were all perfect. However, when we used the bathroom in the Room once and drained the water, it overflowed across the sink area, soaking the mat. As a result, we had to use sandals to go to the toilet afterward. Other than that issue, everything was great—the night view was beautiful, and I think it’s a perfect Hotel. It became a wonderful memory of Sapporo. Thank you to all the staff!

    The worst Hotel

After check-in, the Room was completely dark. When I called the front desk, they told me to plug in the power myself and warned that using the kettle and hairdryer together would always trip the breaker. The refrigerator also required manually turning on a switch, but there were no clear instructions provided. When I checked the manual as advised, it was written in very small text. The carpet in the Room was worn out and showed significant age. There was an unpleasant odor from the toilet, and the shower turned cold midway through use. The sofa felt damp, causing itchiness when sitting on it. The bed had an extremely thin mattress unlike anything I've seen before; it also felt sticky and caused itching throughout my body, making it nearly impossible to sleep properly. A dreadful 3-night stay—wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Absolutely terrible!

    Old and dirty.

I reserved the highest room on the 25th floor. The night view was beautiful, and the room was spacious, which was nice. However, there were too many negative aspects. First, the air conditioning system operates for the entire hotel and cannot be adjusted individually in each room. At check-in, I was told that only heating is available during this season. While I agreed to this, by morning it became unbearably hot in the room. The bathroom in the room was dirty with mold growing in the shower area. The water temperature could only be set to 40 degrees Celsius, resulting in lukewarm water that made me worry about catching a cold—and at times it turned into cold water entirely. As for amenities, there were only a comb, hair tie, and toothbrush provided—no welcome water despite this price range. Even though two people stayed in the room, there was only one comb available. I will not stay here again.

We stayed for two nights and three days. The room was a baby-friendly room, spacious and comfortable, but we couldn't adjust the air conditioning, which made it hot and stuffy! It would be better if the windows could open even just 3 centimeters. The Onsen was great and warmed us up to the core. The staff were all kind and accommodating. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

    Unfortunately.

I left my luggage at the front desk, but they kept asking for my name repeatedly, which made me feel uncomfortable. On the other hand, when I requested a towel, it was provided willingly, so my experience with the front desk staff varied depending on who assisted me. I stayed in a triple room and knew one of the beds would be a sofa bed; however, there were no pillows or blankets provided. Since it was nighttime, I had to rest as it was. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed me about this in advance. Even with the heating set to maximum, it was very cold and disappointing.

    Snow Removal

Hello. It was my first time in Sapporo, and I couldn't imagine how snowy it would be. On the day of my visit, snow had accumulated, but the weather was clear and sunny. The area around Nakajima Park has many hotels and seems to be a very convenient location. However, I was disappointed that while other hotels in the area had melted the ice to ensure safety for guests, only around Hotel Mystays Premier Sapporo Park was the ground frozen, making me almost slip several times. Even though there is access to the restaurant from outside, the ground remained icy. Moments like these reveal a hotel's hospitality level. The faucet's packing seemed loose; I had to turn it with full force for water to come out slightly, which made noise during nighttime hours. The air purifier displayed a filter replacement sign as well. The room felt dark overall. These small details left an unfortunate impression on me here and there. I did not use the Onsen or bath facilities; therefore, my rating reflects other aspects of my stay more heavily than those amenities might have influenced it otherwise!

    The bathroom cleaning was disappointing.

There was hair left in the bathtub of the bathroom, and the toilet had not been flushed. (There was also toilet paper left behind) It was nice to have the option of Japanese or Western breakfast besides the buffet. The restaurant on the first floor had a very nice atmosphere, and the galette was very delicious. There were many groups of foreign guests, so the large public bath was not very relaxing.

Is there any way to instruct guests to enter the large public bath quietly?

A hotel with a satisfying location, spa, and service.

I stayed for two nights. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff provided excellent service. The Room was comfortable with plenty of outlets and hangers. There were many overseas groups visiting, but there were no issues in the bath, and I was very satisfied watching overseas guests enjoy the snow. The spa was better than the photos. The bathroom and washroom were spacious and clean, with a large sauna. There was an open-air bath connected to the indoor bath, and the sauna was available not only in the afternoon but also from the morning. The cold bath was also clean. The banquet meal was delicious, the service was good, and the restroom was clean. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items, and the scrambled eggs were nicely soft-boiled, tastier than other Hotels. Since it was Sapporo, the negitoro and seafood were reliably delicious. The miso soup was simmering but not too thick, and it was tasty. Since I used a large plate to put soy sauce and vinegar separately, it would have been nice to have a small dish for soy sauce. I recommend this place to others and will visit again.

    Thank you very much.

When we informed them that our elderly family member with weak legs could not use the large public bath, they kindly prepared a Room with a bathtub and washing area. Soaking in the bath and washing the body made them feel good and happy. We will use it again. Thank you very much.

    I stayed in a Deluxe...

I stayed in a Deluxe Twin High Floor for a Multiple Night Stay. Since the accommodation at the hotel plays a significant role in the enjoyment of the trip, I always carefully choose and stay in a spacious room, but... this time, water was seeping from the base of the faucet at the sink, creating a puddle. I reported it, but since it would require repairs, I just placed a towel and managed. For breakfast, I chose the buffet on the first day, but it was crowded, and I was surprised to be guided to a seat lined up facing the wall. I have never been seated like this during my stays, so I requested to move once a spot opened up. It's a precious trip. I hope the table arrangement will be considered in the future. The bath was extremely pleasant and kept clean. Because of this, I hope for improvements. The bath bag was very helpful and I think it's a great idea.

    Very satisfied

This time, I stayed with my family without meals. I have known this place since the Art Hotel days. The facilities and equipment are somewhat dated, but I thought the quick-witted responses of the front desk and cleaning staff were excellent. I would like to learn from them myself. Also, above all, the large public bath relieves the fatigue of the journey, and since it's close to the station, I would like to stay again. I recommend this place.

The hot spring is spacious and pleasant.

It might have been due to the season, but there were overseas group tourists and school trip students staying, which made us, traveling individually, feel a bit out of place. The room was clean, spacious, and nice. However, the part of the toilet's low tank seemed to be broken, as there was a constant dripping sound that bothered me, preventing a good night's sleep... The large public bath was spacious and pleasant! There was also a sauna, making it a great hotel for those who love baths.

I have used this place several times before. The rooms are spacious, there is a hot spring, and the restaurant is well-equipped. The seafood galette I had for breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor was exquisite. There aren't many restaurants with a wide variety of galette menus, so it's recommended for galette lovers. You can enjoy it hot in a skillet. I previously used the Japanese restaurant for a memorial service, and both the room and the food were excellent, and the guests left satisfied.
