    Our staff are very courteous and attentive.

    I stay here when attending night games at Koshien. This is my third time, and every visit I’m impressed by the courteous service from the front desk and lobby lounge staff, as well as the restaurant staff—truly what you’d expect from a Miyako Hotel. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and I really appreciate being able to leave my luggage in the Room beforehand. Breakfast is open even if you arrive a little before 7:00 AM. It’s mainly Japanese-style, but one of the highlights is having fried eggs cooked to order on the spot, and I also enjoy that they offer Amagasaki champon. The Facility is a bit old, but it’s very comfortable, and I’d like to stay here again in the future.

    The Room was clean and spacious. The view from the Room was also great. I was very satisfied. It’s close to the station, and there is a convenience store right near the Hotel. It was very comfortable.

    Conveniently located.

    It is very convenient, within walking distance of Hanshin Amagasaki Station. There are restaurants in the Hotel, and many more around the Hotel as well. We had a comfortable stay while enjoying the wonderful night view. Thank you very much.

    My relatives and I s...

    My relatives and I stayed here. In the evening, other family members joined us and we enjoyed Chinese cuisine. As Miyako Hotel is a well-managed Hotel, we felt comfortable not only staying here but also hosting a dinner gathering. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Night view

    I booked with no expectations, just to stay overnight, but when I arrived at the Hotel and looked outside at night, I was amazed. The night view was far more beautiful than I expected and truly moving. I think this is a Hotel worth staying at for the night view alone.

    This was my first stay here. The view was great, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The sink area is separate, so even with a unit bath it felt roomy. I found it difficult to adjust the shower temperature. Considering the price, breakfast felt a bit disappointing, and since you have to follow a one-way flow when picking up items, it may feel inconvenient during busy times.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    Check-out at 12 PM allowed for a relaxing stay! The complimentary cider and ramune were a delightful touch! Breakfast was more leisurely than before, and the Amagasaki Champon was delicious. The ReFa hair dryer left my hair silky smooth! I also received a pen through the Amagasaki survey and tourist information—what a lucky bonus!

    I was surprised that...

    I was surprised that there was no safe in the Room. The building feels old, and I was surprised at how far it is from JR Amagasaki Station. Haha. It's impossible to get there without a taxi.

    We were very satisfied.

    The room cleaning was perfect, allowing for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. I will definitely use this service again next time.

    My wife and I are always very satisfied.

    Whenever I visit the Kansai area, I always stay here. I usually come by car, and parking has never been an issue. The front desk staff are always welcoming and provide excellent service. I typically stay in a twin room, and my wife and I were very happy to stay again this time. The spacious beds ensure a good night's sleep, and the next highlight is the breakfast buffet. With a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes available, it's hard not to overeat! Though I always tell myself I'll eat less next time, I end up indulging again every visit.

    A Room with a Relaxing Car View

    Stayed for two nights with children to attend the Expo. It’s a bit of a walk from Hanshin Amagasaki Station, but the area felt more relaxed compared to the bustling city center of Osaka. The building and Room are slightly dated, but they were clean and had a touch of luxury. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The elevator doors closed quickly, which was a bit intimidating. We were given a Room on a higher floor, offering views of the town, train tracks, trains, police station, and fire station vehicles, which our car-loving child enjoyed watching in the morning. The air conditioning was tricky to adjust—it felt cold and dry when on, but warm when off. We were able to request children’s bath towels and small packs of facial cleanser and lotion. Breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated being seated in a more spacious and private area, which was thoughtful for families with children. At the station where they made omelets, they also prepared Akashiyaki, which was so tasty that we visited two days in a row. The staff remembered us and warmly greeted us with “Thank you for coming again.” Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a well-maintained Hotel, leaving us with wonderful memories. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

    Traditional City Hotel

    I had high expectations for the name value of Miyako Hotel, but I was disappointed with the mostly outdated Facility and breakfast, especially considering the evolving customer demands and the rise of new concept Hotels. The breakfast, in particular, was underwhelming—bacon and potatoes were cold and hard, and the yogurt was just cheap cup yogurt lined up. Even Business Hotels put more effort into their breakfasts. Perhaps it would be worth researching other Hotels' breakfast offerings a bit more.

    Spacious and clean.

    Convenient access from the station, the room was spacious and clean. Located on the 14th floor, the room also offered a great view. The sink, bathroom curtain, and other amenities were clean with no issues. Although I am a non-smoker and left the room type to be assigned at random, there was an ashtray in the room which might indicate it was a smoking room; however, there was no noticeable smell of tobacco. I would like to stay here again if given another opportunity.

    Stayed here during the Kansai Expo.

    We stayed in a Room for four people. The exterior of the building has a bit of history, but the interior is clean and well-maintained. The staff were also very courteous. We checked out at 8:00 AM on Saturday, and there were two taxis waiting. It took about 30 minutes to reach the Expo venue (it was also less than 30 minutes from the Expo to the Hotel around 8:00 PM the previous night), making it very convenient in terms of access.

    Would like to stay for a Multiple Night Stay again.

    The service was excellent, and the Room was comfortable. The restaurant served delicious meals, allowing me to relax completely. Although it wasn't a full holiday as I had some work to do, the environment made working easy and convenient. I stayed for three nights without leaving the Hotel at all, but it was no problem—on the contrary, it was enjoyable! I had a wonderful time.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    This week, as with last week, I stayed with the "Room Assigned on Arrival" option. The facility is old but offers a simple and user-friendly room. Above all, the staff at the front desk, restaurant, and coffee lounge provided courteous service, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast menu included the local specialty "Amagasaki Champon," which was quite delicious. I plan to choose this hotel again for my next stay in Amagasaki.

    A very convenient Hotel

    Stayed for access to the Osaka-Kansai Expo West Gate. The request for a higher floor and sea view was accommodated, which was satisfying. The night before, I could see the Expo's large roof ring and what seemed like a drone event from the room using binoculars and a DSLR camera! Additionally, it was conveniently close to the Amagasaki P&R parking lot. The parking fee in the hotel's basement was also affordable and helpful. While some of the room furnishings felt slightly outdated, it wasn't a major issue.

    Overall excellent, though the building is slightly old.

    The meals, bath, and staff service were very attentive and satisfying. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and drinks, which was also very satisfying. However, the building seems old as there were signs of aging in various places. The Room windows were yellowed, and there were many areas where the wallpaper in the Room and hallway was peeling off. That said, with such excellent service and hospitality for just over 10,000 yen per night, it is very satisfactory. Unless you are extremely particular about cleanliness, I believe you will be satisfied.

    Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was my first stay. The view from the 20th floor was amazing. It would have been nice to have amenities like lotion. Also, having a mug would have been nice. As it gets colder, having two would be convenient. I was able to relax.
