    The meals are delicious.

    The meals were high quality and very enjoyable. However, the private spa had no security measures, which was very frightening. I was worried because the door could not be locked, and when I left it was half open, so it seems someone entered the changing area while I was bathing. Even if access is time-slot based, I would like the door to be lockable.

    The meals are delicious.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. Despite the busy end-of-year season, I was able to successfully make a Reservation for a private Room with an open-air bath. Although the location was inconvenient without a car, the meals, especially dinner, were delicious, and the wine prices were reasonable and appreciated. Ideally, this place should be visited from early summer to autumn, but the open-air bath in the Room and the family bath at the SPA made up for it. Thank you very much.

    It was the best Hotel!

    I made a reservation and immediately realized it didn't include dinner, so I called to request an addition. The response was so courteous that I thought it was a wonderful hotel, and from the moment we arrived until checkout, we had an amazing time. The hotel staff were very gentle in their service and treated our two small children with great kindness, which made them both very happy! When we mentioned that our children liked insects, a staff member found a stag beetle and caught it for us, which delighted the kids, and we took it home to keep as a pet! They liked the hotel so much that they keep talking about wanting to go back to the hotel with the pool. Thank you very much. The room, the open-air bath in the room, the pool, the private bath, and the meals were all wonderful, and it was a hotel we truly want to visit again soon! The children's lunch-style dinner plate and the adult Italian course dinner were both really delicious (I even snuck a bite of the children's meal). For breakfast, they baked homemade bread for the children, which smelled wonderful and seemed to be very tasty! The adult menu was, of course, delicious, and the vegetables in both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Please let us visit again. Thank you very much!

    2 nights in 45 types of Room

    It is a Hotel with a very good atmosphere. I spent two romantic nights with my wife. Thank you very much! The professional service of the staff was impressive. The food was delicious, but I got hungry at night. I am also looking forward to Japanese-style cuisine.

    We stayed for two nights and three days from the 20th to the 22nd. The fragrance that softly wafted everywhere was very pleasant, and I was very happy with it. It wasn't overpowering, so I think even those who are not fond of strong scents like essential oils would be fine. We stayed in the Mexico Natural room, which was just the right size for two people and very comfortable. The open-air bath on the terrace is kept warm 24 hours a day, so you can take a bath whenever you feel like it, and although it's a cliché, it's the best! The view from the terrace was also nice, and even though it rained on the second day of our stay, the scenery was beautiful and enjoyable. However, small insects do come at night, so I wouldn't recommend drinking alcohol on the terrace at night. Since my companion had a birthday, I requested a surprise arrangement of a cake and a bouquet, and thanks to the meticulous attention of the staff, it went well, and they were very pleased. Honestly, I thought the cake would be just a simple one, but it was twice as delicious as I imagined, and they even considered storage so we could enjoy it the next day, which was very thoughtful. Thank you for consulting with me in detail over the phone multiple times. The large bath that can be reserved by the hour doesn't have any particularly outstanding facilities, but we were able to enjoy the spacious bath at our leisure. I was just a little worried about whether our voices were echoing too much and disturbing others. This time, we only had breakfast and dined out for dinner, but the nearby soba restaurant was very delicious, and the breakfast was quite substantial, even a bit much for someone like me who eats little, and I was very satisfied. With courteous service and communication that was neither too close nor too distant, both of us were very satisfied, and it's a wonderful property that we would love to visit again.
