  Smoking

  I requested a non-smoking Room, but outside the Room (in the hallway?), there were people smoking! Were they staff, rule-breakers, or perhaps non-Japanese individuals? It feels disappointing. All dishes were served within about 30 minutes during meal time. The view is excellent though.
