    It was a great trip!

    I stayed for one night with my elderly mother and siblings. The Room felt a bit dated, but it was spacious, the beds were large, and the bathroom had a view of the sea, making it very comfortable. The only downside was that the mattress on the extra bed was thin and slightly uncomfortable. I would love to stay here again when visiting Maizuru. Thank you!

Front desk staff vary greatly in skill level, so additional training for less experienced staff is recommended. For example, some staff members fail to greet guests even when passing by the front desk, which stands out when others are more attentive. The location requires a bit of walking from the station but is not inconvenient if you have a car. There are also several restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient for those who want to enjoy local cuisine. As an older Hotel, room renovations have not progressed much; however, the musty smell was noticeable and unpleasant. The odor is slightly apparent from the first floor onward—staff may have become accustomed to it over time. **Pros** 〇 Room size is spacious enough. 〇 Ample parking spaces available (though underground parking can be tight for larger vehicles). 〇 Good value for money. **Cons** ● Overall customer service quality needs improvement (some staff are excellent). ● Cleaning could be better (e.g., noticeable hair on floors).

    Located in a regional city, striving to provide the best!

    The step in the unit bath and toilet of the room felt unusually inconvenient. It might be due to the building's age, but it was a bit challenging when accompanying an elderly person. Breakfast seems to be time-regulated, but seating individual guests at four-person tables caused some congestion. It would be better to reconsider the arrangement of tables and chairs. The parking lot is conveniently located on the first floor of the building, allowing you to avoid getting wet on rainy days.

    The jet bath with a view of Maizuru Bay is amazing!

    The Room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Above all, soaking in the generously sized bath while gazing at Maizuru Bay was exceptional. The jet bath was also fantastic (though a bit noisy). It was truly relaxing. Highly recommended is an early morning bath. Other aspects were fairly average. The breakfast wasn’t bad at all, but it might have been better if there were more local seafood from the Sea of Japan—perhaps my expectations were just too high.

    A Nearby Resort Hotel

    I had a comfortable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The cheese in the salad was especially exceptional. The price was reasonable, and I will definitely use this service again. Thank you very much!

    The view is excellent.

    The Room was spacious enough and the bath had a jacuzzi. The sound of the jacuzzi was quite loud, but it was pleasant to use. The Room was spacious and relaxing, but there were cobwebs on the ceiling... Recently, Business Hotel services have been quite good, so there is a slight lack (such as no coffee service or amenities), but it can't be helped. Thank you for your hospitality!

    You can have a more wonderful time than you imagined.

    I was most impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The Room felt more spacious than in the photos, the view was excellent, and the Facility was well-maintained and clean, allowing me to relax my tired body after a long journey. Dinner was a special experience, enjoying fresh ingredients while watching the chef's skills. It would have been nice to have a set of amenities including women's cleansing products. (I thought it would be good to have them at least in suites and above.) It's also within walking distance to the Red Brick Park, making it a recommended spot even for train travelers.

    I stayed with No Meals Included. The Facility was not new, but it was comfortable without any inconvenience. The size of the Room and the bed were particularly good.

    Convenient and relaxing.

    Stayed on Sunday night in a single non-smoking room with breakfast included. The front desk is on the second floor, and after check-in, it was convenient to move between the first-floor parking and the elevator, especially since the weather was bad, making it easy to bring in a PC and other items. The bath was only in the room, and I was concerned about the black mold on the inside edge of the sink. Let's make an effort to clean it once. For breakfast, I didn't have any bread as I prefer rice, but there was a wide variety. I also had curry, which was spicy and delicious. They provided yogurt, dried fruits for dessert, and a large cheese block to shave, and I topped the curry with cheese flakes. Breakfast is cleared at 9:00, but I was allowed to relax and eat slowly afterward. Since I worked late into the night, the 11:00 checkout was helpful. Thank you very much. I would like to come again.

    It was good.

    We used it on the day between our trip from Izumo Taisha to Yamashiro Onsen. The building is a bit old, but it is used for weddings, so the structure is solid. Unlike a business hotel, the bath and toilet are separate, which was convenient. Also, the sea was right there from the room, which was soothing. Additionally, the nearby map created by the hotel was helpful, and it was nice to be able to ask the staff for information about restaurants when going out for dinner. We were able to enjoy delicious fish dishes.

    Second stay. Last time, we had a spacious ocean view twin room, but this time, due to a sudden booking, this was the only room available. However, the bed was larger than expected, which was nice. The mattress was hard, and by morning, it felt like I had slept on the floor, leaving my body sore. It's really unfortunate that there is no large public bath. I always visit a nearby natural onsen before coming, so it's fine. For breakfast, last time there was crab, which was very satisfying, but this time it was fried eggs? Shishamo? as the main dish, which was amusing. It felt like a hit or miss. The curry was delicious! I had curry for breakfast. This time, I accidentally dropped something very precious to me down the sink drain, and in despair, I contacted the front desk. They responded promptly and retrieved it for me. I am truly grateful. Thank you very much. I would like to visit again, hopefully when crab is served for breakfast!

    If Maizuru, then Belmare!

    This time, I invited a friend from Maizuru and planned to set sail from Maizuru Marina! Therefore, I stayed overnight the day before. My excitement was already rising, and I walked to one of Maizuru's top seafood izakayas, located very close to Belmare (just ask, and you'll find it easily), and enjoyed delicious drinks and food to the max! Then, I returned to Belmare, took a shower, and was enveloped in the sheets, drifting into a dream... the perfect trip! Oh, and the next day, I caught a splendid black sea bream. How lucky! Thanks to Belmare and the sea gods of Maizuru!

    The French cuisine offers great value for money.

    I stayed for one night on Sunday. I had a French cuisine course dinner at the Hotel. Everything suited my taste, and I felt it was good value for money. However, the dessert sponge was dry, and I felt it was a pity considering the otherwise delicious dishes provided. The coffee also had drips on the saucer, and I was concerned that it might stain my clothes if spilled. I would like to suggest paying attention until the very end of the course. Overall, the staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were unpretentious, friendly, and pleasant. The Hotel itself is not new, so the furnishings are old, but I would like to stay again if I have the chance.
