    Convenient location and high guest satisfaction.

    Stayed on the Premium Room Plan with breakfast and lounge access. Breakfast included some locally sourced items (squid shumai, Ezo deer stew, Hokkaido milk, etc.), as well as cereal; rice (vinegared rice, white rice, multigrain); bread (table rolls, French toast); and Eggs Benedict. Soft drinks, assorted teas (tea bags), and wine were also available. There was a good selection of side dishes and desserts. Takeaway cups were provided, which was nice for enjoying coffee in the Room. Shampoo and toothbrushes were in the Room; other amenities can be selected as needed from in front of the front desk. The Room uses a card key, but the elevator is operated by buttons and does not require a card. The shower head was ReFa, but the water pressure was weak so I couldn’t really feel its benefits. The ReFa hair dryer was great. The provided shampoo & conditioner left my hair nicely moisturized—high points. Sleepwear is a two-piece pajama set. The lounge offers snacks (Misuzu Coffee cookies, mixed nuts, etc.) and ice cream. There is a coffee machine and wine. Books are available, and it’s quiet and relaxing. There’s no view (no windows). There is also a souvenir shop and drugstore on the first floor. It’s close to the morning market and Hakodate Station as well—very convenient. The weak shower pressure is one drawback, and the sink isn’t ideal for washing your face (there’s a shelf above it, and the basin is small). Since ReFa seems aimed at female guests in particular, this was disappointing—minus 0.5 points. No issues with brushing teeth or handwashing.

    A Wonderful Trip

    The day before my stay, I noticed a mistake in my Reservation and contacted them. They responded politely, explained any additional charges, and I was able to stay without any issues. The cleaning staff also greeted me with a smile, which made it a wonderful trip. I would like to stay again!

    Thank you for your prompt response.

    The carpet had shifted and I almost tripped, so I asked the front desk for assistance (I couldn’t move it myself because of the bed). When they adjusted it, they also checked that the issue wasn’t only the misalignment and immediately offered to change my Room. In the past, I once requested a Room change due to plumbing issues and had to wait until night, so I didn’t expect much this time either. However, I was truly grateful for their prompt and pleasant response. Since it was right after check-in on the first day of my trip, it made for a great start. With a convenient location and excellent value for money, this is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again on my next visit.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    Conveniently located near the station. The only downside was that the elevator took a long time to arrive. When my flight was significantly delayed due to snow and I arrived late at night, the front desk staff were kind and comforting.     Perfect for solo travelers!

    Conveniently located in front of the station, making it easy to travel and shop for meals or souvenirs. Initially worried about encountering large groups due to its convenience, but it turned out to be quiet and peaceful throughout the stay. The free café bar was enjoyable in a calm atmosphere, and the view from the 12th-floor Room was excellent! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and arriving at 6:30 AM avoided any crowds. Everything exceeded expectations for a pleasant stay. However, despite being a non-smoking Room, there was a slight tobacco smell lingering, and there was a faint sewage-like odor from the bathroom area. These were manageable with herbal room spray. Would definitely choose this Hotel again when visiting Hakodate!

    For a trip around Hokkaido

    This was my first time staying here, and everything including the price, room, service, and breakfast was excellent. Please note that the entrance and exit of the parking lot are a bit narrow!

    Hakodate Journey

    The hotel was just a 1-minute walk from Hakodate Station. The night view from the top floor was stunning. The Hotel was excellent, and I would love to stay again.

    Water Pressure

    The front desk staff provided very polite service at check-in, which encouraged me to opt for an upgrade. Regarding the Room, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, making it quite inconvenient. Additionally, having a freezer function in the refrigerator would have been appreciated. The lounge on the 13th floor was very small, and many people left because it was fully occupied even when they wanted to use it. The drinks were disappointing as they were common wines you could find at any convenience store. However, the thin financier cakes were very delicious. While the Facility itself seemed old and had some areas that could be improved, it was a convenient Hotel located right in front of the station with easy access to various destinations.

    Stayed at CABINPRESIDENTHOTEL from Saturday, October 4th to Tuesday, October 7th. The amenities, Facility, and meals were excellent, and the front desk staff provided kind and attentive service with clear explanations.

    A Slight Disappointment

    Stayed on the 13th floor, the room was satisfactory, but the water pressure in the bath was low, making it slow to fill with hot water, and the shower was underwhelming. The refrigerator was only as cool as a vegetable compartment, which was disappointing. Breakfast was reasonably satisfying.

    It was excellent.

    The check-in process was very polite and easy to understand, leaving a positive impression. The staff's constant smiles and attentiveness to guests were delightful. The breakfast was satisfying in both quantity and quality. This is my second stay at this accommodation, and I would love to use it again.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Located right next to Hakodate Station, making it convenient for airport access and travel the next day. Famous local bento and burger shops are nearby, and the same building as the hotel houses a drugstore and souvenir shop, which was very convenient. The room had a view of Mount Hakodate. On the day of our stay, there was a fireworks festival, and we enjoyed the beautiful night sky from the comfort of our cool room. The café & bar may not have had a view, but it offered a good selection of drinks, baked goods, wine, and more—it was quite impressive. The front desk staff provided excellent service with a friendly attitude. A hotel I would love to stay at again!

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Late check-in was not an issue, and the location was convenient. However, I noticed bed bugs as I got two bites on my thigh.

    Please reconsider.

    During my relatively relaxed business trip, I was working in my room in the morning when loud conversations continued just outside the door. Looking through the peephole, I saw that it was housekeeping staff engaged in casual chatter. Even flushing the toilet didn’t seem to catch their attention. While I considered addressing it, I decided against it to avoid potential backlash or further issues. However, their prolonged and repeated chatting right outside my room became quite frustrating. The noise was loud enough to resonate clearly inside the room, making even their conversation content audible. This behavior occurred around 9 AM when it should have been evident that guests might still be in their rooms. It made me wonder if this is a regular occurrence at this accommodation and ultimately led me to decide never to stay here again.

    The snoring from the...

    The snoring from the neighboring Room was very unpleasant. Being assigned a Room directly in front of the elevator hall was also disappointing. The Room itself is average. The breakfast buffet was not bad, but not particularly good either. Since the Hotel is adjacent to a morning market, it might have been better to eat outside. Although I wasn't informed at check-in, there is free coffee available in the lobby until evening.

    Located right in front of Hakodate Station, this accommodation offers excellent convenience with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring many Hokkaido specialties, making it hard not to overeat in the morning. The availability of wine and sparkling wine is a great bonus. Additionally, the exclusive lounge for guests staying on the 13th floor provides coffee, tea, wine, and snacks for a relaxing experience. This hotel offers exceptional value for money. However, there were some drawbacks: 1) Cleaning was insufficient; hair was left in the bathtub drain, which was unpleasant. 2) The number of elevators is inadequate for the number of guest rooms; during certain times, there were long waits. It would be helpful if the two elevators that only go up to the 4th floor could also access guest room floors. 3) There was no trash bin in the bathroom. Overall, I was very satisfied and would love to stay here again when visiting Hakodate next time.

    Delicious breakfast!

    Conveniently located near the station, with easy access to the airport and car rentals. The morning market is right next door, making it great for sightseeing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I enjoyed making a seafood bowl. The Facility was decent. The staff provided excellent service.

    Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to go anywhere. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. It was disappointing that the bar was fully booked when we went to enjoy the night view, even though it was a weekday.

    A clean Hotel conveniently located near the station.

    Clean and tidy Room, well-maintained with clean water facilities. The view from the window includes Hakodate Station and the station's rotary, offering an excellent location. The Premium Lounge offers a small selection of drinks and snacks, which was slightly disappointing. Despite being on the 13th floor, it lacks windows and doesn't provide a relaxing atmosphere. While everything else was excellent, this area could use improvement. Breakfast was also great!

    A bit compact...

    Stayed on the top floor. The room was slightly small. There was a step before entering the bathroom and washroom, giving it a somewhat older style feel. The lounge was also slightly small. During Golden Week, there were many users, and items provided ran out quickly without being replenished promptly. You can enjoy a full view of Hakodate Station, making it an excellent location for train enthusiasts.

    The lounge offers delicious snacks, water, and tea, even though wine is not available. All the chairs are comfortable, making it a very pleasant space. Room bath: The shower water pressure is too weak, and it takes too long for the temperature to stabilize, which can be quite stressful. However, cleanliness is excellent. Amenities: Guests can take only what they need from the front desk area. All items provided were of good quality. The bar's pizza (takeout to enjoy in the Room) was very tasty. Breakfast: While the dishes were delicious overall, desserts were somewhat disappointing. Night view from the Room: It did not meet expectations. As this was my first visit to Hakodate and I wasn’t familiar with its location specifics, I had hoped for a better view; promoting it as a night-view experience might be misleading. All staff members were friendly and made my stay comfortable overall.

    The breakfast and front desk service are excellent.

    I chose this place based on reviews about the great breakfast, and it truly was excellent. Packed with Hokkaido's local ingredients, it was delicious. The room is spacious and comfortable. However, I hope the Wi-Fi can be improved as there were occasional short periods of network congestion.

    Close to the station, excellent location!

    Stayed for 1 night and 2 days from March 19 to 20, 2025. Very convenient location in front of Hakodate Station and the bus terminal for getting around. The room was more spacious and cleaner than expected, very satisfying! Next time, I would like to stay with breakfast included. Thank you very much!

    The location is good.

    Stayed with No Meals Included. The location is very convenient as it is right in front of the station. The Room was clean, and being on the 12th floor, I could enjoy the view, including Mount Hakodate. The Plan included access to the lounge on the 13th floor, and I was looking forward to relaxing with a drink while enjoying the view from the top floor. However, I was surprised to find that the atmosphere and view were completely lacking. I ended up leaving without having a drink. On the way back, I realized I had left drinks in the Room's refrigerator. When I went to check in the evening after leaving my luggage, I was told that the lost items had not yet been brought down by the person in charge and could not be confirmed. I understand it was partly my fault for not calling in advance, but the service was somewhat disappointing.

    This was my second stay, and I noticed an improvement in the amenities compared to last time, making my stay more comfortable. The breakfast selection was just right. I particularly enjoy the salt ramen and have it every time. I was concerned about the dirt on the lid of the water tank of the air purifier, so I called the front desk, and while I was out, it was cleaned. I appreciated the prompt response. I plan to stay at the Premier Hotel again next time.

    Hakodate Trip

    I stayed at the Premium Hotel Cabin President Hakodate from November 5 to 8, 2024. It is very convenient for transportation as it is in front of Hakodate Station and the bus terminal. The room was a premium room on the 12th floor. After checking in, I received some complimentary tea and bath salts. The lounge was on the 13th floor and required a room key. There were wine and baked goods, allowing me to enjoy a relaxing evening. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was firm and comfortable. I was able to relieve the day's fatigue by adding bath salts to the bathtub. For breakfast, there was champagne and wine, allowing me to feel the travel mood from the morning, and I enjoyed delicious dishes. There were vegetable salads, omelets, a variety of dishes, delicious rice with raw egg, seafood rice with salmon roe, squid, sweet shrimp, and more, and desserts like cakes and ice cream, making me full from the morning. Choosing the premium room was the right decision. The only thing I wanted to improve was that the bathroom trash can was small, and when it got full, I had to dispose of it in the room. I would like to stay at Cabin President again next time. Thank you to all the staff.

    Very beautiful and c...

    Very beautiful and clean, and the location was good. I rated the bath as 4 because it was a unit bath, which can't be helped. I used it for a solo trip this time, but I definitely want to use it again when I come to Hakodate with my family next time. I toured around using the sightseeing map probably created by the Hotel staff!! Thank you very much.

    Great satisfaction

    The location is perfect in front of Hakodate Station, and I was upgraded to a slightly larger room. The front desk staff were very kind and introduced dining spots with the hotel's unique city map. Also, the souvenirs they recommended were very well received. I had no complaints about this stay and was able to spend my time comfortably. Thank you.

    It's very convenient as it's in front of the station.

    It is not participating in the breakfast buffet wars in the area, so it's nice that there aren't those kinds of guests. Also, being in front of the station makes it easy to get around. I was satisfied with both the guest room and the service. I stayed in a room on the 12th floor, and although some of the view is obstructed due to taller buildings being constructed nearby, the view is still nice.
