    The location was great.

    I thought the location next to Glover Slope was ideal for sightseeing. It was a bit disappointing that the view overlooked the parking lot, but overall it was a good Hotel.

    The staff’s service had improved significantly!

    I was shocked by how poor the service was during my previous stay, but this time I was pleasantly surprised—the staff were excellent from the parking lot pickup to check-in and all the way to the Room. It was really great!

    I arrived in Nagasaki on a rainy day and was feeling a bit down, but I truly appreciate the kind support from everyone at the front desk. Unfortunately, both Glover Garden and the Oura Cathedral were hit by heavy rain. The next day I managed to reach Glover Garden, but it was impossible to move around, so I ended up taking a taxi back to the Hotel from the upper exit. It was disappointing, but my wife loved the picture book museum you recommended—we spent over two hours there—so we checked out satisfied and took the ferry home from Shin-Moji Port. We talked about coming back next year for a retry. Thank you again, and we look forward to staying with you again.

    An ideal location for sightseeing in Nagasaki

    Conveniently located for sightseeing in Nagasaki, with clean and comfortable rooms and very kind, helpful staff. It is just a short walk to Glover Garden, the Gunkanjima Digital Museum, and a tram stop. The port for the Gunkanjima tour is also convenient—about 10 minutes by taxi and within walking distance. The price was reasonable, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki.

    It was very disappointing.

    I recently stayed at the accommodation after a long time, and as both my spouse and I have undergone leg and back surgeries, we requested parking to be secured. While the parking was indeed reserved upon our arrival at the hotel, there was no staff to greet us. We were left wondering if we had to move the heavy chain barrier ourselves. When I went inside to ask, I was told, "Yes! Please move it yourself and park." I was truly shocked! In light rain, I had to move the heavy chain barrier myself in order to park our car... The response from the hotel staff left me utterly surprised! Welcoming guests upon their arrival should be a given. I was also astonished that amenities were no longer provided in the room! Even business hotels provide them properly—it was truly unbelievable. As you might expect by now, during checkout there was again no one outside. In light snow this time, we had to return and place the chain barrier back ourselves before leaving. Perhaps door attendants have been discontinued; however, care and consideration for guests are fundamental responsibilities of any accommodation! This trip turned out disappointing due to how different this hotel experience felt compared to previous stays. It’s truly regrettable.

    Visited for the first time in 34 years.

    When we visited during our honeymoon, it was called Nagasaki Tokyu Hotel, but the building still feels as new as before. The service, breakfast, and room were all very satisfying. It is conveniently accessible from the tram, and Glover Garden and Oura Cathedral are nearby, making it highly recommended for tourists.

    Great location for sightseeing

    I chose this hotel to join the Gunkanjima tour. As a solo female traveler, I was initially worried about dining and sightseeing. Before my stay, I called the hotel to ask if dining alone was possible, and they responded very kindly, which reassured me that I could stay here with peace of mind. True to my expectations, the hotel's concierge provided detailed guidance on sightseeing and access. The meals were delicious as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of Glover Hill from the window. It turned out to be a wonderful solo trip filled with great memories. My heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff!

    The air conditioning...

    During my stay in March, I didn't notice it much, but the noise from the air conditioning was quite loud and bothersome. Since I had been drinking, I fell asleep quickly, but during the night it bothered me enough to turn it off. When it got hot again, I turned it back on and then off once it cooled down. Additionally, sounds from neighboring rooms and doors opening were very loud. Perhaps it's because the building is old? At checkout, I asked the front desk if this issue was specific to my room, but their response was something like "probably." That seemed a bit rude as well. Since I mentioned my room number, they could have checked for me. It's unfortunate because it's in a great location.

    I often use ANA Crowne locally. Unfortunately, there were issues such as lost items in the Room, a broken toilet, and no conditioner, which was disappointing and uncharacteristic of ANA. I look forward to future improvements.

    The Room carpet and water facilities are old, the service is good. The breakfast is average, but the price is high.

    On the second day, it was raining, but they guided the car to the entrance, allowing my physically challenged father to get in without getting wet. Thank you very much.

    The staff is friendly, but the walls of the Room are thin?

    We were able to contact you before our stay, and during our stay, the staff were very attentive, kind, and wonderful. However, whether the walls of the room were thin or the people next door or on the floor above were noisy, the sound of laughter and talking echoed in the room and even in the unit bath. At first, I thought it was outside, so I opened the window to check, but it was quiet outside instead. The location was very convenient for sightseeing as it was close to Glover Garden. Since Glover Garden was open at night, we were able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. We had Turkish rice for lunch at the hotel, and it was very delicious. It was unfortunate that we were not blessed with the people in the adjacent room, but this is a matter of luck, so I think it can't be helped.
