    I stayed in a Japane...

    I stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room. The layout is spacious, and I like it so I have stayed here many times, but this time I noticed some Facility issues that may be due to age. First, the entrance door made a loud squeaking noise every time it was opened or closed. I noticed this during my previous stay as well, so I think it should be adjusted. The bathroom area was clean and easy to use. The lighting in the Japanese-style area felt a bit dim. Also, the Western-style area seemed to trap humidity, and I noticed an odor as soon as I entered. In addition, the closet doors were stiff and did not open and close smoothly, and the door from the Western-style area to the changing area could not be opened fully. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Tenjin Station with easy access from the airport and Hakata Station. Nakasu is just a quick taxi ride away, and because it’s a bit removed from Nakasu, it’s quiet at night. The bathroom has a washing area, so I was able to relax. Amenities are not provided in the Room and are available at the front desk. Since there is a larger bathtub, it would be even nicer if bath salts (Onsen-style) were included among the amenities. Like many Hotels these days, there was no daily sheet change or Room cleaning. Breakfast was good with local ingredients, but for a Multiple Night Stay I wished there were a few more menu options. Also, it would be nice to have paper coffee cups so guests can take coffee from the breakfast area back to their Room.

    Invisible Decline in Service Quality

    Amenities such as toothbrushes have always been self-service, but now the mineral water has been discontinued and guests must go to the water dispenser to fill up. Despite room rates continuing to rise, it is disappointing to see the quality of these less visible services steadily decline.

    It was very good. The path to the parking area was a bit narrow, but the parking space was spacious and excellent.

    Located in the heart...

    Located in the heart of Tenjin, the area is well-lit and safe even when returning late at night. The Room was convenient with a separate bath and toilet. The breakfast venue had a great view, and I sat on the side overlooking the sea. The waffles and paninis were warm and delicious. One concern was that the bathroom drainage was not very good.

    Family-Friendly Hotel

    The location is excellent, and the staff were all pleasant. However, the Hotel's construction might not be ideal as I couldn't sleep past 10 PM due to loud children making noise. You can hear quite a bit from neighboring rooms, and it seems the floors are not double-layered as I could clearly hear suitcases being opened upstairs. Some rooms left strollers in the hallway, giving an impression that this Hotel is family-friendly. Many guests with small children stood out during my stay. While the location is perfect, I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers or those seeking a quiet environment.

    Exceptionally stable.

    The location is excellent, right in the heart of Tenjin, making it very convenient to get around. Recently, prices have increased likely due to inbound tourism, and there are some issues with manners in the lobby and shared spaces (especially the restroom in the lobby tends to have a lot of trash and water droplets; more frequent cleaning would be appreciated). However, these aspects may be difficult for the Hotel to control. The Room feels spacious for its square footage. The large windows offer great views from higher floors. There are plenty of closets and drawers, making it user-friendly. One minor downside is that there’s a slight gap in the blinds separating the bathroom from the Room, which might require some consideration when sharing with others. The front desk staff and cleaning staff are always pleasant, and I’ve rarely had any negative experiences. With amenities now selected at reception and automated check-out machines introduced (with staff support available), it has taken on more of a Business Hotel feel—this may come down to personal preference. While new hotels continue opening in Tenjin, Solaria offers consistent quality overall, so I look forward to staying here again!

    Clean and comfortable, with delicious breakfast Hotel

    We stayed for one night as a family of three (with a one-year-old). The location was excellent, the interior of the Hotel was beautiful, and the staff provided exceptional service. At the breakfast venue, there were no long lines, allowing us to leisurely choose our meals. Above all, the breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start to our day. One minor issue was that only two towels were prepared in the Room. For two adults and an infant, it would have been helpful if an additional towel for the child had been provided from the beginning since there were only two bath towels as well. (When we requested extra bath towels at the front desk, they kindly provided them promptly.) Additionally, we found that the bathroom washing area felt slightly cramped when bathing with a child. Other than these points, we had a very comfortable stay without any issues. We would love to stay again if given another opportunity!

    Disappointing view from the room.

    Reserved in early February for a stay in July. Despite being on the 11th floor, the view was blocked by garden shrubbery, and only the sky was visible. Previously, I could enjoy a normal view of Tenjin's cityscape without any special requests, so it was disappointing. (When I got home, I noticed that the stamp on the "Accommodation Tax" receipt received at checkout was upside down—perhaps it was done in haste, but it startled me a bit... I plan to stay again next year, so please take care then!)

    Well-located Hotel

    It was my first time in Tenjin, and although I got lost, the underground connections were very convenient. I arrived early, but they kindly allowed me to check in as the Room was ready. I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

    There were no particular complaints about the room, facility, or service. However, I was very dissatisfied with the amenities. First, regarding the razor, it is rare to see a two-blade razor even in a business hotel these days. Since I had been injured by one at another hotel before, I used a five-blade razor provided by a ryokan where I stayed the previous night. Additionally, the slippers were made of thin material and stretched easily, making them difficult to walk in. While it seems that environmentally friendly materials are being considered, please reconsider from the user's perspective.

    Highly Satisfied

    I always stay at Solaria when I visit Fukuoka. It's a short walk to Tenjin subway station, but the convenience for shopping is even better. This time, I stayed in a Quad Room because of a concert at the Dome. A room for three people was very comfortable. It's quite difficult to make a reservation for a Quad Room on Saturdays, but I look forward to staying again next time. In July, I'll be visiting Tokyo and have already made a reservation at Solaria Ginza.

    I have visited Fukuo...

    I have visited Fukuoka many times, but this was my first time staying here with my son. The access from Tenjin Station was convenient, the interior design of the facility was stylish, and the Room was clean with a view of Hakata Bay and Port Tower from the window, making it very comfortable. What impressed me most was the breakfast buffet. It offered a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes along with local foods made from regional ingredients, providing both quality and quantity that exceeded expectations. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Hakata in the future. Thank you very much to all the staff!

    Clean, comfortable, and highly recommended.

    It was very convenient for sightseeing as it is close to Tenjin Station and the downtown area, with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, and good access to public transportation. It was also nice that being on a high floor meant we didn't have to worry about noise. Check-in was smooth, and it was easy to go directly from the Solaria Plaza elevator to the floor where our Room was located. The Room was slightly larger than those in other city Hotels, and it seemed newly renovated as it was sparkling clean. The bathroom area was well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. (The power of the hairdryer was a bit weak, so I rated the amenities 4 stars, but if you don't have long hair, it shouldn't be an issue.) I would definitely like to use this Hotel again if I have another opportunity to visit Fukuoka.

    It was good.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety, was delicious, and visually appealing, which was satisfying. The only concern was the slow elevator.

    Location

    The location is excellent and the service is very good. The only downside is that I opted for breakfast included, but since I stayed for three nights, it was the same every time and got a bit repetitive.

    Located in a bustlin...

    Located in a bustling area, it is a very convenient location. For large vehicles, parking will be at the nearby affiliated Hotel's parking lot. The staff were kind and helpful.

    Deluxe Quad

    It's not easy to find a room for four people, so we stayed as a family before the children became independent. The room was perfect. If you leave during the 10 o'clock hour before the Solaria Restaurant section opens, you can't use the escalator, and it's inconvenient because the elevator takes time to arrive. Also, it would have been nice if there was porridge available for meals. I thought there were slightly fewer Japanese dishes and preferred omelets over waffles, but there was a wide variety of delicious bread. The whole family was very satisfied.

    Stayed for a live ev...

    Stayed for a live event at PayPay Dome. Very close to the station, and the room was spacious and very comfortable.

    Used for New Year's homecoming

    I used this accommodation for my New Year's homecoming. I made the reservation in advance using a sale. It is conveniently located near the station and shopping areas, which was very satisfying. During check-in and check-out times, there were many cleaning staff in the hallways. The amenities are well-stocked, so there's no need to bring your own. On New Year's Day, I had breakfast at my family’s house, so I didn’t include breakfast this time, but next time I’d like to try the morning meal as well.

    Great location and convenient!

    For my first trip to Fukuoka, I chose a hotel that was easy to understand. A must when selecting a hotel is a room with a separate toilet and bath with a washing area. Unfortunately, the washing area was a bit narrow. The TV remote control had poor contact and was slow to respond. The breakfast was also rich in variety and good. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous, which was nice. I would like to stay again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

    As expected of Nishitetsu Hotel

    The furnishings (Imari-yaki) and amenities in the guest room were wonderful and left a good impression. However, I would appreciate it if the low water pressure in the shower, the difficulty in filling the bathtub due to low water pressure, and the fact that the provided slippers (the kind often found in Business Hotels) become worn out after one night's use could be improved. This is why I rated the Facility and equipment as "3". The breakfast did not have a large variety of dishes, but each dish was carefully prepared and delicious.
