    I’ve been waiting.

The service was excellent. They brought the car around when we arrived and spoke to us in the lobby as well, which felt very thoughtful. The view was amazing, but it may depend on the Room.

It was a wonderful Hotel stay.

Perched halfway up Mt. Inasa with sweeping views over Nagasaki, this Hotel drew me in and I’m glad I stayed. At check-in, I was welcomed with the warm local Nagasaki phrase “Mattotta bai!” and even though it was raining, it instantly lifted my spirits. The building feels like it dates from the bubble era and is wonderfully luxurious—an extraordinary atmosphere that blends glamour with calm. From the Room, I could take in the city lights at a glance; while the bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, the space was very large and beautifully maintained. A shuttle bus runs regularly to the station, making it extremely convenient to head into town for dinner, and when going out, the staff kindly worried about whether I had an umbrella and saw me off—truly attentive service. The next morning brought bright sunshine; enjoying a wide variety of breakfast while looking out at a deep-blue sky and sea was delightful. I wanted nothing more than to go back to my Room and stay one more night… but checked out reluctantly. I usually stay at Business Hotels for work, but this reminded me that a Hotel isn’t just about having new Facility—the warmth of people matters too. It was a wonderful stay. If I have another chance to visit Nagasaki, I’d love to stay here again.

    Stay on the top floor

It felt like a Hotel mainly focused on weddings. The location, halfway up Mt. Inasa, is good. The front desk area, Room, bathroom, and everything else were spacious, and I was able to relax very comfortably. I expected a night view from the top floor, but the windows were small and had wired glass—maybe it would have been better to stay one floor lower? Also, it would be helpful to have power outlets with direct USB ports.

    A Hotel with Excellent Service

I was looking for a Hotel with a view of Nagasaki’s night scenery and chose this one based on Reviews. The Hotel was clean, the staff were pleasant, and I had a very satisfying stay. However, the parking is a multi-story mechanical system, so it takes a bit of time and effort when entering. There is also a Shuttle Service bus to the station once an hour, which is convenient.

    A Hotel with Excellent Hospitality

They greeted me with “We’ve been waiting for you!” and provided wonderfully pleasant service. With many experienced team members as well as younger staff, I felt this Hotel has a very promising future. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagasaki.

    Great view!

This was my first stay. The Room was spacious, with a beautiful panoramic view of Nagasaki City. At check-in, I was delighted by the front desk staff’s heartfelt greeting: “We’ve been waiting for you!” The breakfast venue was also on the top floor, so I enjoyed a luxurious breakfast while taking in the view. Thank you very much.

    Senior’s First Trip to Nagasaki

This was my first time staying here, and it was also my first visit to Nagasaki Prefecture. I chose this Accommodation based on Reviews, and my stay happened to coincide with the Nagasaki Lantern Festival, so I was able to enjoy the evenings as well. However, regarding the Room, since it was my first time in Nagasaki, I regret not booking a Room with a view of Nagasaki and the sunrise, even if it cost a little more.

    A spaciously designed Hotel

The Room was spacious with a nice night view. The bathroom, sink, and toilet were combined into one area, offering plenty of space, but the lack of a separate toilet was inconvenient. The breakfast venue had a great view and high-quality ingredients. The slippers were disposable but too small for men.

A classic and traditional Hotel, for better or worse.

Knowing in advance that it is far from Nagasaki Station, there was no issue. The shuttle service was much appreciated. Since it is not a very new hotel, the guest room and bathroom were average. However, the spaciousness was excellent. One disappointing point was finding a canned chu-hi trash under the TV stand. I wish the cleaning had been thoroughly checked.

    The night view is spectacular.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary by staying at the accommodation and enjoying Nagasaki's night view. Thank you also for the surprise celebratory gift! The hotel felt slightly dated in terms of lobby layout, but the staff's warm "We've been waiting for you!" greeting completely made up for it. Throughout our stay, their hospitality and friendly greetings left a lasting impression. The room was spacious with a stunning panoramic view of Nagasaki's nightscape. It was a bit disappointing that the window only opened slightly, likely for safety reasons, making it difficult to capture a 180-degree video on my smartphone. However, watching the sunrise over the mountains right in front of us was breathtaking. I tried to book New Year's sunrise through IKYU.com but ended up on the waitlist (laughs). The breakfast room had larger windows that created an open and refreshing atmosphere—it was delightful! This is definitely a hotel worth revisiting. 【Suggestions】 - While the room windows only opened slightly, I noticed there was a terrace in the breakfast area. If this could be opened during specific hours, guests could enjoy an even more immersive experience of Nagasaki’s night view. - When entering from the road into the hotel premises, I noticed that one bulb in your logo sign ("H") had burned out. Promptly fixing this would enhance visibility and presentation.

    Feel good

This was my first time using this Hotel, and I would like to share my impressions. First, the staff's response upon arrival was excellent, making it easy to enter. There was almost no waiting time for check-in, and everything was handled efficiently. The staff were attentive to the floor and responded promptly to various needs. Upon arriving at the Room, I appreciated that water had been prepared—it showed great consideration. It might be even better if vending machines were placed on each floor... Overall, it was a Hotel I would like to use again if given the opportunity.

    Delicious breakfast

A luxurious menu featuring Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes is available from the morning. The braised pork from the Shippoku cuisine is light and appetizing.

    Business Hotel

The room had a beautiful night view. It did not meet the level of satisfaction described in the reviews. It is an ordinary business hotel. The guests were mostly foreigners, and the breakfast venue in the morning was noisy and not relaxing.

    Upon arrival at the ...

Upon arrival at the Hotel, we were warmly greeted with "Welcome" in a local dialect, which made us feel instantly at ease. The Room was on the top floor, offering an incredible night view that we couldn't get enough of. To our delight, it was also the first day of the Nagasaki Minato Festival, featuring a spectacular fireworks display with 7,000 fireworks. We enjoyed both the stunning night view and the fireworks show. The next morning's breakfast at the Hotel offered a wide variety of dishes, and we ended up eating more than usual! The Hotel provided a shuttle bus to Nagasaki Station, making it very convenient even for those not traveling by car. We would love to stay here again if given another opportunity!

    Stunning night view

I stayed in the Premium Twin Harbor View room. I chose this hotel to enjoy the night view, and as mentioned in the reviews, the view from halfway up Mount Inasa was absolutely stunning. The staff provided excellent hospitality. To have dinner, I used the shuttle bus to Nagasaki Station. On the way back, the shuttle bus was fully packed with even some people sitting on auxiliary seats. Thankfully, everyone managed to get on board, but I wondered what would happen if someone couldn't fit... Still, the shuttle bus was very convenient. The Casablanca flowers in the lobby were luxurious and beautiful.

    Stunning night view

The facility may not be new, but it is well-maintained, and the staff were extremely pleasant. The room was spacious, and the night view from the window was beautiful. The breakfast selection was not extensive, but everything was delicious. It was a hotel that made me want to stay again.

    Breakfast was disappointing.

The staff at the entrance and front desk provided excellent service. However, the breakfast buffet was not very tasty and lacked excitement with local dishes, making it disappointing to have the same menu for two days. Additionally, having the bathroom and toilet combined was inconvenient. While there was a large window offering a view of the night scenery, the glass had a mesh that made it difficult to take clear photos.

I was able to relax and unwind.

We stayed for two nights over the New Year holidays. When we entered the Room, we were greeted by an amazing view, a spacious layout, and a very clean feel. We spent New Year’s Eve enjoying sushi we bought at the supermarket instead of eating out. All the Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming with great smiles, and it truly felt like a wonderful Hotel. We would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki. Thank you very much.

Hotel with a view of Nagasaki's nightscape.

We stayed for one night during our year-end trip to Nagasaki, using the hotel shuttle bus from Nagasaki Station. The Premium Twin Harbor View room we reserved, with its spacious 37 sqm layout, offered a stunning view of Nagasaki's beautiful nightscape. Thanks to the high level of hospitality from all the front desk staff, we had a truly premium stay. We also appreciated the complimentary in-room drinks as part of the IKYU Diamond benefits. However, the Facility itself feels somewhat dated, including the water-related areas, and there was no particular standout feature in the breakfast buffet. For those who prioritize a luxurious hotel stay above all else, this might not be fully satisfying. Considering its location, design specifications, and staff hospitality, it was a well-balanced Hotel for our family focused on sightseeing in Nagasaki.

    The night view is beautiful.

I chose a Room with a great night view. The night scenery of Nagasaki Station and Dejima could be seen through the large windows, and I was very satisfied. The south-facing Room also allowed me to enjoy the sunrise from the warm Room in the morning. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. While waiting for the shuttle bus, I enjoyed complimentary self-serve coffee.

    The night view is magnificent.

The night view, which is a selling point, is wonderful. The lobby seems to be designed during the bubble era, giving a very luxurious impression. Although there is a sense of age, the Room is cleanly maintained, so there is nothing uncomfortable. The only disappointment was the noticeable black mold on the bathroom tiles. I hope they can improve this aspect.

View from Mount Inasa (One of the World's Top 3 Night Views)

I reserved the top floor because I wanted to see the view from Inasayama. We were blessed with good weather and were able to enjoy the best night view. I was moved by the staff's warm welcome in the Nagasaki dialect. The room was spacious enough to relax, and it was perfect. The staff's service was excellent, and the food was delicious. There were photos of Nagasaki city views in the room, contrasting daytime and night views, which was nice. The shuttle bus from the hotel (Nagasaki Station and Ropeway) was very helpful. I would like to use it again.

    Wonderful

All the staff members were very kind and provided pleasant service. At check-in, they helped park the car in the multi-story parking lot, which was very helpful. The handover was smooth, and during check-out, the staff brought the car out for us as well. The Japanese-style Room had a cypress bath, allowing us to relax comfortably. The breakfast venue was on the top floor with a great view, and the food was very delicious—especially the "Soppu," a Nagasaki specialty, which was exquisite. Everything was truly wonderful from start to finish. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back to stay again.

It is a Hotel with beautiful night views.

The entrance was clean, and as it is a Hotel on a hill, the Shuttle Service bus felt a bit like an attraction? Not in a bad way. The staff were very nice. I think I stayed on the 6th floor, and while the right side offered a view of the night scenery, the left side faced the Hotel building, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the shop was a bit underwhelming. It seemed like the convenience store was quite far, and the steep ups and downs made me give up on going. It's better to buy what you need at night in town beforehand. Additionally, the Room felt a bit old, but considering the price balance, I think it was good.
