    Overall, I am satisfied.

    We stayed for one night again this year along with golf. There were three stink bugs in the room, which is understandable given the environment, but we couldn't just call the front desk for bugs... We struggled and got them out from the balcony. It would be nice to have spray in the room. I understand the eco perspective, but the amenities haven't changed, which is a bit disappointing for women. We have to bring almost everything ourselves, which increases our luggage. The meals were buffets for both breakfast and dinner, and while the variety wasn't extensive, they were delicious. The morning checkout was too crowded, so it would be nice to have an automatic machine in the future. It was more crowded than last year, but since the guests were mostly adults, we could relax and enjoy our stay. It's very convenient for staying and playing golf.

    The view from the window is wonderful.

    The building is old but has a nice atmosphere, and the view of the Daihakone course from the Room window was lovely. It felt like efforts were made to keep it clean, which was appreciated. The staff were well-trained, allowing for a pleasant stay. As we planned to play at Daihakone the next day, the service was very attentive, with arrangements made to send our caddy bags from the Hotel and being informed about food allergies. However, it seemed that we coincided with a group from overseas and a company trip from within the country, resulting in drunken people making a lot of noise in front of the Room until 2 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. The walls were thin, and we could hear the voices from the next Room, which was very distressing. It seemed there were only a few individual guests, so I wish we hadn't been placed in a location where many people passed by the Room, like in front of the elevator. The main dining area was reserved separately from the group guests, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely meal. The French course meal was orthodox, but the presentation was creative and enjoyable. The wine served with the pairing was ordinary, but the dessert wine was delicious. I would like to visit again if consideration is given to the Room's location.

    High level of service

    The staff's courteous and concise service made for a pleasant stay. They recognized individual guests, which made the service feel connected to my previous visit. The on-demand Shuttle Service to Sengokuhara Bus Stop was convenient and helpful for sightseeing at the Susuki Grass Fields. The dining room features large floor-to-ceiling windows with wide spans on both sides, consisting of three single-pane glass windows, offering a broad view of the Hakone Outer Rim Mountains, including Mount Kintoki and Otome Pass, with the golf course in the foreground. The staff's attentiveness contributed to a pleasant dining experience, which was a highlight of the stay.

    The service is wonderful.

    The building is a bit old, but it is well-constructed, spacious, and relaxing. The customer service is indeed what you would expect from Prince, and we enjoyed the conversation during meals. The meals, especially breakfast, were plentiful and satisfactory. Despite the typhoon-like weather, it was interesting to watch the mountains appear and disappear through the mist and clouds from the large windows. I thought it would be more convenient if the amenities matched the room, and there was quite a bit of dust accumulated on the hinges of the entrance door, so I gave it 4 stars. I would like to visit again when the weather is nice.
