    I believe this Hotel is the No. 1 in the Ebina area for Facility and service.

    I’ve been using it for a long time, and I believe it is managed exceptionally well—far superior to Tabo Facility.

    This is an older Hotel.

    I expected a prestigious Hotel since it can also host weddings. I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking Room and asked if it could be changed, but the staff member who helped me was a foreigner and said they didn’t understand. A woman who seemed to be their supervisor was instructing them, and I overheard things like “You don’t need to say this” and “It will be a lower grade,” and I was charged an additional 3,000 yen, which left me feeling uneasy. The Room was on the top floor, but it smelled of cigarettes... There was also mold in the bathroom, so it didn’t feel very clean. The amenities were POLA, including toner, emulsion, makeup remover, and facial cleanser, plus mouthwash and bath salts, which was nice. I might use this Accommodation if nothing else is available, but I’d prefer to avoid it if possible.

    It was great.

    My daughter and I stayed here together. Only a universal-type non-smoking Room was available, so we made a Reservation for this Room. At check-in, the staff explained the features of the universal-type Room, so we were able to use it without any confusion. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Always a favorite.

    I had a very good sleep, which is rare for me as I usually struggle with beds. This Hotel always provides a great night's sleep (the bed doesn't sink too much), and I truly appreciate it. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The omelet was amazing—probably one of the best I've ever had. There were more food options than I expected, and I was very satisfied (I even ate too much). Thank you for the wonderful meal! However, I did notice some dirt in the toilet and on the bathroom curtain when I first arrived at my Room, which made me wonder if I'd chosen the right Hotel. But as time passed, I felt glad that I'd stayed here after all. I'm happy with my choice to stay at this Hotel. It turned out to be an enjoyable experience. Thank you for taking care of me!

    Rembrandt is an accommodation I frequently use. Thank you always for your excellent customer service. While I am satisfied with the hospitality, the facilities and equipment, especially issues with water-related areas and aging, have prevented me from giving a fully satisfactory rating. In particular, regarding the suite room, despite paying a high accommodation fee, the glass door hinge of the shower room is misaligned, causing the glass to hit and potentially break due to aging. Additionally, there are drainage issues in washbasins and some double rooms' bathrooms. It seems necessary to conduct a thorough inspection of all water-related areas throughout the facility. Since opening as another hotel under a different company 34 years ago when I first came to Ebina and later becoming Rembrandt Hotel, significant aging must have occurred over time. The suite room remains my favorite room. I hope to continue staying here in the future; therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider conducting a comprehensive inspection of drainage systems and related areas. Thank you very much for your attention to this matter!

    Used for supporting my favorite activities.

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and the service was polite and excellent. However, I was disappointed by the severe stains on the toilet bowl, which surprised me. I have stayed at many Hotels with older Facilities, but this was the worst I have seen. While it seems cleaning is being done, I believe replacing the toilet would be better if it has become that dirty.

    The breakfast was delicious. The on-site cooking is a great idea compared to a Business Hotel. It would be even better with more variety. Since it is part of the service, the breakfast fee should be reconsidered.

    4-Night Stay Review

    It is an ordinary Hotel. The age of the water-related Facility cannot be denied. The guest room is average. The chair was too soft, making it difficult for remote work. The internet was too slow and frequently disconnected, which needs improvement.

    Guest registration cards must be handwritten each time.

    Not a bad Business Hotel, but it's rare for IKYU to require filling out a guest card every time. This is my third stay this year, and I have to fill it out again? At our Hotel, all non-members are required to fill it out by hand. Come to think of it, I am a member. It seems like there’s no effort in customer management.

    It was a good Hotel.

    I will choose this Hotel for future stays in the Ebina area. It is conveniently located near the Ken-O Expressway Ebina Interchange and Ebina Station, making it easy to access without any issues. The underground parking lot is spacious, making it convenient to park a car. However, I have one suggestion: I had breakfast at the buffet, but I felt that the flow could be improved slightly. Since it's a buffet, trays should ideally be picked up first; however, they were not visible near the entrance. This made it difficult to pick up a tray and move along the wall while selecting food items. Additionally, some of the lids on food warmers did not stay open halfway through and required full opening to access food inside. This posed challenges for shorter individuals who might struggle to reach or operate them with one hand while holding a tray in another hand. Providing a stand for trays or lowering table heights might help improve usability. Also, regarding Japanese-style breakfast: The ladle provided for miso soup was narrow-tipped compared to the small teacup-sized bowls available for serving soup; this made pouring difficult. Using standard-sized bowls would make it much easier. Aside from these points about dining, everything else was excellent at this Hotel!

    First Hotel, Okura, Rembrandt - I have stayed here even as management has changed. The building and rooms are well-maintained, so I can stay with peace of mind.

    A reliable Hotel.

    This hotel, highly rated in reviews, was chosen as our accommodation for exploring Ebina. Although I had rarely visited Ebina before, the hotel was easy to locate. The facility is not new and has a nostalgic Showa-era atmosphere, but it was well-cleaned and provided a comfortable stay, which might be one of its high-rated points. The staff also responded kindly to our pre-stay requests, which we greatly appreciated. The bathroom was a three-piece unit but spacious enough and very convenient to use. Despite the weather not being favorable during our stay, we had a pleasant time. Ebina itself is a lively city with plenty of commercial facilities and an enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you very much!

    I slept well.

    The bed provided a great sleep even for someone like me who usually lacks rest. The heater in the Room was helpful as the air conditioning felt cold during the seasonal transition.

    We stayed here as a family.

    I had high expectations for the breakfast based on the website, but I was disappointed that the number of dishes was about half of what I expected. However, the food was delicious. The Facility is luxurious for the Ebina area, and the cleanliness was impeccable, so there were no issues. Thank you for taking care of us.

    A hotel I want to use with meals included

    I used the plan that included dinner at the Japanese restaurant "Shiki." The atmosphere was calm, the tables were spacious, and I was able to enjoy my meal leisurely. The kamameshi set meal was very satisfying as it was served as a course with tempura and sashimi in addition to the kamameshi. It's nice that the content changes with the seasons. The breakfast used a lot of local ingredients and was very delicious. While the cold dishes were plentiful, the hot dishes were somewhat limited in variety, and the menu felt almost the same as when I used it before. There were both pleasing and disappointing aspects to the consistent content, leaving a slightly unsatisfactory impression. If there are few repeat customers, it might be fine, but for those who use it repeatedly, the excitement diminishes. However, everything tasted good, and I felt they were using fresh ingredients. I hope that new Ebina ingredients will be incorporated on my next visit. The hotel room offers a view of the city of Ebina and provides a comfortable stay. When combined with the wonderful meals, the stay becomes even more satisfying. It's a hotel I would like to use again.
