    It was very good.

There is a large parking lot right in the heart of the city, and when I entered the Room, I could see Tokyo Tower. The staff were also kind, and it was truly wonderful and moving. Since Tokyo Tower is within walking distance, I went out to visit at night. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious.

The Tokyo Prince Hotel I had always dreamed of. My stay was even better than expected.

I had used this Hotel a couple of times before for day use, but staying overnight was truly something special. The tower view was wonderful—you can see not only what’s right below you, but the entire panorama clearly. In a good way, it was different from the photos. And since I always chose a Room with a tower view, it might even have been the same Room as in my memories… I was so happy. As this is a historic Hotel, there are some older Facilities, but the comfort more than made up for it. Even though it’s high-class, having a microwave in the elevator hall felt very thoughtful—there must be many business travelers as well! I was also surprised by how many ingredients were in the fried rice at the Chinese restaurant, and the terrace projection mapping—and breakfast… The taste, variety, and uniqueness were all on another level. I made new memories and would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Relax in a classic Hotel

Opening the door while taking in the stately presence of the building from 1964, we were welcomed into a calm and wonderful lobby. We stayed with breakfast and dinner included, and at Dining Porto we were seated by the window with plenty of space. As night fell and the lights of Tokyo Tower came on, the atmosphere—and the cuisine, flavors, and presentation—were all outstanding. Late check-out was also generously accommodated, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy an unhurried escape from everyday life. Thank you to all the staff who took care of us.

Used to celebrate my child’s graduation ceremony.

We used a restaurant at Tokyo Prince Hotel for a celebratory dinner after our child’s university graduation. Since we were there anyway, my spouse and I decided to stay one night at the same Hotel for the first time (in a suite Room). We have stayed at Prince Hotels several times before, so compared with that image, there were a few points that stood out. (There are many types within the Prince brand so it’s not a simple comparison, but here I’m comparing suite Rooms.) Disappointing points: 1) No drinks were provided in the refrigerator. 2) There was no hairbrush or razor in the Room. 3) No room service. 4) As it is a classic Room, the bathroom area and amenities felt dated; I was surprised by how loud the toilet flush sound was. 5) The service benefits shown on IKYU’s Reservation page were not prepared (it’s unclear whether this was an error on IKYU’s side or the Hotel’s). However, when I called the front desk, they handled it promptly and resolved the issue. 6) Before reaching the Room, there are several banquet waiting rooms, and the corridor leading to the suite Rooms did not have a pleasant atmosphere. Good points: 1) The Room was spacious enough. 2) The restaurant service quality was good. 3) The lobby has a simple yet nicely classic feel. Overall: I would return to use the restaurant again, but unfortunately I may not repeat staying in a suite Room.

A well-located Hotel with close-up views of Tokyo Tower

I stayed at this Hotel because I wanted to see Tokyo Tower up close. The lobby felt luxurious, and the guest room was clean and comfortable. It was also convenient that each floor has a microwave and an ice machine. Also, since the day I stayed happened to be election day, I saw many people in the lobby and around the building who seemed to be broadcast staff and politicians, which was a rare experience you don’t often get. A couple of things to note: the walls seemed a bit thin, so it was easy to hear noise from the next room. Also, at 5:30 a.m., Zojoji Temple’s bell rang eight times, which unexpectedly woke me up early. As for location, it’s within walking distance of Shiba Park and Azabudai Hills, which is very convenient. It was a user-friendly Hotel as a base for sightseeing, letting you enjoy being close to Tokyo Tower throughout your stay.

We were very satisfied with the excellent service.

We stayed here for our child’s entrance exam. The location, the atmosphere throughout the hotel, and the service were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious as well. However, the room walls are thin, so we could clearly hear the neighboring room’s laughter and conversations, which was disappointing. (I’m glad it was on the day after the exam.) Other than that, we were completely satisfied.

Staying in the Royal Suite at this historic Hotel was a wonderful experience.

The grounds were spacious, and both the parking area and lobby felt open and relaxing—an impressively luxurious design right in the heart of the city. With its long history, it had a sense of dignity that newly built Hotels simply can’t replicate. The location was excellent, with easy access from multiple stations and a great view of Tokyo Tower from below. The Room felt well maintained yet clearly well lived-in over time, giving a real sense of history. Having a kitchen was very convenient, and the chandelier added an elegant touch to the interior. There were sinks for handwashing in several places throughout the Room, which was very handy. The staff’s effort came through, but compared with other Prince properties or newer nearby Hotels, it fell slightly short. I was happy to receive a congratulatory message card and gift from the General Manager. The eco-friendly amenities and loungewear were also nice. It was convenient to have a convenience store on-site, though it was a bit disappointing that the underground shopping mall felt run down. Both Japanese Restaurant Shimizu and the bakery were delicious—I really enjoyed the food. It was a memorable stay that blended classic charm with modern touches.

The chic and calm 60s-style interior was delightful. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The Pikake cake and tea, especially the Pikake original tea, were incredibly delicious, and the Prince cookies I purchased were also tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner at Shimizu while admiring the view of Tokyo Tower, and breakfast with freshly made pancakes was excellent as well. Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple are within walking distance, and Hamamatsucho Station is just over 10 minutes away, making it very convenient.

    Nice to meet you.

I chose to stay here to experience Christmas in Tokyo. The cake was delicious, and it became a wonderful memory. We stayed as a couple, but there was only one set of room wear. However, when I requested an additional set, it arrived promptly—thank you for the thoughtful service!

    A Historic and Traditional Hotel

I stayed at this accommodation for a dinner show. While the property has a historical charm, it was clean, and the deluxe room was spacious and convenient. The lobby had an impressive atmosphere. Although the deluxe room did not offer a view of Tokyo Tower, my companions stayed on the tower side, and I had the chance to enjoy their stunning view at night. I did not use the restaurant, but the meal served at the dinner show venue was very delicious. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the safe in my room—it wasn't functioning properly, so I had to leave my valuables at reception. This caused some inconvenience as I discovered it just before leaving my room after getting ready. Although I booked this room to enjoy a relaxed time before attending the event, dealing with repairs that couldn't be completed and arranging for valuables storage made things hectic and wasted valuable time. It seemed like this safe issue might have been ongoing for some time, which was slightly disappointing.

    Stayed in a room wit...

Stayed in a room with a view of Tokyo Tower. Included champagne. Indeed, Tokyo Tower is very close and visible, but the window is not large. It’s not a wall-to-wall window; only part of it is a window, so you can’t see Tokyo Tower while lying on the bed. You can only see it when you approach the window, which was disappointing—minus one point for that. Also, since the floor level was low, many white buildings in front obstructed the view. Perhaps an upper floor would have been better. The champagne (Nicolas Feuillatte) was delicious. The lobby area on the first floor is luxurious with lovely room fragrance and an impressive Christmas tree. Although the building itself is old, service was very attentive and gave off the feel of a classic luxury hotel.

    Deluxe Twin

The location was excellent, and Tokyo Tower and the autumn leaves were beautiful. Since it was a stay for two people, the spacious room was great. During the heating season, there were no humidifiers or air purifiers, so we requested a humidifier to be brought to us. There was a portion-style coffee maker, but perhaps due to incorrect usage, we couldn't use it.

    Consistent quality.

I chose this accommodation for its convenience in preparing for the next day's plans. While the facilities are admittedly a bit dated, the front desk's response during late check-out inquiries and the bell desk's assistance with luggage shipping were exceptionally polite, making my stay very pleasant. As expected from Prince Hotel, their consistent service across all facilities ensures a reliable and comfortable experience. Additionally, I was lucky to have a room with a view of Tokyo Tower this time!

The Tokyo Tower view was amazing, and it turned out to be a wonderful trip for my mother with limited mobility! Thank you so much! Amenities were available in the spacious and luxurious lobby, which made me feel very excited! This site is very user-friendly, and making a Reservation was simple and convenient!

    A serene ambiance

The facility is aged but clean and comfortable. The marble flooring in the room's bathroom area was particularly pleasant. The large window frames in the room provided a beautiful view of the night scenery. The shuttle service was convenient and helpful. Breakfast felt standard, but the fresh fruits were very delicious.

    History

A hotel that undeniably carries a sense of history, for better or worse. The facilities cannot be described as pristine, but they are reasonably well-maintained and have a certain charm. While the location doesn't offer many entertainment options nearby, its proximity to Tokyo Tower is a strong selling point. We hope it continues to evolve into a classic hotel while coexisting harmoniously with Park Tower.

    Check-in Assistance

I arrived at the lobby around 3:00 PM, only to find a queue of about 10 groups already waiting. While it’s common for accommodations to experience congestion right after check-in starts, this hotel failed to increase counter staff during peak hours. The time taken per group was excessively long, resulting in a 30-minute wait. Although one additional staff member was added midway, it was insufficient. If they anticipated the crowd, they should have increased staff from 3:00 PM onwards. Additionally, there was one staff member at the front of the line providing guidance, but their role seemed unnecessary (simply directing guests to available counters). During busy times like this, priority should be given to opening more counters. While I could reluctantly accept this as a staffing issue, what stood out more was that other hotel staff outside of reception appeared indifferent—some were seen chatting and laughing while walking around despite guests waiting in line for over half an hour in the lobby. This gave an impression of apathy among all hotel employees. Prince Hotels often have a more relaxed image compared to other brands; however, there are areas where such leniency is unacceptable. It felt as though guests were expected to adjust entirely to the pace of employees and that waiting indefinitely was considered normal. After being made to wait for 30 minutes at check-in, I also experienced issues such as not being informed about parking (an oversight), which led me later in the evening—when going out by car—to queue again at reception just to pay parking fees. Furthermore, despite confirming during check-in my prior request for a diaper disposal bin for my child’s room use—it wasn’t provided upon arrival in our room—a major disappointment. The stay included access under a pool plan; however, especially within children’s pool areas under extreme heat conditions—the water temperature resembled bathwater due largely because mid-operation spraying water into pools inexplicably ceased without explanation from attending personnel worsening overall experience quality relative premium pricing paid towards services rendered here too! Breakfast alone proved satisfying delicious yet overall two-day visit left far below expectations failing deliver anything resembling proper hospitality standards deserving mention!

    It was very enjoyable.

I came here with my grandchildren to create summer vacation memories. It was their first time in Tokyo, so they were amazed by many things, but they were especially satisfied with the spacious Room and the delicious breakfast. We will come again.

The bathroom sink water is not running!

    1) The water in the washroom is not running! The water in the washroom on the sofa room side is not running. The faucet only turns to the left, and only hot water comes out forcefully. Water can only be accessed by lifting it straight up, but even then, very little comes out. Unable to fill a glass with water or brush teeth, I had to move to the washroom in the adjacent bedroom Room. In this room as well, hot water flows strongly from the faucet, but cold water is weak when it does come out. I managed to fill a glass with some water here and rinse my mouth. Faucet repair and improvement are necessary. 2) Shower water spills onto the floor. Water from the shower spills into adjacent areas, leaving the floors of both the washroom and toilet soaked. Despite closing the shower curtain and placing the showerhead on its upper holder while washing my body and hair, a large amount of water flowed outside of the bathtub onto floors extending up to in front of the toilet. 3) Defective razor blade among amenities. The razor blade provided was defective with poor sharpness; after shaving just a small area of facial hair, multiple cuts caused bleeding from my face down to my jawline. The towel ended up covered in blood as a result.

Tokyo Tower right in front of you

We stayed here for a group trip of seven women. Even though our Room was not supposed to have a view of Tokyo Tower, we could see its clear reflection on the building across, which was magical. The location is convenient with a nearby convenience store, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! All the staff were kind, allowing us to enjoy a calm and pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

    It was a comfortable stay.

We stayed in the suite room. The space was very spacious and luxurious, allowing us to spend a happy time together. I forgot my razor this time and used the one provided by the Hotel, but it didn’t shave well and irritated my skin. I felt it would be nice if there were higher-quality options available (even for a fee). The front desk service was polite and prompt. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality. We would love to stay again!

    A relaxing and comfortable Hotel

On a rainy day with cherry blossoms still lingering, we arrived earlier than planned, left our luggage, and went out. Previously bustling with many foreign tourists, this time it was calm, allowing us to relax in the lobby. The Hotel is very convenient with a shuttle bus running from Hamamatsucho Station. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. However, perhaps due to the tourist season, the price felt a bit high for us, which was slightly disappointing.

    Enjoy a 4-star Hotel casually

The building is old, but the interior has been renovated to create a calm atmosphere. The service offers reliable hospitality, allowing you to enjoy your hotel life without pretense. This time, we used it for our daughter and her husband who came from Kyoto. Our son-in-law, who was born and raised in Kyoto, was thrilled with the room that had a view of Tokyo Tower. At night, we enjoyed cherry blossom cocktails at the bar. Our daughter, who is expecting a baby in May, seemed to enjoy a relaxing time after a long while. They also enjoyed the morning buffet and strolled around Zojoji Temple and Shiba Park before returning to Kyoto. Thank you for taking care of us.

It is an average city Hotel.

As a city hotel, I think it offers a general and average quality. I fully understand that it is harsh to hold the Hotel responsible for this. However, regarding breakfast, due to the high number of inbound guests, it was inevitably very crowded. The space between seats was narrow, and perhaps due to the nature of the guests at that time, the poor manners and noisiness of people from certain countries were very noticeable. Some engaged in behaviors that felt unhygienic, making it not an atmosphere conducive to enjoying a leisurely meal. I regret not choosing a Plan without breakfast and opting for convenience store sandwiches instead. Discrimination based on nationality should never be done; however, as a Hotel, wouldn't it be somewhat possible and necessary to make distinctions?
