All the staff (both at the front desk and during breakfast) provided wonderfully pleasant service—just perfect. Breakfast was delicious!! It’s also close to Shinbashi Station, and you can get there via an underground passage, so no umbrella needed—super convenient!! However, at night you can hear footsteps from other guest rooms. I guess it depends on the room, so it can’t really be helped. They also upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable Multiple Night Stay without having to move my luggage. Thank you very much. Thank you for taking care of me.

    Even though it’s a suite...

I had somewhat high expectations since it was a Suite Twin on the top-floor Executive Floor, but unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was the direction of the Room, but the view wasn’t very good. I checked in around 12:00, and it was great that I was allowed into the Room even at that time because one was available, but had it not been used for quite a while? There was pink mold growing inside the toilet bowl, which was unpleasant. The blinds in the washroom were also covered in dust—perhaps because they aren’t used regularly. The bath faucet is usually set to a comfortable temperature by default, but this one was set to cold water. Overall, the interior felt cheap and didn’t feel like a suite. Even though it’s a suite, there were no bathrobes… very disappointing. Breakfast in the lounge also had few items and nothing particularly noteworthy—again disappointing.

    Club Lounge

I’ve stayed on various lounge-access plans before, and this time I chose this plan because I could try the club lounge access at a reasonable price. However, check-in was in the same area as everyone else’s, so it didn’t feel special at all. The Room was also small. The lounge itself wasn’t as lively as the Royal Hotel near Suitengu, though it did feel less crowded than that Hotel. It made me feel that I would only consider staying here if it were an inexpensive Plan. Sorry.

Some of the lounge staff were disappointing.

The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming, and I happily headed to my Room feeling excited about my stay. The Room was also new, very clean, and comfortable. They kindly let me into my Room a little early, but I waited until the 3:00 PM check-in time and went to the lounge for tea; however, there were no lounge staff present... I waited a bit and knocked on the back room door, but I could hear loud talking and laughter from inside. Perhaps they were caught up in conversation, because they didn’t notice me. After knocking about three times, someone finally came out to assist me. However, they seemed somewhat unfriendly, and then asked whether I was with an older man who was waiting next... That made me uncomfortable—I was there with my family but was mistaken for someone else. (There was no apology from this person at any point.) The beer server also displayed “sold out,” so it couldn’t be used until I informed a staff member. Since the time after check-in is likely busy with many guests, I would have appreciated better preparation. During cocktail time there was a good variety of drinks and I enjoyed it overall, but there was simply too much staff chatter that could be heard. It was my first time hearing Hotel staff casually using slang like “meccha” while chatting among themselves. (This wasn’t in the back—these conversations took place inside the lounge, so everything could be clearly heard.) Not only their language use, but also the high-pitched voices and laughter coming from the back area echoing into what should be a quiet space was disappointing. Are the doors thin...? It can be heard from outside—please check. This isn’t an expensive Hotel, but I chose it to step away from everyday life and relax for a while—so it felt disappointing when reality crept in. The lounge staff may have been part-time employees, but if they showed hospitality like the front desk team did, it would become an even nicer space.

    Business Hotel?

The food was very delicious, and the service was excellent, but… I decided to stay based on Reviews!! If there’s no flexibility and everything is handled strictly by the manual, then a machine would be enough. Would this be considered customer harassment? I have already informed the Hotel, so I won’t go into details here, but the cleaning and Room wear… it was disappointing even for a business stay. It’s disappointing at another iconic Hotel as well.

I had a great time with my friends.

I can only stay about once a year, but I’m always able to relax and enjoy a peaceful, unhurried time in the calm atmosphere. This time, since it was a weekday stay, I unfortunately couldn’t have my favorite Japanese breakfast, but thanks to the staff’s hospitality and the tranquil room, it was a laid-back trip where I could unwind with a close friend.

Close to Shimbashi Station, on a high floor with great views—Royal Park’s trusted brand.

The TV supports YouTube and Netflix. Wonderful views of Tokyo Tower and the Shinkansen. From Shimbashi Station, take the underground passage toward NTV. It was fine because it was sunny, but if it were raining you would need an umbrella before reaching the underground entrance. The reception is on the 24th floor, and guest rooms are only on floors above that. It was unusual these days that the shower did not have automatic temperature control; you adjust the hot and cold water yourself. Unit-bath style. The multi-plug power outlet for various countries is convenient, but my standard Japanese charger did not fit well. I could only charge from a regular outlet by the bed or at the sink. Breakfast buffet at HARMONY, a restaurant with the same name as at The Royal Park Hotel in Suitengumae. You can choose one of three egg dishes; I chose Eggs Benedict. Delicious, and fried eggs or an omelet are also available. There were tacos/tortillas with various toppings such as beans and tomatoes, plus scooped tofu with options like mentaiko, chili oil, kimchi, green onion, and ginger to change up the flavor—more like a “taco bar” and “tofu bar” than just a salad bar. This was rare and tasted great. It was disappointing there was no nori (perhaps due to rising prices). There was also oden. Fish and chips with tartar sauce or cheese sauce. The salad bar was substantial with good-quality ingredients—very satisfying. For some reason this time the fruit selection was mostly items with peel (orange, pineapple, kiwi, lychee), which made them harder to eat. The service staff were attentive and excellent. There is also a coffee machine and matcha pancakes. As expected, the view is outstanding. There is a small gym in the basement that can be unlocked with your room key for peace of mind; however, you can’t go down directly from your room—you have to pass in front of reception—so it feels awkward if you’re wearing gym clothes. I couldn’t receive any Royal Park Hotel The Club benefits because I booked through an external site (IKYU.com), which was disappointing. Since prices on the official website were much higher than IKYU.com this time, I booked via IKYU.com instead—and I’m glad I could stay at a reasonable rate for a Royal Park brand hotel.

I chose this Hotel for work at the Yurakucho International Forum. It is close to both Shimbashi Station and Shiodome Station, and you can reach the Hotel via underground passages from each, which is very convenient. This time I also had access to the executive lounge, and in addition to breakfast, I was able to use snack time and alcohol time as well (not every day). The Room was clean, and since the front desk is on the 24th floor, the view from the guest Room was great. Since I stayed four nights, breakfast was mostly the same menu and I got a little tired of it, but the staff watched each table closely and moved quickly, clearing empty plates promptly.

I stayed in a Room with lounge access. I was looking forward to the champagne brand mentioned in advance Reviews and on the Hotel’s official website, but it had actually been changed to a different brand starting this month, which was disappointing. However, when I noted this in the survey, a staff member came to explain it to me directly. At that time the official website still showed the old information, but when I checked later it had been properly updated, so I felt this Hotel responds sincerely. The lounge was comfortable and the food was delicious, so I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

    Excellent!

I used to stay here often before the COVID-19 pandemic, but recently the prices had gone up so I held off. Now that they’ve finally returned to a relatively reasonable level, I’ll be staying here again from now on. Above all, the surrounding area and transportation access are excellent, and I also look forward to strolling around Hamarikyu Gardens.

    The Executive Lounge was excellent.

I stayed on the newly renovated Executive Floor. It was an extremely hot day, but they allowed me to check in before 3:00 PM. The Room was great, and the lounge was excellent for tea time, cocktail time, and breakfast. If possible, it would have been even better if there had been mini sandwiches or mini cakes at tea time.

The restaurant is difficult to use, and the value for money is poor.

I used a Plan that included meals. The meal voucher said breakfast could be changed to lunch, so I went to the restaurant on the 24th floor before 12:00, but it was fully booked and I was told it wouldn’t be available until after 14:00. In the end, I didn’t have enough time and couldn’t use it. It seemed that many non-guests were dining there, but I think the Hotel should first ensure that guests can eat. Alternatively, they should at least note that the restaurant gets crowded and an advance Reservation is required. This suggests the Hotel does not value its guests. The Room also felt dated, and I don’t think this Hotel offers good value for money. The only advantage is its convenient location near Shimbashi Station.

    My Regular Accommodation in Tokyo

I stayed on the Premium Floor again this time. At this Hotel, both the Premium Floor and Executive Floor offer not only spacious Rooms but also smaller Rooms that are just right for solo stays, so you can choose to suit your needs. On the Premium or Executive Floor, regardless of Room size, the hospitality is excellent, making it a consistently comfortable Hotel.

The town in Italy was nearby, and we could also see a lush garden from the restaurant, which made the meal even more enjoyable. This time, we were happy with the Plan that offered a great value stay, but we would like to try a different Room next time. The Hotel amenities were well provided, and the staff were cheerful and welcoming. Thank you very much.

I want to stay here again!

(About negative Reviews) There were Reviews mentioning a sewage smell, but we didn’t notice anything like that at all. (What we learned after going) Alcohol in the lounge starts at 5:00 PM, but beer is available from Refreshment Time—and you can even have it at breakfast. The mini-size shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and body lotion are adorable! (What made us happy) We took our seats in the lounge a little before 5:00 PM and waited. After a short while, staff kindly came over to let us know that the food was ready. The rosé and white sparkling wines, two kinds each of red and white wine, and the food were all delicious. The night view was beautiful too, and we enjoyed a truly special escape from everyday life. Thank you so much!

    Executive Floor

This time, I stayed on the newly renovated Executive Floor. The Executive Lounge was new, clean, and spacious, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety of menu options at both cocktail time and breakfast. The service was average, but perhaps because it was a weekday, it wasn’t crowded and was easy to use. The Room was neither particularly good nor bad; however, it was disappointing that despite being on the Executive Floor, amenities were lacking—for example, there were no bathrobes. Since the lounge was great, I might stay again.

    We had a wonderful time.

The Room was comfortably appointed, and I was impressed by the attentive service at the 24th-floor lobby and the thoughtful greetings and assistance during breakfast in the Premium Lounge. Thank you very much. I stayed for an event at Hamarikyu Asahi Hall, and access from the station and to the venue from the Hotel was excellent. I also enjoyed Hamarikyu Gardens. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

    Business Use

I recently stayed here for business. I have been using this Hotel for about 15 years. The location is very convenient, and being able to use the lobby lounge for meetings is a great help. However, since COVID, the Accommodation Fee has become high here as well as at nearby hotels, making it difficult to use for business. As a result, my stays have decreased from monthly to about once every 3–4 months. It is also disappointing that the Japanese breakfast is only available on weekends. Since meetings are not possible at a Business Hotel, this is a bit unfortunate.\nThe buffet meals and dinner were delicious. However, I was very disappointed that the curry rice that used to be on the menu is no longer available. Please bring it back!

    First Stay

I stayed on the Club Floor, but it was disappointing. I chose this Accommodation based on Reviews, but the Room was much smaller than expected, and the washbasin area was combined with the toilet. It was so cramped there was barely any space to stand, making it difficult to use. The amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were not good quality. I had requested skincare amenities such as lotion in advance, but I couldn’t tell what brand they were and felt uneasy about using them, so I didn’t. It was also disappointing that there were no special benefits exclusive to the Club Floor. The lounge offerings were limited, with few sweets and no cakes at all. The cocktail time snacks also lacked variety; as others have mentioned, it felt like just chicken nuggets and meatballs. The draft beer was good, though. Breakfast also had a limited selection. As for the small plates, there were visible fingerprints and stains, and they seemed quite dirty. When plates are stacked from above you don’t notice the dirt easily, but on white plates it stands out in particular and made me feel uncomfortable. I often stay on Club Floors, but this is the first time I’ve experienced Rooms and a lounge like this. I think improvements are necessary, and I hope things will get better in the future.

It was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The room’s interior is in calm tones, which makes the view from the window stand out beautifully. The bathroom had a bright cream color scheme and felt luxurious. I also really liked the bed, pillows, and duvet. Check-out was smooth as well, with polite service. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I used the Executive Lounge.

I stayed here on my birthday. In the executive lounge, I enjoyed champagne while taking in the beautiful night view, and was able to celebrate quietly. The staff were wonderful, and I had a very comfortable time. In particular, one female staff member (I didn’t catch her name) warmly welcomed my son when he arrived late, and even prepared a dessert plate with a message at the end, which made me very happy. Their thoughtful attention truly warmed my heart and made this a memorable stay. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Tokyo.

    Excellent access from the station.

Using the underground passage makes access from the station very convenient. The Room was also comfortable. The bar and buffet breakfast were pleasantly tasty, and I was satisfied. I made a Reservation for dinner and had Japanese cuisine; the tempura was excellent. However, the small sukiyaki-style hot pot was too salty for me, so I quietly added a little water to it.

If you’re coming from Shimbashi, you can get here via the underground passageway. Recommended when the weather is uncertain.

    The guest rooms are iconic.

The Room was stylish with high ceilings, and although the bathroom area was a bit small, it felt very ICONIC and was extremely comfortable. The bath amenities didn’t have much of a fragrance, and I preferred the ICONIC original ones used at Osaka Midosuji and Nagoya. I felt the lounge still has room for improvement. Compared with Osaka Midosuji, it didn’t feel like the same ICONIC experience. Perhaps having Moët & Chandon available during cocktail time is the highlight, but the hot food options—shumai and chicken tempura?—were surprising. The sweets at refreshment time also seemed like they could be improved with a bit more creativity. Breakfast was nice because there was a service where omelets and galettes were made to order, but on the day I stayed there were only a few guests using it; given what’s offered, it might make more sense to close lounge breakfast and serve breakfast in the all-day dining restaurant instead. At both Midosuji and Nagoya, the moment you step into the entrance or elevator hall, there’s an atmosphere that takes you out of everyday life and builds anticipation for staying at ICONIC; here, however, tenant restaurant menu boards were placed in a cluttered way, which made it feel quite different even though it’s under the same ICONIC brand.

    They were very accommodating.

I stayed alone at the club. I was able to relax and focus on desk work in the lounge. The selection of sweets is limited, but the staff were very attentive, which was great. They also accommodated small requests. This is a Hotel I would like to visit again.

    We had a comfortable stay.

I stayed for two nights with my elderly mother and we had a very comfortable stay. The bathroom and other water facilities were very clean and pleasant, and the loungewear was comfortable as well. We met many international guests in the lobby and elevators, but everyone was friendly and not noisy, so we were able to relax. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
