    The breakfast buffet is amazing!

    The breakfast buffet was outstanding—every dish was delicious! In particular, the freshly made rice balls at the live kitchen and the Napolitan pasta were excellent. I had another appointment, but if I had more time, I would have loved to enjoy breakfast at a more relaxed pace. The Room had no smell of cigarettes at all. When I requested extra bath towels, they responded right away. This Hotel has wonderful staff and excellent service.

    We were very satisfied with our one-night stay.

    I stayed on the 14th during the Obon holiday, and the female front desk staff were very kind. The Room was a little small, but it was a good size for me. Above all, it was very helpful that the station, department stores, and convenience stores were nearby. I stay in Omiya once a year, and I would like to stay here again.

    Breakfast is exceptional.

    I felt this is truly a high-class Hotel. At check-in, the staff gave a courteous explanation and proactively guided me about the elevator and breakfast before I even had to ask. The Facility itself was very clean, to the point that it didn’t feel old at all. I had high expectations for breakfast because of its reputation, but it exceeded them with excellent service. I could choose an egg dish, and I was happy that my over-easy fried egg came with vegetables—something I don’t usually get to enjoy. I also had miso soup, and all the other dishes were delicious as well. There was plenty of space between seats, so I could eat at a relaxed pace. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk from Omiya Station, I’d like to use it again as a base for sightseeing in the future. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed here on a trip from the Tohoku region, and the location near the station is very convenient. I left the Hotel just before my Tohoku Shinkansen departure and reached the platform in about 5 minutes. I was able to head home without any stress.

    Classic comfort

    Whenever I’m in the Omiya area for work, I often stay here as a workcation together with one of my family members, since we don’t usually all have the same schedule. In addition to the great location, I can always relax and feel at ease thanks to the calm atmosphere and attentive service. This time as well, you kindly accommodated my requests, and I truly appreciate it—thank you very much. Lately, I’ve also been enjoying the bonsai in the lobby (laughs). I look forward to staying again next time.

    This is a quiet Hotel.

    I stayed on Sunday night and was able to relax in a quiet environment without hearing any nighttime noise. It was close to the station, and even with an early morning departure, there were no issues. I would like to stay again.

    Early check-in was great.

    After arriving, I was able to check in without any crowds, which saved time. The live show I came for was starting soon, so this was very helpful. There is a convenience store in the same building, so it was easy to buy dinner. The Hotel is directly connected to the deck and about a 5-minute walk from the station, making it easy to move around with a suitcase. This Hotel really stands out for its excellent location.

    The construction noise was very loud, and it caused me to lose sleep.

    I checked in around 12:30 a.m. due to a business engagement, but from around 8:00 a.m., loud construction noise—probably from the neighboring Room—woke me up even though I wanted to sleep longer. Because I couldn’t get enough sleep, my work performance suffered and it turned into a disappointing day. Honestly, the loss was far beyond the Hotel fee. If you need to make noise, it’s only reasonable to schedule it for a different time; if this is routine, it feels extremely inconsiderate and not suitable as a Hotel for business travelers.

    A study-style space, ideal for a workcation.

    There was a large desk, which made it easy to focus on work or personal time. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The Plan that included drinks and snacks in the lounge felt like a great value. I’d like to stay regularly.

    I stayed here the night before my flight from Haneda Airport.

    I stayed the night before because my son lives in Omiya and I had a morning flight from Haneda Airport the next day. The Hotel is close to the station, and there are many restaurants nearby, so I had a great time. The building is a little old, but the Room was spacious enough, and the front desk staff were professional and pleasant. I took an early-morning bus to Haneda the next day, and the bus stop was also nearby, which was very convenient. Thanks to that, I was able to have dinner with my son and enjoy my trip. Thank you very much.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. The staff were courteous, and I was able to relax and enjoy my time. I bought a cake at the bakery—it was delicious, and they even provided a spoon, which I really appreciated. I would love to stay here again.

    A welcoming Hotel.

    For some reason, the Room I thought I had canceled had not been canceled, and I caused some trouble at check-in. However, the staff kindly accommodated my request, and I was able to stay in a very comfortable Room. The amenities were my favorite, Stephen Knoll, and I was able to relax with my group. The same event will be held again next year, so I would like to stay here again.

    The air purifier had not been maintained, and when it was turned on, it smelled extremely bad, so I couldn’t use it. Other than that, I was satisfied.

    Delicious breakfast

    I stayed here for the first time the night before my trip. The location is convenient, just a few minutes from Omiya Station. The only downside was that the Room had a combined toilet and bath, but considering the price, it was a good size and a clean Hotel that didn’t feel dated. What really stood out was the breakfast. When I headed to the 1st-floor buffet restaurant, the staff welcomed me warmly with smiles, and I enjoyed a very delicious breakfast in a spacious, bright setting. The bread was especially great—perfect for bread lovers. I’d like to stay at this Hotel again if I have the chance.

    Convenient for SSA live events

    I have been staying here during MCZ's Christmas live at SSA every year-end, and this is my fifth time. The Hotel is just one station away from SSA, allowing me to check in beforehand and attend the event with ease. After the performance, I can quickly return to the Hotel. The clean and quiet environment always lets me enjoy the afterglow of the live show alone. I definitely want to continue using this Hotel in the future.

    A charming Hotel near the station

    I visited for the first time in about 10 years. Last time, I stayed with my family in a family-type room, which was wonderful. This time, although I stayed in a simpler room and cannot make a direct comparison, I was still satisfied. During the busy season, I booked two nights but couldn't complete the reservation at once. So, I made separate reservations online for different room types each night. However, on the day of check-in, they kindly upgraded me to allow a multiple night stay in one room type, which was very helpful.

    First Time in Omiya

    I chose this accommodation for my first visit to Omiya. The room quality and customer service were fully satisfactory, but the amenities felt a bit lacking if considered as a city hotel. The breakfast seems to have been recently updated, and being able to choose the main egg dish was highly satisfying. The individual quality of items was excellent, with unique offerings like freshly prepared Napolitan pasta and steak. It would be perfect with a bit more variety.

    The property has likely been in operation for many years, but it seems to have undergone renovations and is very well-maintained.     40 minutes from Shin...

    40 minutes from Shinjuku and very close to Omiya Station, making it convenient. Tokyo is too expensive to stay, but Saitama is within the accommodation range. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. I will stay here again.
