    It exceeded my expectations.

    I booked this Hotel because I was looking for one close to Naha Airport, and it had a large pool. Since our flight arrived late, we got to the Hotel after 6:00 PM. The outdoor pool closed at 7:30 PM, so we went in right after check-in because my child was really looking forward to it. The pool was not crowded at all, so it felt like we had it to ourselves. When it was time, we moved to the indoor pool, and afterward the spa and sauna allowed us to enter in swimsuits, which was very convenient. I was also happy that both the shower head and hair dryer were ReFa. It was nice that there were drink options, not just water. Breakfast could also be reserved via smartphone. I did not expect much variety from the buffet, but there were quite a lot of choices, which was great. My child enjoyed the pool until checkout before we headed to our next destination. Thank you very much.

    Breakfast

    I was very happy that the baby items I requested by phone in advance were properly prepared. Thank you. It was convenient to make a breakfast Reservation on my phone. However, most of the food was already cold. Even items I picked up right away were cold, which was disappointing. How is the warming function being managed? Because a typhoon had arrived, we couldn’t go outside, but it was great that we could play in the indoor pool and our child enjoyed it.

    I stayed here for the first time during a typhoon.

    Due to an approaching typhoon, we urgently changed to this Hotel because the Hotel we had originally booked did not have an indoor pool. It turned out to be the right decision. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were very helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the outdoor pool because of the bad weather, but the indoor pool was more than sufficient. However, there was one thing that concerned me. The slide in the indoor pool is quite fast, but several people were playing at the end of it. Since it’s not a very large area, I was worried about someone coming down and colliding with them and causing an accident. A lifeguard was watching, but no one gave any warnings, and it was up to each person to decide when to go down. I think guests who have finished sliding should be asked to move away promptly, so please check this before an accident happens. There is also a craft corner inside the facility where you can decorate a small container yourself and take it home. The staff there were also very kind, and our child really enjoyed it. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were great as well. We would love to visit again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Short Trip to Okinawa

    I usually stay in Motobu for about five nights to go diving, but I wanted to make a short trip this season as well. This time, I chose this Hotel for the first time because it’s close to the airport yet still feels like Okinawa. In conclusion, my satisfaction exceeded expectations by far, and it’s a Hotel I’d love to visit again. It may not be a brand-new Hotel, but everything was well cared for—from the plants and greenery to all the details—and all of the staff were kind and courteous, so I had a truly comfortable stay. I hadn’t done much sightseeing around Ginowan before, so even though I’ve been to Okinawa many times, it felt fresh and new. I hope you’ll continue working together to keep this a wonderful Hotel. I’ll be back again. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful

    I stayed alone this time, but I’d love to come back with my family next time. The breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant were unbelievably delicious.

    Excellent value resort

    Conveniently close to Naha Airport, this is a great Hotel where you can quickly slip away from the hustle and bustle into an extraordinary resort atmosphere. I also enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast, and the lunch available with the same ticket was quite tasty as well. In the evening, you can easily reach nearby izakayas—about one taxi meter away—and it’s also walkable. It was just before the Yokohama DeNA BayStars’ training camp, so I could even see how the stadium was being prepared from my Room. The faucet at the sink in front of the toilet was short and a bit awkward to use, so I deducted one star, but otherwise there were no issues and I had a very relaxing stay.

    Okinawa in November was warm and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The facility was average.

    The service provided was the worst I have ever experienced.

    We booked 3 rooms for a family trip with three families. My daughter's family had two children, aged 5 and 2, sharing existing bedding, but since the bed was too small, we requested an additional bed for the 5-year-old and were charged ¥35,500. Originally, the rate for four adults was set at ¥52,160. The elementary school child rate is ¥10,944. Even checking availability on the day showed similar pricing. I cannot agree with a hotel's policy of charging such a high amount for an uncomfortable extra bed. I love traveling and have stayed at many accommodations before, but this is the first time I've experienced such treatment. I will never go back and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The first day of our much-anticipated Okinawa trip was completely ruined.

    Next to the convention center

    I have stayed here several times. It is convenient for relaxation as you can take a walk around the convention center and it’s only 40 minutes from the airport. However, the public bath was under repair, and the alternating use for men and women was very inconvenient.

    First stay, and my room was upgraded. "Disappointments" ① The room had a musty smell (possibly from the air conditioner). → There were also mold stains on the walls. ② Limited power outlets in the room. ③ The beach was far away. → Tried walking from the poolside path but had to turn back due to the heat. "Highlights" ① Allergy-friendly meals. → Having dealt with food allergies for about 20 years, this was by far the best service I've experienced at any restaurant or hotel. Allergy-friendly meals were provided using breakfast and dinner vouchers (an advance questionnaire submission and reservation were required when dining at the restaurant). ② Complimentary dinner as a special benefit. → For stays of three nights or more, I received a complimentary meal at a yakiniku restaurant. I didn’t expect much since it was part of a promotion, but they served Yanbaru chicken, rare cuts of Japanese black beef "Uwamisuji," and Agu pork loin—all incredibly delicious! We added drinks, tongue salt, and offal to our order for an ample amount of food overall. ③ Two sinks in the room. Although there were some disappointments with the room itself, I was most grateful for having stress-free dining experiences during my stay. My heartfelt thanks go out to all staff members who accommodated my food allergies so thoughtfully—thank you very much! I will definitely return again in the future!

    Established and Reliable

    The first stay was around 2008, and I have stayed here many times since. The luxurious facilities are something that modern accommodations rarely achieve. The variety of restaurants is impressive, offering delicious Okinawan-inspired Chinese cuisine and barbecue as always. However, the reduced selection at the buffet seems to reflect the impact of COVID-19 and economic challenges. There also appear to be more restaurant closure days, making it slightly inconvenient to find dining options on Wednesdays. The indoor pool and large bath are a hit with children. My child still remembers staying here before starting kindergarten, which must mean it left a great impression. It feels a bit inconvenient that guests now need to arrange taxis themselves via an app or phone call. While hotel staff quickly assisted in catching departing taxis, I hope this process can be improved further.

    Summer vacation with...

    Summer vacation with three generations, 6 people. From Haneda via JAL → TOYOTA Rent-a-Car → Laguna Garden Hotel, East Wing, 6th floor room. On the day of arrival, we enjoyed a spectacular view of the American Village fireworks from the balcony. The pool is open until 10 PM! Every day after returning from outings, we enjoyed the pool and Onsen. On the first day, we used the dinner service which was very convenient. Thank you for providing children's pajamas, sandals, and stroller rentals. The takeaway breakfast on our last day was also great! We would love to visit again next year.

    The property feels o...

    The property feels old, with insufficient cleaning of walls, floors, and the bathroom. The lanai had dead insects. It feels overpriced just for staying overnight. Staff service was not very good—no smiles or greetings. The reception at the Japanese breakfast venue was particularly unpleasant in the morning. However, the location is convenient for getting around. Onsen was not used.

    I visit Okinawa once...

    I visit Okinawa once a year because I love it, and this was my first time staying here. Honestly, I was torn between this Hotel and a new one on the east coast, but choosing this Hotel turned out to be the perfect decision. While I thought the Facility might feel outdated due to its age, it was very well-maintained and didn’t feel old at all. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and throughout were all well-trained and made my stay very comfortable. When there was an issue with the Room’s air conditioning switch, it was fixed immediately, which amazed me with their quick response. They even apologized again during check-out, which left a great impression on me. For future visits to Okinawa, I will definitely choose this Hotel again. Please keep up your efforts to make it an even better Hotel!

    Very affordable

    The Facility is old, so it lacks a resort-like feel, but it is well-equipped and there are no particular complaints. It’s amazing that this quality is maintained at such a low price. Both Japanese and Western-style breakfasts are satisfying.

    I had a relaxing time.

    Stayed in a suite room and enjoyed a spacious and quiet room for a relaxing time. Also used the lounge's afternoon tea service, which was accommodated even on the same day, and it was delicious. I would love to use this service again if I have the chance.

    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family. Despite making several last-minute changes to our accommodation due to personal reasons, the staff handled everything smoothly and kindly, which was very helpful. We stayed with our 5-year-old and infant, and the experience was very comfortable. For breakfast, we chose Western-style meals for all three days. Since one of our children has allergies, we requested allergy-friendly menus in advance for all three days. The meals were luxurious, delicious, and greatly appreciated by our child. Additionally, when we inquired about plain rice porridge suitable for our infant's baby food needs, they kindly provided it. From the next day onwards, they served it without us having to ask again—this thoughtful gesture was much appreciated. The facility's pool was a big hit with the kids. Unfortunately, I couldn't visit the large public bath due to my schedule constraints but would love to try it next time!

    Overall, it was good.

    Chose this Hotel for its indoor pool, perfect for a winter trip. Room: Spacious with a nice ocean view. Meals: The breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional. However, charging 1,500 yen for children (even 6-year-olds) is too expensive for breakfast. The web information was outdated, which is disappointing. Dinner at the same restaurant as breakfast was reasonably priced and the bread was delicious, making the high cost of breakfast even more regrettable. Amenities: No issues. Other: Unfortunately, the pool was unavailable due to water quality checks, which greatly upset my child. While it’s understandable as an emergency measure, it left us feeling disappointed overall.

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed for 3 nights to relax. The room was spacious with a great view, and I enjoyed taking walks and visiting nearby shops at a leisurely pace. Located in Ginowan, it was convenient as it took about 30 minutes from the airport by express bus. For breakfast, I had Japanese cuisine twice and Western cuisine once; the Japanese meals gave me a sense of Okinawa. However, both Japanese and Western dishes were delicious. The public bath had lukewarm water. Using the Diamond benefits added extra value to my stay.

    Bistro Laguna was delicious.

    On our last night in Okinawa, we arrived late and decided to have dinner at the Paseo Garden restaurant. The two of us who enjoy drinks ordered about seven dishes from the Bistro Laguna menu, while the other two opted for Beef Curry and Smoked Salmon Pasta from the Grand Menu. Everything was delicious. My husband especially praised the Chicken Liver Mousse Brûlée, saying it paired perfectly with red wine, which led to a few refills despite planning for just one drink. Dining next to a beautiful garden with such delightful food was truly satisfying. Although there was an issue with the nightwear provided, it was promptly replaced. Considering current staffing challenges, it felt understandable.

    It was a beautiful Hotel after the renovation.

    I stayed for three nights and was able to relax very much. The large public bath opened at 4 PM, which was a bit late, but I was able to take my time. Both the Japanese breakfast and the buffet were delicious. As a Diamond member, I felt it was very good value. I will use it again in January.

    I am a repeat customer.

    The front staff's service was excellent, which is why I am using this place again. While not all staff can be described this way, there are very attentive front staff members. The Room had an ocean view with a great view, and the large public bath was clean and easy to use. Previously, there were two breakfast venues, but this time there was only one, which made it very crowded. You can wait in line on the web, but even when it's your turn and you enter the restaurant, sometimes the dishes and other items are not replenished, making it difficult to enjoy the buffet. However, it was a comfortable space with a good location. I will use it again when I go to Okinawa.

    I used it for attending a festival. First of all, the location was very convenient as it was the closest to the festival entrance. The Room had an ocean view, the pool was available for free, and since the typhoon passed by, I had a great time. I will use it again when attending the same festival!

    60th Birthday Gift

    As a gift for my parents' 60th birthday, I gave them a trip to Okinawa and had them stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. My parents were impressed with the hotel and returned very satisfied. They said their only regret was not bringing swimsuits, haha. Next time, I would like to stay with the whole family, including my parents and grandchildren! Thank you very much!
