    I had a meaningful stay.

    Since there was no toner or lotion, I plan to bring my own next time. The bath was clean, and the tub was spacious. They let me fill it with hot water in the morning, so I could relax with a morning bath and enjoy a wonderful time. The toilet was also great—it had a TOTO Washlet.

    Free Shuttle Service available from Toyohashi Station.

    The free Shuttle Service from Toyohashi Station was very helpful. The property feels a bit dated, but it has an upscale atmosphere, dinner options are available, and the staff were kind. Considering the price, we were very satisfied. We visited the Toyohashi City Hall Observation Deck and Yoshida Castle; both are free of charge.

    Service Deterioration

    I’ve stayed here about 10 times a year for over two years, but I’m disappointed that the quality seems to be getting worse each time. Even when two people are staying, we’re sometimes given only one key card, and the response varies depending on the front desk staff member. The in-room air purifier was also turned off. It’s a Hotel I really like, so I hope you will review and improve these points.

    I was very satisfied.

    When my children asked if we had no plans for Golden Week this year, I hurriedly started looking in April for a Hotel where we could enjoy a buffet, and found this place. Our family of four stayed here and we were very satisfied. We used the Hotel buffet for both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind and helpful. The children were impressed as well. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Satisfied!

    A step above a typical Business Hotel. There are plenty of staff, and they are very friendly. You could really feel how much they wanted the kids to enjoy their stay. The Facility is quite standard, but the staff’s smiles and service made it a wonderful experience. I’d like to stay again! It was very comfortable!

    The dinner set meal was outstanding.

    Dinner was beautifully presented, with each dish refined and delicious. The tempura in particular was exceptionally crispy—unlike anything I’ve had before—and very tasty. They were also considerate of my child who doesn’t handle hot food well, even cooling the tea with ice, which I really appreciated. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to every corner and felt very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay again.

    Overall, I was satisfied.

    It was a clean Hotel. The Hotel was larger than I expected. Overall, I was satisfied. There was also a Don Quijote next door, which was convenient. If I had to say something, although I knew before going, it was disappointing that the bathroom is a unit bath. I would have preferred the toilet, bath/shower, and sink to be separate. I was also surprised that cleansing oil and toner were not provided as standard Room amenities. It was unpleasant that the hair dryer handle felt sticky. Since I went to eat late, some desserts were already gone, which was a bit disappointing because I had been looking forward to them. As it was a buffet, there were many young people and also many small children, so it felt lively. I wish there had been complimentary bottled water in the Room refrigerator. This is the only Hotel I’ve stayed at recently that didn’t offer it. Despite all of that, the Room was spacious and felt clean, which was great. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Thank you very much....

    Thank you very much. I should have checked carefully when making the reservation, as I was expecting a dinner buffet but ended up choosing between beef cutlet or steak with curry rice. However, it was delicious, so it turned out fine. The steak was exceptionally tasty and truly wonderful. The room was spacious and open, quiet at night, and very comfortable. I would love to stay again for a relaxing visit. Thank you.

    Luxurious and high-quality.

    The location is very convenient with many shops nearby. Although it was a weekday, many people were using the facility. The Room was made slightly larger, so it was very relaxing. Breakfast was the only meal provided, but it was very satisfying. There are plenty of parking spaces, so you can go out without worry. The staff's smiles were also wonderful.

    Used during holidays

    I stayed here as a stopover on my way to Wakayama. As expected, I checked in past midnight, but since I had informed them in advance, there were no issues. Two double beds were pushed together to create a king-size bed. It would have been nice if two separate covers were provided. Since it was a No Meals Included stay, there were no particular problems. The amenities like shampoo were from the DHC series.

    Free parking is appreciated.

    I remembered visiting during the Holiday Inn days after 30 years. Just like back then, the view from the elevator is truly splendid. The room, though old, had a newly renovated bathroom, and I had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The room was spacious enough. A slight downside was that there was only one charging outlet by the bedside, the carpet was worn out, and the slippers provided in the room were those brown plastic ones. *There were disposable slippers available at the front desk, but I think they should be placed in the room from the start. Nowadays, no one wants to wear plastic slippers. That said, the low price and free parking are truly wonderful. Additionally, I had a lunch buffet after checking out and was surprised by how cheap it was. Indeed, the menu seemed slightly geared towards children, but considering they serve unlimited roast beef and there is no time limit on seating until closing, it's an incredible deal. Due to road closures from the snow, I ended up staying unexpectedly this time, but I think I will use this property again when I visit Toyohashi. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Comfortable Hotel.

    Thank you for your hospitality. This was my first stay since the rebranding, and although the room and other facilities show signs of aging, the staff's response was very pleasant, making for a comfortable stay. It is a hotel I would like to visit again.

    Disappointed with breakfast.

    We use the facility with our children once every 1-2 months. As always, the hospitality was outstanding, and we had a comfortable stay this time as well. Unfortunately, the noise from the opening and closing of other Room doors was very loud, and during breakfast, there were no oranges, and the Calpis machine was out of order, leaving nothing for the children to drink. This was truly disappointing. The children couldn't enjoy their meal, leaving them with a sad memory.

    If the Facility had been better.

    This was my first time using the service. The atmosphere of the Hotel and the staff's response were very good, but I had trouble understanding how to use the shower in the room. While using the shower, hot water suddenly started coming out from the bathtub faucet. I struggled a bit. Also, I think it would have been nice to have a table near the bed or some space above the head of the bed to place things. It was difficult to charge my phone. The breakfast had a good balance and variety, which was great. Personally, I liked that there were rice balls and beef sukiyaki! It was very crowded, so they opened up seats in the adjacent restaurant for us. I appreciate the staff's response. I would like to use it again if there are improvements in the guest room.
