    The front desk staff were terrible.

    The front desk staff were terrible. If they don’t want to deal with guests, they should quit. It was extremely unpleasant from the morning. If you don’t have the right people, you should switch to an automated system.

    It feels unclean.

    This was my first stay. The location is convenient, as it’s right near the station, but the Room was dirty in many places. The cleaning wasn’t thorough and it made me feel uncomfortable. The towels were also darkened and didn’t feel usable.

    Was everything satisfactory?

    Although it’s an older property, it was thoroughly cleaned and the Room was tidy. The amenities included everything I needed. I had a comfortable stay without any issues. I ate at the Hotel’s Japanese restaurant. It was delicious! It cost 6,000 yen, and I was satisfied—it felt worth it! Overall, it was great.

    Immaculately clean.

    Directly connected to JR Tokushima Station, the convenience couldn’t be better. The lobby, hallways, and of course the Room were all impeccably clean, which made me feel truly happy. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokushima (lol).

    I used it for a meeting, and it was in a very convenient location. The hospitality was excellent, and I had a great stay.

    You can relax here.

    The Room is spacious, unlike a typical city Hotel. A wide variety of amenities is available. Located above JR Tokushima Station, with panoramic views over Tokushima City. Partner parking costs 1,000 yen, but you can enter and exit freely within 24 hours, which is very convenient. Depending on the Plan, check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is also later than usual. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The location was excellent.

    The room was well-cleaned, had a sense of cleanliness, and was comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly small, but being right above the station with restaurants nearby made for a pleasant stay.

    The view from the Ro...

    The view from the Room was excellent, and the interior was clean. On a very cold morning at checkout, we were offered hand warmers, which warmed not only our hands but also our hearts. One disappointment was that the main dish (buffet-style) for dinner had thin, tough, and cold meat. It did not feel suitable as a live kitchen's main feature dish, so I rated it 4 stars. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Tokushima.

    Quite strict.

    No water in the Room. Staff lacks hospitality. Vending machines only accept cash. Pillows are too poor in quality. The first-floor restroom is unexpectedly Japanese-style (squat toilet). The Room is too dry.

    Sufficient for busin...

    Sufficient for business use. Utilized mainly for its convenient location. The pricing aligns with recent trends, but the plumbing has been renovated, and the toilet is clean and comfortable. The Room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable; however, air conditioning noise can be noticeable depending on temperature settings. A space for suitcases includes an air purifier with a humidifying function, which is appreciated. While the unit itself was clean, the water tank was not checked. Suitcases had to be placed at the back of the Room. No drinking water provided. Found a long hair in the chest under the TV, so it couldn't be used. There are significantly fewer lobby staff now; front desk staff seem to handle everything instead. While trainee staff managed adequately without issues, one female staff member's intense gaze felt uncomfortable and could potentially cause unease in a lobby with guests present. Elevator operation was smooth without any stress points encountered during use.

    Overall outdated

    I stayed in a room on the 9th floor, but the closet was hard to open, the desk drawer wouldn't close, and the bathroom flooded when draining the tub. I chose this Hotel based on high Reviews but was disappointed. I will not use it again. When I asked the Hotel staff, they said it couldn't be helped because it's old. I wish I could have stayed in a problem-free Room.

    The breakfast area might not be very spacious, which could explain why the staff clears dishes quickly, giving a slightly rushed impression. The Room was clean with no noticeable issues, allowing for a comfortable stay. However, it was disappointing that there was no complimentary mineral water in the Room.

    A Long-Awaited Stay

    The room was clean, and the facility was quiet and relaxing. However, I found out just before my stay that there was an event nearby on the accommodation date, so I was worried about parking availability. Since there seems to be a paid reservation service, I will use it next time.

    A very beautiful Hotel

    I stayed at this Hotel for the last trip of my Shikoku journey. Although I didn't have high expectations due to the affordable price, the Hotel seemed recently renovated, offering a clean atmosphere and equipped with the latest appliances. With direct access to the station, it provides excellent convenience, and there are no issues finding dinner or breakfast options. This is a Hotel I would definitely choose again when visiting Tokushima.

    Convenient and comfortable.

    I reserved a room with a separate bath and toilet for my wife, who has a disability. Although the Japanese-Western style room was slightly inconvenient for her walking aid, she was delighted to be able to take a bath during our trip for the first time in years, as the bathtub was large enough. She expressed her deep gratitude.

    Recommended accommodation directly connected to the station

    The accommodation felt a bit dated overall, but the room I stayed in had renovated plumbing, making it very pleasant to use. It's a small thing, but many hotels provide a complimentary bottle of water, which would have been nice to have here as well. Additionally, while the lounge for guests is free and understandably so, both the quality and service were not at a recommendable level. If it is offered as a service, more attention could be given—for example, ensuring that hot water for coffee drips does not run out.

    First Time in Tokushima

    By chance, I decided to visit Tokushima City just before the Awa Odori Festival and was lucky to find an available twin (Japanese-style) room and made a reservation. The accommodation is located right above JR Tokushima Station and close to the downtown area. The parking lot allows free entry and exit within 24 hours after parking, with special benefits for guests, which was very convenient. The room was thoroughly cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness. It is convenient and reasonably priced. I would definitely like to use it again when visiting Tokushima City.

    Arrived slightly before check-in time and was told, "Please wait until check-in time. We will hold your luggage, so please take a claim tag." Waited in the lobby café until check-in time, then went to the front desk with the claim tag and gave my name. However, I was told, "The room is not ready yet as it is still being cleaned. Please wait until cleaning is finished." What? The check-in time has already passed, but the room isn't ready? No explanation about how long it would take or where to wait—just handed back the claim tag without any further information. They should have known that a guest with a reservation had already arrived. Where are we supposed to wait? Looking around the lobby, most of the seats were occupied. With no other choice, my spouse and I wandered around the lobby for a while before finally finding an open seat to sit and wait. Meanwhile, other guests were checking in one after another while we waited for over half an hour without any updates. When I informed a passing staff member of our situation, they said that our room was still not cleaned yet. It’s hard to believe that cleaning takes more than half an hour—it seems they didn’t even start cleaning despite knowing we were waiting! Honestly, how can a hotel fail to have rooms ready by check-in time? When I expressed frustration about this poor service and asked if this was acceptable for a hotel operation at all levels of professionalism, their response was simply: "Please use another available room while you wait." If that option existed from the beginning why wasn’t it offered earlier? To top it off during pre-checkin cafe tea-drinks ordered milk-tea came w/o milk

    A highly convenient Hotel directly connected to the station

    This was my second time staying in Tokushima Prefecture. I don't remember where I stayed last time, but this time I felt that if you're looking for various conveniences, this Hotel is the right choice. It's clean and more reasonably priced compared to staying in other prefectures. It was great.

    Long-awaited

    I stayed at Clement for the first time in a while during my visit back to my hometown, and it was a great experience. From check-in to check-out, including luggage storage services, everything was handled with kindness, attentiveness, and efficiency. I would love to stay here again on my next trip home.

    The Hotel, located next to the station, also offers wedding facilities. We appreciate the prompt response when the showerhead came off. The second floor is very convenient with amenities such as an ice and water dispenser, microwave, and coin laundry accessible with a key card.

    I use it frequently.

    I have used this place for business trips and various other purposes. As expected, the services provided match the grade of the Room, which I find very good. The Room I stayed in this time was generally satisfactory, but there was one issue: when using the shower, wind came in from somewhere, causing the shower curtain to touch my body, which felt a bit unpleasant. Other than that, including the spaciousness of the Room, it was a satisfying stay overall.

    The response at check-in was disappointing.

    I waited in line for an hour at check-in. (We sat and waited without forming a line.) I was fine, but there were elderly guests and people with canes waiting as well. I wonder if this situation happens every time without raising any concerns. There was only one staff member handling the process, occasionally two. Since it’s expected to be busy at the start of check-in, I believe the number of staff should be increased. Additionally, the fact that addresses, names, and phone numbers need to be handwritten is another cause of the long wait. It takes time for each guest. It might be better to have these details printed out in advance, requiring only confirmation and a signature. Other Facilities are average. The location is convenient as it is close to the station.

    Upon check-in, I was offered an upgrade to a high-grade room for an additional 2000 yen. The size, grade, and bathroom were all excellent.

    If possible

    The location and the size of the Room were good. If I may say, since it was winter and dry, it would have been nice to have amenities like lotion. The water overflowed both days, perhaps because the bath drain was shallow or the drainage was poor. When my wife sat on the chair to do her makeup, the mirror was far away, and she mentioned it would be nice to have a tabletop mirror or an extendable mirror.

    I always stay here.

    I always stay here when I return to my hometown. This time, they kindly accommodated my sudden request to change from a twin to a triple room, which was very helpful. I was also very satisfied with the room as it offered a beautiful view of Mt. Bizan.
