    A good Business Hotel

    Overall, it was clean, the Room was spacious enough, and there was no strange Hotel-like smell, so I had a comfortable stay. If I come to the area again, I would like to stay here. It would be even better if the pillow height could be adjusted.

    It was terrible...

    I chose to stay in a Deluxe Twin Room because I preferred having the bathtub and toilet separate. A few hours after checking in, I realized that only cold air was coming out of the heater. It became unbearably cold, so I called the front desk. They offered to switch my room, but surprisingly, the proposed room had a combined bathtub and toilet. I explained that I preferred them separate, and they eventually moved us to another larger room with separate facilities. However, I was shocked that they initially suggested a lower-grade room than what we had originally booked. Since payment had already been made and it was their mistake, I'm not sure if any refund for the difference will be issued—but typically, I would expect an equal or higher-grade replacement room... Later on, we stayed in the larger room where there was a TV in the bathroom. When we tried to use it though, it wouldn’t turn on—perhaps due to dead batteries in the remote control. The bathroom floor also wasn’t clean... By then we were too tired of reporting issues to inform them about this as well. The next day at checkout, no one mentioned anything about yesterday’s heating issue; all they said was "There is no balance due." My husband and I were both surprised again. It ended up being quite a disappointing experience overall...

    Business Trip

    I stayed for one night with breakfast during a business trip and was generally satisfied. However, the room size felt similar to that of a Business Hotel. The amenities were impressive, as expected from a City Hotel. Breakfast was worth the price.

    Just ordinary, but...

    The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with neither white rice nor decent side dishes, and no fruit at all. The front desk service was the worst I've ever experienced—uninformed and unhelpful. I had no choice but to stay near Chiba Station... Deluxe? Standard room? While the toilet and bath were separate, paying 80,000 yen felt unreasonable. For that price, I could have stayed at a much better hotel elsewhere. Perhaps it was overpriced due to a national orchestra event? It felt excessively expensive and left me very dissatisfied with the accommodation. A fair price would have been around 20,000 yen. Although the facility felt old, it was clean overall.

    Chiba Chuo

    Honestly, for a similar price, you could stay at other Hotels, but this one offers the convenience of multiple restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket without getting wet in the rain. The Annex features comfortable Queen Beds. Rooms facing the station can be noisy, but the platform is right in front!

    It has a calm atmosphere.

    The Hotel itself is wonderful. The Room I stayed in had almost no amenities, which was inconvenient. As for the bathroom, the curtain had a slightly musty smell, and the showerhead was blackened, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I felt that the breakfast lacked fresh options. All of the staff were excellent. Next time, I would like to enjoy staying with a different Plan. Thank you very much!

    Unpleasant odor in the bathroom

    Did they finish cleaning with an old, smelly towel? Does it smell like a drain? This is an unacceptable level of cleaning for a Hotel. I will not stay here again. Even if it's less convenient, staying at Manhattan or New Otani would be a safer choice.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located next to the station, making it very easy to use. The cleaning staff were very polite in their interactions. One concern was that the hairdryer had some dust or debris tangled in it. Other than that, the bathroom and toilet were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

    Stayed for the next day's banquet, and with breakfast included at this price, there's nothing to complain about! Thank you for your hospitality.

    Credit Card Payment

    I received a notification from IKYU that switching from Local Payment to card payment would give me a discount of 3,780 yen, so I switched to card payment. However, the amount on the issued receipt has not changed, and the card payment amount also remains unchanged. What is going on?

    Clean and well-maintained

    The Facility is modern and well-maintained, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. The breakfast-included Plan offers a buffet with a wide variety of menu options, complemented by excellent service from the staff. While it is slightly more expensive than nearby Business Hotels, it is worth the price.

    It was clean and had a pleasant fragrance.

    It was my first time using the Hotel. I thought it was an old Hotel, but the Room seemed to have been renovated and was clean and spacious. When I entered the Room, there was a nice scent like freshly washed sheets. I would like to use it again.

    I brought envelopes ...

    I brought envelopes and files with the intention of organizing documents during my stay, and the desk was spacious and easy to work on. The lighting has a warm feel, but when I turned on the light attached to the mirror, it became brighter, which further enhanced my productivity. There is a Daiso nearby, so I was able to purchase additional stationery items if needed. When I wanted to take a bath, I used the facility across the street, but from now on, I might have a hard time choosing a place to stay when heading towards Chiba.

    Quite dissatisfied

    Approximately 28,000 yen for a single without meals is too expensive. The Room's air conditioning did not switch from cooling to heating, so it was cold. It's too terrible.

    It was clean and convenient.

    I used it for watching sports. I was able to use it with peace of mind because I was kindly informed in advance that there are many different types of parking lots. On the day, I missed the entrance to the underground parking lot and ended up going around once (lol). The person who answered the phone and the person at the front desk on the day were both smiling and polite, making it a pleasant experience. I was happy that the complimentary bottled water and ice pail were pre-chilled in the refrigerator. My whole family is saying that we will choose this place again next time. Thank you for your hospitality. We look forward to staying with you again.
