    I will not use it again.

    Guest elevators and service/housekeeping elevators should be strictly separated. If staff ride the elevator with a large cart loaded with food waste, families can’t even get in—and even if they do, the elevator fills with an unbearable stench. We came from far away to enjoy our vacation, and it was a truly unpleasant start. Since our floor didn’t require using the elevator, we tried taking the stairs. When we opened the stairwell door, employees were opening and sorting large amounts of trash near the exit on an upper floor. The smell was overwhelming; we couldn’t even pass through—and this was an emergency staircase. What are they planning to do if an actual emergency evacuation is needed? With a major Kumamoto earthquake having occurred just days earlier, it felt like there was no crisis management at all. A Hotel should have a back-of-house area for this. It was simply an awful experience. This is the first time we’ve ever felt this way at a Hotel; my family all agreed we never want to come back, and we left well before checkout. If you’re choosing this place for a resort getaway, I absolutely cannot recommend it.

    The Room is spacious, but the Onsen description is accurate.

    The Room was very spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably. However, although the interior seems to have been renovated, it was clear that areas like the bathroom are quite dated. I was looking forward to the Onsen, but I found out that it is a Facility located about 3 km away and requires an additional fee, which was a bit disappointing. The website description is hard to understand and should be revised. Breakfast was neither particularly good nor bad. I didn’t find it especially tasty or varied, but considering the price, I thought it was acceptable.

    Have a great holiday!

    We decided to gather with friends after a long time and found an accommodation that perfectly matched the location, number of people, and price. I thought it would be very difficult for a large group to relax in one room, but the room was spacious. As for meals, there was a kitchen in the room equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, so we prepared ingredients and enjoyed cooking together from start to finish. I hope we can stay here again. Thank you very much!

    I had a relaxing time.

    We stayed as a group of six across three generations. The cottage-style accommodation was spacious, allowing everyone to enjoy their own time. It featured two shower rooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets, with the hot water feeling pleasantly soft. There was also a washer and dryer available, and detergent could be purchased at the front desk. We wished we could have stayed for several days! The only downside was that the bathtub felt slightly gritty when we used it, which required cleaning—this was a bit disappointing. Additionally, guests need to bring their own pajamas. However, everything else was spotless. It has become one of our favorite places to stay—we’ll definitely visit again!

    Relax and unwind.

    We stayed in Miyazaki with three generations to celebrate our wedding anniversary and birthday. Since it’s an old building, we didn’t have high expectations, but it was very nice. The Room was clean and spacious, allowing us to relax. Next time, we hope to visit when the pool is open and enjoy it with our grandchildren.

    Spacious!!

    We used this for a family trip during spring break. We were initially concerned as we had never stayed in a cottage-type accommodation before, but it was more than spacious enough for our family of four, with two bathrooms and two toilets, which was very satisfying.
