    Room and Dining

    We chose this place for the traditional Shippoku cuisine and the beautiful night view. The road up to the Hotel is quite steep, so getting there was a bit nerve-racking. The Room was a spacious 10-tatami Japanese-style room with two beds, and the bath, toilet, and washbasin area were all separate. And the Shippoku cuisine—there was a wide variety of appetizers, beautifully presented. In particular, the Nagasaki-style ozoni (a steamed dish) was outstanding! With sea bream, shrimp, kombu rolls, and more in a delicious broth, it was exciting to see what would come next (I forgot to take photos). The braised pork belly came with an egg that looked beautiful as well, and everything through dessert was delicious. From the bath you can also look out over the sea and all the way to Nagasaki Station. Since going out to Mt. Inasa at night would be difficult, we enjoyed the night view 충분 here. The staff worked very hard too, which made our stay comfortable.

    Accommodation on the Mountain Top

    The view from the Room was wonderful, and the night scenery was spectacular. We enjoyed delicious Shippoku cuisine, a traditional local specialty of Nagasaki. The Facility felt somewhat dated, but the Room was spacious and did not feel cramped even for a family of five. The large public bath has slippery floors, so children and elderly guests should take care.

    It was very comfortable.

    The building is old, but it’s well maintained. They even provide ice pops after the bath, and there’s a good selection of shampoos for women. The staff were friendly, the shop was decent, and overall it was comfortable. The night view from the Room was also beautiful. If I had to mention any inconveniences, the Wi‑Fi signal was weak, it wasn’t easy to charge devices in the Room, and I forgot to pick up a toothbrush in the lobby. Even though it was a smoking Room, it didn’t smell that bad (maybe because the building is old).

    A charming, traditional Japanese Accommodation

    The Room was very spacious and clean—almost too nice for just two people. The bath and breakfast were both excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. You can also enjoy the night view without having to take the ropeway. The staff were professional and attentive, making this a very pleasant Accommodation.

    Night View from the Window

    Located on a hill in Nagasaki City, offering an excellent location. You can enjoy a panoramic night view from the Room's window without needing to go out. I tried Shippoku cuisine for the first time, a local dish that reflects the unique culture of Nagasaki. The presence of large inbound tour groups was slightly overwhelming, but perhaps that's unavoidable.

    Highly Satisfied

    We stayed for a multiple night stay from Kansai. The steep slope leading to the hotel surprised us, but it made us excited to experience the famous slopes of Nagasaki as we climbed up. The hotel is overall old, but as mentioned in other reviews, the rooms and facilities were well-cleaned with no unpleasant areas, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. Our family of five stayed in a Japanese-Western style room, which was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room in the living area, bathroom sink area, and private bath. We only had breakfast at the hotel since we didn’t dine there for dinner. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and satisfying enough to fill us up every morning. Most importantly, both from the lobby and our room, we could enjoy Nagasaki's stunning views during both nighttime and morning—it was truly wonderful! The staff were also very kind and helpful. If I had to mention some minor disappointments: - The air conditioning in our room couldn’t be finely adjusted; during our summer stay it became too cold at times so we turned it off occasionally. - Since it was summer, I wanted ice for drinks in our room but found out there wasn’t free ice available—we needed to purchase a large pack from the shop that wouldn’t fit into our freezer so I decided not to buy it. It would be nice if smaller packs or complimentary ice services were available at reception or lobby areas. - According to my family members who used them, the sauna in the public bath seemed slightly lukewarm. Overall though, thanks to this highly satisfying accommodation experience at such an affordable price point—it turned out to be an amazing trip! We’d love to stay here again!

    Special Room

    The night view from the special room was very beautiful. However, it was a bit noisy at night as it is near the venue, which made it slightly less relaxing. Since the room is spacious and offers such a stunning night view, I think it would be great to have a plan where meals can be enjoyed in the room, even if it's more expensive. The anniversary plan with salt-crusted sea bream was wonderful; it was beautifully served and divided for us. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations and was truly impressive—it surprised me! I think this accommodation offers excellent value for money.

    The room is outdated.

    The water pressure in the shower in the Room was very weak and unusable. Additionally, the floor was aged and creaked significantly. The meals were delicious. The open-air bath was small and crowded. The view was great, which made it all the more disappointing.

    From check-in to check-out, I had a very pleasant stay. I believe this Hotel is excellent at providing thoughtful and attentive service. I would love to stay here again during my next trip to Nagasaki. It was truly a delightful experience.

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was very delicious. The night view was beautiful, and I was satisfied with the quiet environment of the property. The changing room in the large public bath and the hallway of the guest rooms were slightly cold, which bothered me a little as I am sensitive to cold, but overall I had a comfortable stay. I think I'll make this property my regular place to stay for trips to Nagasaki. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was very good.

    I felt very luxurious in the room with a wonderful view. The cake prepared for the anniversary plan was very impressive and I was surprised. It was delicious. The service was excellent, with a gentleman, who seemed to be the top staff, providing kind and courteous service with a smile, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you very much for taking care of us.
