    European-style decor with an exceptional bath.

    Stayed with my Yorkshire Terrier and mother. The interior has a European feel down to the details, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The room is spacious enough, and there was no unpleasant smell. The onsen in the room allows for easy access to a relaxing bath, which was very enjoyable. We only had breakfast during our stay, but the meal on the second day was very delicious. For dinner, please note that you need to choose such a plan or make a reservation in advance; ordering after arriving at the hotel seems difficult. Dinner costs 10,000 yen per person, which felt a bit expensive. However, there are no nearby places within walking distance for dining out easily, so please keep this in mind.

    Highly satisfied!!

    This was my fifth visit. I arrived a bit early, but the staff greeted me with warm smiles right away, and their consistent kindness made me feel the high quality of their service. The new staff members, though still getting used to things, explained everything politely, while the long-time staff remembered my dog's name and gave them lots of affection. The dog cake I had pre-ordered even came in a "Happy Birthday" design without any special request from me—such thoughtful service truly touched my heart again this time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the Onsen, available anytime, had just the perfect water temperature. I am completely satisfied!

    As always, the food was excellent.

    Unfortunately, the Cat Room was not available this time, so we stayed in a different room after a long time. The staff made efforts to prevent our cats from going under the bed, but one of them was quite clever... They also provided a cat tower, which everyone enjoyed. Our cats love this Hotel and always walk in with their tails up, so it would be great if there were more Cat Rooms available. Unfortunately, as it was a smoking room, the smell of tobacco lingered on the bedding and other items, which was unpleasant. I forgot to request deodorization in advance this time but will make sure not to forget next time. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The meals are always delicious and something we look forward to every time! Bonfan is our absolute favorite dish; it's hard to rank others like Kamameshi because everything is so good that we always wish for more while eating! My kids often take my share (￣∇￣;) Haha! We would love to stay again next time—thank you in advance!

    We had a wonderful time! The staff's attentiveness was exceptional. We brought along our three dogs, and we were delighted that the staff called them by their names! The food was incredibly delicious, and ordering meals for the dogs turned out to be a great decision. We would love to stay here again. Thank you so much!     Dog-friendly Accommodation

    Visited for the first time in 16 years for a birthday trip with our dog and child. The private open-air bath in the room had the perfect water temperature, not too hot, and we enjoyed it multiple times. The food was delicious, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the birthday message plate.

    Heartfelt Hospitality... Warm Welcome for Your Pets Too

    We arrived much earlier than planned, even before 3:00 PM, but we were warmly welcomed upon arrival with assistance in parking and unloading our luggage. We were especially grateful for the kind greetings extended to our dogs. The building and interior had an antique charm that perfectly suited our taste, providing a relaxing atmosphere. After a short rest and a light walk with the dogs, we enjoyed dinner. On short notice, we requested meals for our dogs as well—both dinner and breakfast—and despite the last-minute request, they prepared luxurious meals for them. Thank you so much! As for us, pre-ordering the simmered golden-eye snapper was an excellent decision. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious; we couldn’t believe how luxurious breakfast was but thoroughly enjoyed it. The bath experience was also wonderful—starting with an indoor bath to rinse off sweat followed by a soothing onsen open-air bath to relax tired muscles. The temperature was just right, leaving both skin refreshed and mind at ease. Above all else, the staff’s attentiveness and their genuine affection toward pets left us deeply appreciative. They even provided helpful traffic updates as we departed—it made such a difference! Honestly, one night felt too short; thank you for providing such a comfortable stay. For those who have already completed their Reservation or are considering staying here—especially pet owners—I highly recommend this Hotel. Since the location involves narrow winding roads, I suggest arriving while it’s still daylight; using Google Maps should ensure accurate navigation. We initially took a wrong turn due to misreading signs but ended up at their sister property where they kindly guided us back on track. Regarding items to bring: while most pet supplies are provided (e.g., consumables), you’ll need items like diaper pants or bedding materials to create a comfortable space for your pet—they might wander otherwise. This has been quite detailed but I wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel for those traveling with pets! The staff's kindness and hospitality truly stand out here.

    There was a comment that the location is hard to find, but you can arrive without any trouble if you follow the navigation. The room was conveniently located right behind the parking lot. Thank you to the staff for responding to our inquiries even before our stay.

    Always a relaxing experience.

    This was our longest stay. As soon as we entered the room, the cats walked in with their tails up. The youngest one only started coming out midway, but the other two even seemed to enjoy showing off when staff members were around. We've stayed at other accommodations before, but none felt as relaxing as this one. We also enjoyed delicious meals and a variety of drinks during our stay. The menu changes every time, but there’s always at least one dish we absolutely love. We are particularly fond of Bon Femme and always wish for more than just one serving! The improved Wi-Fi this time was also very helpful. We look forward to staying here again!

    First Visit

    Stayed here for the first time with my beloved dog. From the moment we arrived, three staff members came out to greet us and helped carry our luggage, which was very helpful. Dinner could have had a bit more volume, but breakfast was charming and delightful. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

    The staff and cuisine are excellent.

    The food is absolutely amazing. It's great that you can inform them of any ingredients you're not fond of in advance. The Room has an open-air bath, so even my husband, who usually doesn't like baths, ends up bathing three times every stay! The dog meals are incredibly luxurious. Since this trip is not just for us but also for our dog, we're truly delighted. The staff kindly interact and pet the dogs, making our pup wag its tail with joy!

    A unique space where humans and pets can be incredibly close.

    Stayed for one night from February 12, 2025. We realized that we often couldn't fully enjoy our trips because we were always worried about leaving our pets behind. However, staying at Stone Accommodation was a new and refreshing experience as they welcomed our pet as a guest too. There were several helpful aspects of the accommodation. Since we brought our cat this time, we requested a cage and a covered litter box, which were available and very convenient. The private bath in the room was extremely useful. As there was no dinner provided, we found dining options within a 10-15 minute taxi ride, making the location quite convenient. We enjoyed local seafood and had breakfast at Stone Accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed each aspect of our stay. The room was very clean, and the staff's attention to detail and kindness made us feel welcome. There were plenty of trash bins provided, so there was no inconvenience in that regard. We rated "Room & Amenities" as 4 due to energy-saving measures likely related to SDGs; however, all necessary items were well-prepared. For "Hospitality & Service," we gave it a perfect score of 5 because the service level was excellent—the cleanliness of the room stood out with no unpleasant odors—and it exceeded expectations in every way. For "Onsen & Bath," we rated it as 3 since there wasn’t a large public bath or particularly unique spring quality; however, both the private open-air bath and indoor bath in the room were spacious enough and enjoyable. Spending more time with our beloved cat without them feeling lonely made us happy. One point to note is that outdoor baths might be affected by rain or strong winds but are stylishly designed—perfect for memorable photos with an exceptional aesthetic appeal. Regarding "Facility," we rated it as 3 because there weren’t services like room service or shops selling snacks/light meals available on-site; guests seeking these should prepare beforehand accordingly. Finally, for "Food," we gave it a rating of 4 since breakfast featured rare yet delicious dishes prepared with care—a homely touch that left us satisfied despite only having breakfast included during this stay.     Very satisfied.

    The French course dinner and breakfast were both very delicious. The dog food was also quickly devoured by our beloved pet. Since we had in-room dining, we could enjoy our meals leisurely without worrying about our dog barking. Every time the property staff entered the room to bring the food, our dog would seek attention, but they always responded kindly and gently spoke to him. Having an open-air bath attached to the room allowed us to stay in the room all day, which was fantastic. It was a cold and rainy day, so we stayed in the room until just before check-out time. We would love to repeat this experience. Thank you very much.

    Elegant stay experience at a British-style villa

    We stayed for one night as a family of three plus a medium-sized dog. The surroundings felt like a private villa area, so the exterior didn't have a hotel vibe, but rather a boutique hotel feel. We chose a Plan that included breakfast only in the Room, so we could relax as a family without leaving the Room, which had an open-air bath. Upon arrival, 3-4 staff members welcomed us, and they remembered the name of our pet, which we had informed them of in advance, and greeted us warmly. The Room had an antique style with a calm atmosphere, and there was a counter with a sink, which was convenient for washing pet dishes. The view of the starry sky from the open-air bath was breathtaking. The breakfast menu included salad, fruit, yogurt, sausage, beef stew, and more, served in small portions, but there was a surprising variety. We could choose from 4-5 types of bread, and there was coffee, juice, and a delicious green smoothie. The meal exceeded our expectations, and we were very satisfied. Overall, the staff's service and attentiveness were excellent, allowing us to relax with peace of mind. The amenities for both humans and pets were well-equipped, and we had no issues. We were able to spend a comfortable and leisurely time as a family, and choosing this place was the right decision. We definitely want to visit again.

    It was a bit concerning to go through the narrow roads of Izu Kogen. The Room was clean, and I think the meals were good. The staff also had a good vibe.

    I was able to relax.

    This time, we stayed here for our dog's birthday. This was actually our first stay at a property. After staying at several pet-friendly properties, we returned here because we wanted to relax and take it easy. This time, one of our companions had worse legs than the dog, so being able to enter the room immediately from the parking lot was a key point in our choice, and it turned out to be a very good decision, allowing us to indulge in self-satisfaction. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. We especially appreciated having coffee available in a pot at breakfast. The open-air bath in the room was spacious and perfect for a long soak. Considering multiple baths, a bathrobe would be convenient. In any case, we were able to relax and take it easy. Recently, after long drives, my back often hurts, but I was able to wake up refreshed the next morning, rejuvenated both physically and mentally. Thank you very much.

    A Relaxing Inn for Your Beloved Dog

    We made a Reservation at this highly-rated Property for our first trip with our family of four and three Toy Poodles. First, the entrance door to the Room was right in front of where we parked the car, which was convenient for us with three dogs, as there was no hassle of checking in. The Room with a dog run in the annex is a bit aged, but the interior, dog run, and open-air bath are very clean, and the amenities, including dog supplies, are well-stocked. The interior features curtains with ample fabric, balloon shades, and window treatments coordinated with William Morris-patterned wallpaper, harmonizing with the antique furniture, creating a very relaxing space like visiting a relative's home. If I had to say, the curtain length was short for the window, and the fabric part that hits the window handle of the plain shade was damaged, which I found very unfortunate. (I apologize for the harsh critique.) We had dinner at the restaurant, and despite forgetting to Reserve meals for the dogs, they kindly accommodated us at the last minute, for which we were grateful. The dogs quickly devoured their meals. Each dish in the course meal was meticulously prepared, and both the presentation and taste were exquisite, justifying the high Review ratings. Upon leaving the restaurant, we were offered homemade grapefruit jelly to enjoy after a bath, which was a delightful touch, and the taste was exceptional. The afternoon tea-style breakfast the next morning exceeded my expectations and was impressive. The staff's love for dogs was evident in their interactions and service, making me want to recommend this place to dog-loving friends and return again. We were fortunate to find such a wonderful Stays, making the trip comfortable for both us and our beloved dogs. Thank you very much.

    The best time with my dog

    I was looking for a place where I could stay with my dog while being pregnant, and I came across Ishinoie. The elegantly antique-style room and the thoughtfulness of the staff were truly wonderful! Above all, the food was delicious, making it a trip that satisfied my stomach, heart, and body.
