    Stay the night before your golf round

    I chose the Hilton because it has an underground parking garage, but the parking spaces are narrow and it is difficult to get out of the car after parking. The Japanese restaurant is only open on weekends. In Narita, even higher-rated Hotels have not been renovated, and the carpets are worn. I did not see any Japanese guests staying there—perhaps because overseas travelers have decreased and there are fewer visitors from China.

    We had a great time at the BBQ.

    We stayed in two Rooms as a group of six—my elderly parents, our two elementary-school children, and my spouse and I. Both Rooms were upgraded for us, and being placed in adjacent Rooms made our stay very comfortable. With the combination of elderly parents and energetic kids, I was worried someone might have to compromise, but using the health club worked out perfectly: the children enjoyed the pool while my parents relaxed by the poolside. We all refreshed ourselves in the large public bath afterward, then headed to the BBQ in the evening. The ingredients were hygienically managed and beautifully presented, and each of us could choose what we liked at our own pace, which was especially appreciated for a group with such a wide age range. It was also reassuring that restrooms inside the Hotel were nearby and easy to access. Even after the BBQ, we used the health club’s large public bath again to wash off any smoke or odors before going to bed. Thank you very much to all Hotel staff for providing such a comfortable stay. We truly appreciate it.

    An even better stay than we imagined! A dream hotel for aviation lovers.

    The rating on IKYU was not very high, and there was no mention of Diamond Member benefits, so I hesitated at first. However, at my airplane-loving husband’s request, we made a Reservation for the “Airport View with Breakfast and Dinner” Plan—and it was absolutely the right choice! From the pre-stay confirmation stage, the team kindly contacted us about our dinner Reservation time and seating arrangements, which allowed us to feel at ease on the day. To our delight, we were also surprised with an upgrade to a wonderful Room, which truly moved us. The view from the Room was breathtaking—so immersive that we could see the underside of airplanes up close—and my husband was thrilled. Every staff member who assisted us was genuinely kind, and we are deeply grateful for their warm hospitality. All of our initial concerns completely disappeared. We are posting this review to show our support, and we would love to visit again!

    Thank you very much.

    From the moment we checked in, we were truly touched by your warm, thoughtful hospitality. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant, and everything was delicious. I planned to pile up on the Häagen-Dazs from the buffet, but everything else was so good that I could only manage one scoop... The French toast that gets great Review is a must-try. We will definitely visit again.

    Stay the night before.

    I stayed the night before my trip as I had a morning flight from Narita Airport. The night before, I traveled from central Tokyo to Narita Airport and took the shuttle bus to the Hotel, then used the shuttle bus again to get to the airport on the day of departure. As expected of Hilton, everything was spacious and comfortable, and even Emirates Airline crew were staying there. Even during a short wait for the bus, Hotel staff kindly approached me, showcasing their excellent hospitality.

    Disappointing even in the majors

    There was insufficient guidance from the parking lot to the front desk, making it difficult to find the elevator. In the twin room, individual lighting adjustments were not possible. The absence of a chair in the washroom made it challenging for elderly guests. Both dinner and breakfast were buffets, but there was only one dish worth going back for each time. A receipt was not provided at checkout. The bath towels were thick and heavy, making them unsuitable for elderly use.

    I was able to relax!

    This was my first stay in about two years. Thank you for the room upgrade. The view of the airport was excellent. The room and facilities seemed to have been renovated, making my stay comfortable. I always look forward to breakfast during my stays, and while it was generally delicious, this time there were delays in restocking ingredients, frequent shortages, long lines for egg dishes, and a lack of freshness in salad vegetables—possibly due to staff shortages—which caused quite a bit of stress. With better management, this could be a more comfortable hotel experience. I hope improvements will be made.

    Is Hilton Narita okay?

    It was my first stay in a while. We used to enjoy the delicious Chinese restaurant inside the hotel with our family every year, but unfortunately, it was temporarily closed. The side table had no pen or memo pad, and there was a crumpled instant coffee stick that seemed to have been handled by many people. The amenities included only a toothbrush, shaving kit, and shower cap. In both the bathroom and washroom, shampoo and soap were provided in large bottles, giving it more of a Business Hotel feel rather than that of a City Hotel. It’s disappointing as it used to be such a great hotel.

    Had a comfortable stay.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. Despite the early check-out, the breakfast starting at 6:30 AM was very convenient. The service was professional, reflecting the high ratings. I would definitely choose to stay here again when using nearby Hotels.
