    I was very pleased with the exceptionally courteous service.

    My companion has difficulty walking, so we inquired about the availability of a bedroom instead of a tatami Room. We were impressed by the prompt arrangement, as we were informed that a bedroom was secured for both nights on the same day. The staff's courteous service during check-in was also excellent. If I may add one suggestion, the public bath felt small. On the day when three groups were using it, it was quite crowded. However, on the second night, with only one group, this was not an issue. The cleanliness was impeccable, making the stay very pleasant.

    This was my first time staying on Sado Island. The Onsen was amazing and left my skin feeling smooth. The open-air bath was also very relaxing. I stayed for three nights, and the meals were different each time, so I never got bored. The locally grown Koshihikari rice from Sado was incredibly delicious. The staff serving the meals were very kind, making the dining experience enjoyable. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that there was no cleansing product available in the bath area.

    A Ryokan with excellent Onsen, cuisine, and views.

    The room offers a great view of the lakeside, and the Onsen's quality leaves your skin smooth. Meals included crab, oysters, and assorted sashimi, all of which were delicious. Valuable exhibits were also on display.

    Family Trip

    Reason for 3 stars: We stayed with two toddlers and booked a plan that included dinner and breakfast for them. Dinner was fine, as two kids' meals were served without any issues. However, the problem arose during breakfast. For some reason, only one kids' meal was served, while the other toddler received just a bowl of rice and a small plate, leaving us confused. Despite paying the same amount for both toddlers' meals, there was an unexplained difference in what was provided. This led to arguments over juice and yogurt from the kids' meal, making breakfast noisy and stressful. There was no explanation given at the time of serving regarding this discrepancy, which left us disappointed. Due to this issue, we rated it 3 stars.

    Red snow crab

    I have used this property repeatedly. On the first night's dinner, red snow crab is served with kitchen scissors and a hand towel, but it comes out in its original state without any pre-cutting. There are parts of the crab that cannot be eaten, and for first-timers, it might be difficult to distinguish between edible and non-edible parts. Despite taking time to eat, warm dishes keep coming out and everything gets cold. I think this experience might make more people dislike crab. During my stay of several days, on the day when real snow crab was served, it was pre-cut for easy eating, allowing us to enjoy it deliciously without the risk of hurting our hands. I would be happy if all types of crab were served in an easy-to-eat manner. Breakfast had no options and was entirely Japanese cuisine. To get to the large public bath, you have to go down and then up the stairs. It might be tough for the elderly. I hope for more progress in barrier-free accessibility. I thought the quality of the onsen was wonderful. It made my skin smooth and kept me warm throughout the night. All the staff were kind and provided pleasant service. Thank you very much.

    A tranquil Stays overlooking Lake Kamo

    Used for a trip with five friends celebrating their 70th birthdays. This is a quiet Ryokan located near Ryotsu Port by the shore of Lake Kamo. We enjoyed the soft feel of the Onsen, and the dinner featured all-you-can-eat Sado seafood and sweet shrimp. Both dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, allowing us to enjoy conversations.
