    A large number of insects clinging to the ceiling

    This was the dirtiest Hotel I have ever stayed at in this price range. When I looked up while washing my hair in the shower room (toilet), I saw many dead small insects stuck to the ceiling. Since they weren’t flying around, a basic cleaning could have made it at least minimally clean. Two of us with house dust allergies couldn’t stop sneezing, and the tissue box in the Room ran out after just about five sheets. We booked a Room with three beds, but two of them were so far from any power outlets that even an extension cord couldn’t reach, leaving us no choice but to use our portable chargers while sleeping. Additionally, there were no plates or forks available for rent; we were only given disposable spoons. If you’re planning a surprise with cake or anything similar, be warned! Overall, it was quite miserable. The staff was kind, but we will never stay here again.

    Service could be improved.

    The front desk service was not good, and they only noticed the breakfast voucher after I requested it, without any apology. The Room had dust, and the door lock was difficult to open. Well, maybe it's acceptable since the price is cheaper than others?

    Unfortunately

    At check-in, payment methods were confirmed without presenting the amount. When I answered "credit card," I was asked to insert my card. Upon asking for the amount, it was only communicated verbally (not shown on a calculator). When draining the bathtub, the entire bathroom flooded! After informing the front desk and having it addressed, a large amount of hair was found in the drain. The staff left with minimal apology after handling it. What is management doing about this?

    There was no outlet ...

    There was no outlet next to the bed, making it inconvenient to charge my phone. I couldn't find the Hotel entrance and called for assistance, but there was no Japanese-speaking staff available to explain, which caused trouble. I had to walk under the scorching sun for over 10 minutes, which was very difficult.

    Used for visiting the Expo. Perfect access to both the Expo venue and the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Thank you very much!

    Conveniently located near the Osaka Expo.

    The room was far from the image shown during the Reservation, with a table but no chairs, which was confusing. Although the front desk staff were mostly foreigners and I was initially concerned, their service was excellent. The main issue was with the room itself. Thank you for your hospitality.

    "Resort-Style" Business Hotel

    When I stayed here over a decade ago, it felt like a "semi-Resort Hotel," and I was fairly satisfied. However, now it feels more like a "resort-style" Business Hotel. While the rooms are slightly larger than typical Business Hotels, there are no sofas, and the place feels somewhat worn out—there's no sense of being at a resort at all. What happened? Additionally, the staff (a male employee) didn’t seem like a professional hotel worker but just an ordinary man... Disappointing.

    It was great.

    I was prepared for the worst due to bad Google reviews, but it turned out great! The accommodation included Universal Studios tickets, which was a great deal! The advantage of free ferry access from Sakurajima Port was significant. It had an ocean view and was very clean. While it felt slightly old compared to famous places, there were no issues. If I had to point out one downside, it would be the lack of outlets near the bedside.
