    Escape the hustle and bustle

    During the summer holidays, we didn’t have plans to travel far, so we wanted to enjoy a vacation feel nearby and stayed here for the first time. With a location overlooking the airport, a comfortable Room, and a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, it was a wonderful stay. Given the location, there were many international guests and airline crew members, which made it feel like a little trip abroad. Thank you very much.

    Breakfast

    Breakfast is served buffet-style, with an impressive variety—rice accompaniments, bread spreads, and made-to-order rice balls—plus many locally sourced items. Everything was delicious. When departing from Narita we usually stay the night before and don’t have time for breakfast at the Hotel, but this time we stayed after our trip and were able to enjoy a relaxed, wonderful morning with a great meal. The staff were also very kind, and we would love to stay again.

    Meals are of the lowest standard.

    We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor. The tonkatsu was extremely tough, making it difficult to cut even with a knife, and the breading had a noticeable oily smell. The seafood fried rice was overly moist and lacked the characteristic aroma of fried rice. Although we considered mentioning this during our meal, we decided not to do so this time.

    Airport view?

    I booked the Premium Airport View Plan hoping to see planes taking off and landing to ease the loneliness of traveling alone. However, the "Airport View" only offered a barely visible edge of the airport, and planes were not flying close by as expected. The room introduction photos showed mineral water bottles, but instead, there was a note stating they had switched to a water dispenser. I used the shuttle bus to get to the hotel, but the shuttle schedule was not listed on their website. I only found out at Haneda Airport's bus stop that it runs once an hour. Exhausted from my journey, I waited over 30 minutes in extreme heat at the bus stop. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory stay for various reasons. At check-in, there were no explanations about elevator locations or instructions that you need to tap your room key on a white panel inside the elevator for access. I initially planned to try teppanyaki dining but decided against it due to low hospitality standards and opted for food from FamilyMart within the hotel instead. The presence of FamilyMart was my only solace. The staff there displayed excellent hospitality by stepping aside when customers approached while stocking shelves and promptly attending registers during busy times.

    The staff provides excellent service.

    I chose this Hotel because of the many Reviews praising the staff's excellent service and my anticipation for the Hawaiian buffet. The staff's response was generally good, such as when I accidentally dropped a fork during the meal. However, I wished for quicker replenishment at the buffet and single-use skincare products. The Room had a slight odor, which was a bit concerning. It was my first time staying at an ANA Hotel, but I had no unpleasant experiences and enjoyed a pleasant stay with a great holiday overall.

    Compared to other AN...

    Compared to other ANA or IHG hotels, the room quality is lower. The lack of a smart TV should be addressed promptly.

    Comfortable.

    The Room is spacious, and the bed and bedding are new, making it always comfortable to use. Perhaps due to cost-cutting measures, a disappointing point was that the amount of tissue provided was very small and ran out before bedtime, and there were no shoe cleaner papers available.

    It was comfortable.

    I used it for a pre-stay before my trip. The building is old, but the Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for the price. I will use it again.

    I was satisfied.

    For a change of pace, we use a hotel near the airport several times a year to stay as a couple and have meals while watching airplanes. The staff's service, amenities, room, and bedding were all very good, and we had a comfortable stay. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't watch YouTube and other services on the room's TV. We would like to use it again.

    Please change the handle name to sugi.

    I used the sauna and bath for the first time, but there is no elevator for the elderly, and the stairs need improvement! Also, the bath was not managed and was too hot to enter, causing trouble for others as well. As for the meals, unfortunately, the roast beef, tempura, and other dishes were cold, and there was no grated daikon, with no replenishment until prompted. Overall, improvements are necessary.

    A Hotel where you can relax

    We used the property when my family returned home as the flight arrived at night. It was close to the airport, and the room was spacious, allowing us to open large suitcases without any inconvenience and relax comfortably. I had pre-ordered a surprise whole cake, and it was a lovely strawberry cake. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay again when using Narita Airport.
