    The Shuttle Service from the airport is appreciated, but the Hotel itself is somewhat disappointing.

    The Shuttle Service from the airport was very helpful. The Room felt old, and for a triple stay, the extra bed for the third guest was like a hard board with a household comforter, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. This is the first time I’ve ever had such an uncomfortable extra bed. They say there is a large public bath, but in a cramped space there are only 12 baskets, one household-style sink, and one hair dryer. How are guests supposed to get in and dry their hair? Considering how spacious the lobby is, I was simply shocked by how small the public bath area is.

    It’s been 25 years.

    I didn’t stay here when I lived in Chitose, but I did come for a meal. I stayed here for the first time in 25 years, and it was spacious and clean. It was very comfortable.

    The Room was spacious and very comfortable. The female staff member at the front desk during check-in was professional and efficient. Facilities are important, but I believe staff service matters most. (No matter how impressive a Hotel’s facilities are, if the staff service is poor, it ruins the experience.) Thanks to your team, I had a pleasant stay at what I consider a top-level Hotel. In the morning, the Onsen was crowded and I stayed in the bath until a washing station opened, so I felt a bit overheated, but it was a wonderfully scented bath. I would like to stay again.

    The breakfast selection is outstanding.

    This time, I stayed one night at Grand Terrace Chitose via IKYU.com. Since it was under 5,000 yen per night, I didn’t have high expectations, but I was amazed by the wide variety at breakfast and ended up eating too much—I couldn’t eat anything until evening. I used the Hotel for a baseball game, and after the night game ended I arrived after 10:30 p.m. Just when I was feeling a bit hungry, there was an ochazuke service available until midnight, which really impressed me. Also, it was great that coffee and tea were freely available. It was a little disappointing that the large public bath was only open until midnight. The amenity services were well stocked, and in the morning I was surprised by the morning newspaper service (“Please feel free to take one with you”). The front desk staff member from overseas also provided kind and courteous service. Since this was a short stay, next time I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay.

    The bath was a pleasant surprise.

    Considering the price, I could accept that the Facility felt a bit dated overall, and I was satisfied with the meals.\nHowever, I was surprised by the bath.\nThere were only four faucets, and the tub could fit at most four or five people.\nSome guests had nowhere to go and ended up standing around waiting, which was unfortunate.\nI appreciated that Shuttle Service is available.

    Great value for money!

    The room is not spacious, and the facility feels a bit dated overall. However, considering it includes dinner and breakfast for three people, it is a very cost-effective hotel. There were no issues with cleanliness, and all necessary amenities are provided. I was very satisfied!

    Full of fun features! Rebranded from Nikko Hotel.

    20 minutes from New Chitose Airport by free shuttle service, this hotel is a rebranded former Nikko Hotel and now part of the major BBH Hotel chain. The shuttle service accommodates relatively late arrivals, offering great convenience (timetable available on the hotel's website). With many shops inside New Chitose Airport, waiting time is hardly an issue. Upon arrival at the hotel, head to the public bath. The Binchotan charcoal bath is unique and was so relaxing that I ended up soaking for a long time as it wasn’t crowded. After bathing, explore the facilities—there’s a manga corner and massage chairs available for use. A preview of tomorrow's breakfast venue revealed a limited-time ochazuke (rice with tea) station. Surprisingly, next to the usual coffee machine was a self-serve shaved ice station! Breakfast offers excellent value for its price (1,400 yen if reserved by the previous day). The return shuttle service to the airport can be booked during check-in and also allows drop-offs at JR Minami-Chitose Station or JR Chitose Station upon request. Although limited in number, you can borrow samue loungewear for use within the hotel during check-in. Early check-in is recommended if your schedule allows it. It was an enjoyable stay filled with fun discoveries!

    The idea of the CABIN-type capsule was a good one.

    The bath was fine, but the toilet was far too far from the cabin. Moreover, both toilet seats had stains on them, which was terrible. If I use this Hotel again, I will avoid the CABIN type.

    Great service!

    I stayed here on the first day of my trip to Hokkaido. The only downside was the limited number of showers in the large public bath, which required waiting for others to finish. However, the services and environment were excellent, including a shuttle service between the airport and hotel, free rental bicycles for up to 3 hours, and a nearby nature park. Of course, the staff's hospitality was great! With its good cost performance, I plan to stay here again soon!

    It's a bit underwhelming.

    The women's large public bath can accommodate about 4 people. The staff seem to be doing their best, but while the Facility is spacious, everything feels too outdated... it's disappointing.

    If you are sensitive to noise, it is recommended to bring earplugs.

    Stayed in a compact cabin (capsule). If noise from other guests bothers you, it might be a good idea to bring earplugs. The comfort level depends on the guests staying that day. It would be helpful if disposable earplugs were included in the amenities. Nearby convenience stores and drugstores did not sell earplugs. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was convenient. Due to its distance, this hotel seems suitable when reservations at other hotels cannot be made.

    Convenient for heading to the airport in the morning.

    The Hotel is slightly older, but there are no issues at all. Breakfast starts at 5:45, and there is a Shuttle Service departing at 6:10. It is convenient for heading to the airport early in the morning.

    Perfect for just sleeping.

    The Facility felt somewhat outdated, and the guest rooms and amenities seemed below standard. However, as I only stayed for one night before moving to Sapporo for a golf trip, it served its purpose well. While my rating is on the lower side, I was satisfied overall and would consider staying again.

    Following last week'...

    Following last week's stay, I am here again. The ability to receive a taxi fare from Chitose Station and the punctual shuttle service to the airport are very good. The bus driver was also extremely courteous. There were no issues with the Room or the coffee service in the lobby, and although the Onsen is a bit small, the water was nice. However, it was not allowed to go to the Onsen in the pajamas provided in the Room, and it was required to choose and take a yukata from next to the front desk. There are both old and new wings of the Property, which are on completely opposite sides, but not knowing this, I went all the way up in the old wing and had to carry my luggage to the other side again. There is indeed a notice about the Onsen inside the elevator, and the key does have "new wing" written in small letters. However, I think it would have been nice to have an explanation at check-in at the front desk. It is a wonderful Hotel with great value for money, so it is a shame.

    Recently, I have bee...

    Recently, I have been visiting every year around this time, partly because the parking lot is spacious and it's also close to the airport. However, perhaps due to the low hotel rates, for the first time, the bathtub was narrow and one of the simple slippers was worn out. Although it was replaced, it seems that the room is not checked thoroughly.

    A hotel where its charm stands out despite its age.

    At first, I started using this hotel because it was cheaper than others. However, as I continued to stay, I began to notice its merits. Initially, there was an instance where the non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes, possibly due to ventilation issues. When I informed the front desk, despite it being a busy period, they skillfully arranged an alternative room for me. I am grateful for their courteous response. Also, the meals at the dining hall, available at a discounted rate for guests, are delicious, and the ochazuke service after 10 PM is a subtle but pleasant touch. Thank you very much. I will use your services again.
