    I’d love to visit Sapporo again.

    The female staff’s hospitality was wonderful—on par with the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. Of course, the male staff on the night shift were great as well. One morning, I couldn’t decide between the 30-minute scrub course and the 60-minute scrub course. Even though it looked like I might go past the 11:00 check-out time, they handled it wonderfully. When I visit Sapporo again, I’d like to stay at Jasmac Hotel. It has a bit of a Showa-era feel, but it’s charming and atmospheric. It made me want to support them. Next time, I’d also like to try the dining area inside the bath facility, as I’ve heard the food is delicious. During my stay, thanks to the excellent service from the front desk staff, I was able to enjoy a comfortable two-night, three-day stay.

    I’m happy there’s an Onsen.

    Even though it’s a Business Hotel in Susukino, it has an Onsen, so I decided on this Hotel right away. The location is excellent. The Room felt a bit too warm and I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the temperature, which was slightly inconvenient, but since many places can be cold in winter, it actually felt like thoughtful hospitality. The Onsen is spacious, and the open-air bath felt strangely unique—like soaking right in the middle of downtown while still being in Hokkaido. The rich, silky water was very relaxing. Also, the young staff member who guided us for parking was incredibly attentive and efficient—he really helped us out.

    We would like to suggest a renovation of the hotel itself. The onsen in the large public bath was truly wonderful, with many users enjoying it. The water quality was excellent, and it was very clean. However, despite having such a fantastic onsen, the room was not very comfortable. It felt quite outdated, and the interior was very hot. The futon was old, heavy, and warm, making it difficult to sleep well. If we visit again, we might only use the day-use onsen facilities. It’s truly a shame because this place has so much potential; if you could consider renovating the guest rooms and facilities, it would make us happy as accommodation guests.

    This was my first stay.

    I have used this place several times for day trips, meetings, and celebrations, but this time I decided to stay overnight. The service was fine, and the room was spacious and comfortable, though it did feel a bit dated. The Onsen was excellent as expected. However, the breakfast was disappointing considering the price—it fell short compared to breakfasts at high-class hotels in the same price range. I think either lowering the price or improving the quality would be better. As for amenities, providing disposable sponges or body towels might be more economical since it could reduce body soap usage. Most Business Hotels in the city offer these items.

    No morning bath available!

    Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy the morning bath I was looking forward to due to maintenance! However, since it's one of my favorite Hotels, I'll visit again when I have the chance! I hope the parking fee for motorcycles could at least be half of that for cars—just a small request!

    Everything is outdated. The Onsen was empty, so I enjoyed it comfortably.

    The bath was great. ...

    The bath was great. There was also a spa, and I wish I had time to try treatments like body scrubbing. Breakfast was included, and I think it was very affordable. The Room had no view (laughs), which was disappointing, but it was spacious and creatively arranged despite being old, making it a comfortable stay.

    Was the Onsen good?

    Good Points The Onsen had a spacious and comfortable bath. The beef tendon curry was delicious with plenty of meat, but it lacked spiciness for adults; additional spices would be ideal. Bad Points Despite a Multiple Night Stay, only one breakfast voucher was provided. Perhaps because the breakfast buffet is Japanese-style, there were few bread options and no replacements were offered. Similarly, there were no pickles for the curry except rakkyo (pickled shallots). I wish the Onsen hours could be extended a bit longer. A door stopper would be appreciated. Directions to the 4th-floor buffet venue are unclear; the same goes for the Onsen (the elevator indicates 2nd floor) but it's actually on the 3rd floor. The clock inside the Onsen had stopped and showed an incorrect time.

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights starting from January 28th. The front desk staff, the public bath staff, and the cleaning staff all provided very courteous service. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. I imagine February will be a busy time with many guests, so please take care of yourselves. I look forward to your wonderful service in the future. I will definitely stay again.

    I enjoyed my stay.

    As the first refreshment of the New Year, the stay tour at Jasmac offers the best experience with an afternoon spent lounging on a different bed, followed by a bath, sauna, and beer! After sobering up, a follow-up sauna session and a deep sleep lead to a satisfying breakfast. I would love to come again if the price on regular Saturdays is around 15,000 yen, but I hesitate at over 22,000 yen. I hope for a price setting that is friendly to the locals.

    The sauna and open-air bath were excellent.

    The sauna and open-air bath were excellent. Although there were many day-use visitors and it was crowded, the open-air bath in near-freezing temperatures was exceptional. From 5 AM to 9 AM the next morning, it was only for overnight guests, and unlike the previous night, it was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, and comfortable, but I think the age of the property is unavoidable.

    Onsen Time

    Front desk, parking, and facility were totally satisfactory. I think the location is also good. It was my fault for not checking the closing time of the large public bath, but it was disappointing that it closed at midnight. Since I decide on stays based on the large public bath, if it were open until 2 AM, I would like to stay again, but I will have to reconsider next time. Thank you for letting me stay.

    It was good.

    I stayed at this Hotel for the live event, and it was very good. However, one thing that concerns me is that the estimated time from the station is not very accurate. It felt a bit far.

    High score.

    This was my first time staying here. The staff at the front desk and parking lot were very accommodating. Breakfast was scheduled in time slots, so it wasn't crowded. The bath was pleasant, but it was crowded as it is also a day-use hot spring. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you very much.

    The large public bath is like a super sento.
