    It feels like I’m in another country.

    From the photos, I initially thought we would have to climb stairs to enter, but the building is designed so you can take an elevator down to the basement, which made our stay with my elderly mother easy and comfortable. The design is outstanding, and after entering you first arrive at the basement front desk and lounge—an exciting start that really builds anticipation. The Room was bright and open, with a very spacious bathroom; the sink area is separate and close to the bedroom, making it extremely convenient and comfortable overall. This is a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

    A stylish design Hotel

    Both the Room and the lounge were clean, beautifully designed, and made for a wonderful Hotel stay that felt like a true escape. The meals were excellent as well. It was disappointing that there were no women’s amenities such as toner or makeup remover.

    The best Hotel I have ever stayed at during my travels! The food was delicious, and it made me happy from the morning. Thank you for bringing the birthday surprise for my husband to our Room! I would love to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka!

    Lounge

    This is my third stay. At the entrance of this hotel, there is a foreign doorman. After entering, you take the elevator. Upon exiting the elevator, there is a foreign receptionist who assists with check-in while you sit on a chair. It feels like stepping into a hotel in another country. There is a lounge in the back with well-designed and arranged chairs, which I love. The room layout is excellent, with separate toilet and bathroom facilities. The chair designs are stylish but not particularly comfortable to sit on. The plan with lounge access allows unlimited entry to the lounge. This accommodation becomes addictive!

    Otherworldly yet simple

    The Room had a simple tone and was comfortable to stay in. The bathtub was luxurious, but the washing area felt quite cramped. The all-inclusive lounge resembled a palace from a game world. It was unclear when alcohol could be consumed, and it was disappointing that there were no soft drinks available during the day. Having sparkling water would have been nice.

    Stylish Hotel

    It was a stylish and new all-inclusive Hotel. The price was also reasonable. Although it is a bit far from the nearest station, the location is fairly convenient for sightseeing. The staff were friendly, and the service was attentive. I would like to stay here again.

    The desserts are amazing!!

    We arrived by taxi with my 101-year-old mother. The bellboy welcomed us and guided us to the lounge early. We enjoyed plenty of delicious sweets in a beautifully designed interior. There were also light meals, and the soup and pizza were delightful. The Room had an excellent design, with a circular bathtub that was stunning. The king-size bed was thick and incredibly comfortable, providing the best sleep. It was a truly wonderful experience.

    It was a very lovely Hotel.

    I didn't have high expectations since the hotel is located in the middle of Nakasu, but the room was more spacious than I thought, with separate toilet and shower facilities and well-stocked amenities, making my stay very comfortable. Most of the staff were from overseas, but they were all very kind and provided excellent service. I came by car and was able to rent a dedicated parking space near the hotel for about 3,000 yen per night, which was convenient. The restaurant buffet was delicious, with small portions prepared for each dish so I could enjoy a variety of options—it was a lot of fun! Although I live in Fukuoka myself, I would definitely invite relatives to stay here again when they come to visit.

    Simply amazing!

    I was amazed to find such a stylish hotel in Japan! From the moment I arrived, I was guided by foreign staff to the entrance, which was so unique and mysterious that it felt like a Disney attraction—truly impressive! The check-in staff were also foreign, and their fluency in Japanese was perfect! The room had a high ceiling design with windows that were not particularly large but carefully calculated to let in just the right amount of light, creating a relaxing atmosphere without any sense of confinement. The bathroom design was incredibly stylish as well! Having traveled around the world, this is the first time I've encountered such meticulously designed accommodation. While I had seen its exterior before, staying here for the first time was full of surprises! The breakfast quality, taste, and variety were all perfect—absolutely flawless! It made me wonder if this is really a hotel in Japan or somewhere overseas because of how extraordinary it felt. If you ever have the chance to visit Fukuoka, I highly recommend staying here. It has become one of my favorite accommodations to revisit!

    The Hotel has a reliable doorman, making it an excellent choice. All-inclusive service allows you to enjoy food and drinks anytime, which is great. The high ceilings and large bathtub add to the comfort. We recommend rooms with a terrace—feeling the fresh air outside is a luxurious and delightful experience.

    Second Visit

    I visited the accommodation again because I had a great experience staying there at the beginning of January. Last time, I checked in late around 8 PM due to my schedule, but this time I checked in earlier at 4 PM. I placed my luggage in the room and headed straight to the lounge. Although I was alone, I was guided to a long sofa, which was very comfortable. Afterward, I returned to my room and took a bath. The sink, bathroom, and toilet were separate, and the bathroom was spacious enough for relaxation. After relaxing in the room for a while, I went back to the lounge again. During this time of day, there were more guests staying at the accommodation, so I was guided to a two-person table instead. The food offerings were different from earlier and enjoyable as well. For breakfast, guests could sit anywhere they liked; I chose a long sofa again and found it very comfortable and relaxing. The food was delicious too! One thing that caught my attention this time (which I didn’t notice before) is that there’s only one elevator available—it caused slight inconvenience at times—but overall, the lounge experience made up for it!

    Would love to visit again!

    It was my first visit to Fukuoka, but walking along the river from Nakasu-Kawabata Station, I easily found the accommodation as I recognized its exterior from photos. As mentioned in other reviews, there were foreign staff members at the entrance. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, they kindly guided me to the elevator. The check-in process after sightseeing was smooth and very pleasant. Most of the staff were foreigners, but their humility felt very Japanese while also giving an international atmosphere. Their excellent hospitality made me feel truly welcomed. I thoroughly enjoyed dining at El Dorado. What started as a plan for a light snack turned into multiple trips back for more food! The dishes were visually appealing and tempting to try everything on display. The buffet station was always well-stocked and stylishly presented—everything was delicious. The guests ranged widely from families with small children to elderly couples and international visitors, which reflects how popular this hotel is among various groups. The room I stayed in was 27 square meters but felt surprisingly spacious. Cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, food quality, and responsiveness to any issues—all aspects were outstanding. This accommodation meets modern hotel stay expectations perfectly while maintaining reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend it to friends and definitely want to stay here again!

    Convenient and delicious restaurant.

    A 10-minute walk from the center of Tenjin, just cross the river to find plenty of food stalls. Perfectly convenient for enjoying Hakata's nightlife. The entrance has a club-like atmosphere with a foreign staff member welcoming guests. Although I arrived early and planned to just leave my luggage, they kindly allowed me to check in since the room was ready. The Room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious enough for this type of Hotel. There were welcome chocolates in the room, and amenities as well as drinks were well-stocked. The restaurant is inclusive? Not only breakfast but also tea time and dinner are available anytime, which was surprising. Since I arrived early, I decided to visit the restaurant and found a variety of sweets that made me stay longer than planned. Although I had dinner outside, I became curious about what they offered at night. Breakfast also had an impressive selection. Considering its location, cleanliness of the Room, and included meals, it’s an excellent Hotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fukuoka!

    Hidden Retreat Space

    This is not a Hotel for me.

    I decided to stay because the reviews were high, but I will never repeat it. In my opinion, it doesn't even qualify as a hotel; first of all, there is no phone in the room... Is this a way of saying not to call the front desk? The room seems to have been renovated and looks clean, but they unnecessarily enlarged the bathroom making it very inconvenient. Breakfast is the same every day (during my three-night stay), so I got tired of its content. Additionally → I wanted to send a package; they have forms and pickup service but no cardboard boxes. → Wanted to borrow large dishes; none available. → Wanted to borrow a screwdriver; none available. What kind of hotel is this supposed to be? The exterior and interior look like those of a hotel next to an amusement park. The staff are mostly foreigners, and I only saw about three Japanese people. Since it was an unexpected holiday for me with over 60,000 yen per night, maybe I'm dissatisfied with the content. Perhaps if it's used as a business hotel substitute for 20,000 yen per night on a solo trip, one might be satisfied.

    Wonderful World

    As the title suggests, the moment we arrived at the Hotel, it felt like a wonderful world had begun! The person who welcomed us was a true gentleman, and every staff member we interacted with was loving, smart, kind, and amazing! There were staff from various countries, and each one was perfect. I have a hobby of enjoying afternoon tea, so I often use high-class Hotels, but the service here was just as comfortable (or maybe even more so!). The Review mentioned "comfortable," and it was exactly that. The lounge is a relaxing place even with children, but it also has a nice atmosphere for adults to spend time leisurely or for a date. You can dress up stylishly or go casual and relaxed! It's clean and has a nice atmosphere, yet it has a mysterious world view. Just remembering it makes me feel happy, and the pleasant response from the staff is memorable. Thank you very much. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt great. The food, especially the sweets, was excellent, and even during peak times, they were attentive to replenishing items, which was nice. In any case, my family has become a complete fan of such a wonderful service filled with love (the cost performance is too good!). I hope this wonderful world is preserved forever. We will visit again. Thank you very much!

    The gala dinner never disappoints.

    I stayed with the Gala Dinner Plan this time as well. It was my second time, impressed by the previous meal and the service during the meal, and the Gala Dinner meal was indeed great! It was the best. Also, at the all-day dining, I was able to enjoy drinks and food at my preferred time, having tea or breakfast, and spent a relaxing time. I was also impressed by the efforts of the overseas staff. I would like to stay again and plan to make a reservation with the Gala Dinner Plan.

    Hotel with a unique beauty

    I used it for the first time after the renewal opening. Online check-in before arrival made the guidance at the hotel entrance smooth. This hotel has a unique beauty, and every time I stay, I don't want to check out because I love the hotel space here. With the renewal, the bathroom in the room has improved significantly. I arrived late and couldn't make it for dinner, so I used the lounge for light snacks and breakfast. The lounge had a nice atmosphere, and the breakfast was very delicious.

    A Hotel Beyond Expectations

    I usually check in early, but this time I was delayed due to errands and arrived after sunset. The accommodation is not located on a major road, so I walked from the subway station but got slightly lost as I was unfamiliar with the area. When I finally found it, the accommodation was beautifully lit up, which left me impressed. As I was about to climb the stairs, a foreign staff member (a Black individual) kindly directed me to enter through the basement entrance. At the front desk, an Indian staff member assisted me with check-in. Although I came to Hakata, it felt like being at an international hotel. Guests were informed that they could freely use the lounge during their stay. After placing my luggage in my room and heading to the lounge, I saw many people enjoying their meals there. The lounge offered a sufficient variety of dishes and desserts for guests to enjoy. Breakfast was also served in the same lounge and everything tasted delicious. Next time, I'd like to check in earlier and enjoy my stay even more fully!

    As it was an all-day dining, I was looking forward to dining in the lounge. Except for breakfast, it was more like light meals, which was a bit disappointing. The Room and bath were satisfactory. There were many foreign staff, but everyone was fluent in Japanese and their service was excellent!
