    I'm glad I chose JAL.

    There are several good-looking Hotels in Fukuoka (Hakata), so I was initially unsure where to stay, but I chose this one for its location and being part of the Nikko chain. It turned out to be the right choice. The atmosphere in the lobby and the staff's service were excellent.

    Unmatched tranquility and high quality surpassing international hotels

    Used for an overnight stay before a medical check-up. This was a hotel of the highest level in every aspect. Receptions for nationwide conferences held in Fukuoka are always hosted here, and now I understand why. I realized that Hakata is not just about the Nakasu area. Next time, I would like to stay with my wife, my son and his wife, and my grandchildren.

    A Hotel with Friendly and Comfortable Staff Service

    The facilities are not the newest, but they were clean and sufficiently comfortable. The staff responded promptly and pleasantly to even detailed requests. Its proximity to Hakata Station and the underground parking made it convenient and secure for car storage. The mattress and bedding suited us well, providing a comfortable sleep. Although we couldn't use the bar or restaurant this time due to our schedule, their attractive menus and plans make us look forward to trying them next time. We will definitely visit again!

    I use this place every time I visit Fukuoka.

    The one-hour early check-in was very helpful. Convenient access from the airport via subway and underground passage after exiting the ticket gate. The location is excellent. And as always, Benkei's breakfast was delightful—I enjoy taking my time there. I even had a second cup of coffee after the meal. Looking forward to seeing how beautiful it will be after the renovations are complete!

    A reliable and long-established Hotel conveniently located near the station.

    We stayed for one night for a family shopping trip. Thanks to the Diamond Member benefits, parking was free until the next day, which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation is conveniently located near Hakata Station. Although we expected breakfast to be crowded, we were able to get seated immediately even after 8 AM and enjoyed a leisurely and delicious meal. The freshly made omelets, fresh juices, and flavorful bread received high praise from our family. The front desk staff provided clear explanations, and two women kindly carried our luggage to the room. Their attentive service truly reflected the excellent standards of Hotel Nikko. We look forward to staying again within this year!

    As expected, a truly wonderful Hotel!!

    Every year, during either my or my husband's birthday month, we stay at an accommodation using the One Harmony benefits. This time, I wanted to use the IKYU Diamond benefits and made a reservation through IKYU.com. At other hotels, it was rare for all Diamond benefits to be applied, but at Hotel Nikko Fukuoka, they applied everything (such as upgrades, late check-out, free parking), which made us very happy. For dinner, we enjoyed exceptionally high-quality and delicious French cuisine at Les Célébrités. Using my husband's One Harmony birthday benefit, we received a birthday plate along with a single red rose and dessert wine as part of the service—it was more than satisfying. What touched me most was the teddy bear given during every birthday stay... This year that service has been temporarily suspended. Since I had been displaying past teddy bears in our living room and looking forward to it this time too, I mentioned how disappointed I felt during check-in. Later on, they brought one to our room saying "It doesn't have the Hotel Nikko Fukuoka logo on it..."! It made me so happy!! Thank you so much! Every time we choose this hotel for our couple's birthday stays and it's always absolutely the right choice. The staff's hospitality and services are truly top-notch—this is definitely our favorite hotel! We'll visit again soon~!

    A Reliable and Established Hotel

    This is a hotel you will definitely want to stay at when visiting Fukuoka. The staff are courteous and warmly greet you with a smile and "Welcome back" upon your return. The Japanese cuisine was delicious.

    When arriving late in Fukuoka for a business trip or feeling exhausted, I used to stay at Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. However, with the recent surge in hotel prices in Fukuoka, I thought staying here might no longer be an option. Then, I found an incredibly reasonable Plan on IKYU. On Friday evening, after finishing work and checking in, I enjoyed a room service dinner and relaxed on the bed. Feeling quite tired, I woke up during the night thinking how much I'd love to spend another day resting in this bed. But it was the weekend, so I assumed it wouldn't be possible. Out of curiosity, I searched IKYU and found that the same type of Room was available at a price that allowed me to book another night! Since I could stay in the same Room without moving my things, I enjoyed one more day of complete relaxation. Thanks to this wonderful Plan from Hotel Nikko and IKYU.com, my fatigue was greatly relieved. Thank you so much!

    Conveniently located with excellent transportation access.

    The bathtub is spacious, allowing you to relax and soak at your leisure. Amenities are well-equipped. The staff provided attentive and thoughtful service.

    It was good.

    This was my first time using the Property. The facilities may be a bit dated, but I felt like I stayed at a Hotel with solid hospitality for the first time in a while. When I consulted about allergies during breakfast, they responded politely, allowing me to enjoy my meal with peace of mind. I think the Room was quite user-friendly as well. The table was spacious and there were enough power outlets. Due to the structure, it couldn't be helped that we felt watched from the Room across, so we kept the curtains closed. Thank you for your courteous service until checkout. I would like to use it again.

    This is my second stay.

    The Facility and service were as expected from Nikko, well-maintained. However, there was noticeable wear and tear in the bathroom with blackened stains and peeling. The cleaning was thorough, so it wasn't uncomfortable... The bed was wide, allowing for a comfortable sleep. It is close to the station and not in a bustling area like Tenjin or Nakasu, so it was calm and safe to walk around at night.

    Overall, the service...

    Overall, the service was excellent, as expected from Nikko! However, during check-in, there was no breakfast voucher, and the drink tickets were not provided for everyone, which gave the impression that the staff might have been new. It was unfortunate because the service was otherwise good, including the person who later brought the breakfast voucher. Although the hotel is undeniably aging, it was clean and comfortable. I understand that a major renovation would be challenging, but I would appreciate it if at least the shower head could be replaced. The hotel is directly connected to the station, and the check-out time is relatively late. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, which was great! I would like to use this hotel again.

    Looking forward to the Japanese breakfast.

    I come to Fukuoka about twice a year, and if there's availability, I always choose this place. You can access it from Hakata Station without getting wet even in the rain, and I look forward to the delicious Japanese breakfast. Although the Facility is not the latest, it is kept very clean, and there are fresh flowers in the elevator hall on the accommodation floor, which gives off a faint fragrance that makes me happy. Everyone is smiling and pleasant.

    I will make a reservation here again next time.

    I made a reservation because my daughter stayed with her friends during spring break and expressed a desire to stay again. The staff were all wonderful, the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were plentiful. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of menu options. It was delicious. Perhaps because we went later, it was not crowded, and we could relax. Next time we come to PayPay Dome, we will make a reservation here again. We look forward to your hospitality then.

    Stay with a dinner show package

    I made a reservation at the hotel of the venue, thinking it would be convenient when traveling to Fukuoka to see the dinner show. The whole hotel has a somewhat aged feel, but the room was renovated and very clean and easy to use. It is also very close to Hakata Station, making the location convenient. The dinner show course meal was very delicious and I was very satisfied. However, the breakfast had some items that were a bit dry from sitting out, which was disappointing, so I deducted one star. The hotel promptly addressed the room trouble, showcasing the response of a first-class hotel. I will use it again when I go to the dinner show.

    Glass stains

    This was my first time using a hotel for a two-night stay during my trip to Fukuoka. The room itself felt quite aged. I didn't notice it during check-in, but when I filled the bathtub, I was slightly bothered by the smell of the bathroom curtain, so I requested a replacement while I was out on the morning of the second night. Since it was a two-night stay, the room was cleaned while I was out during the day. I used the glasses and teacups on the first day, and the used items were taken away and replaced with new glasses. When I tried to use the glasses and teacups again at night, there were stains left from where I had put my mouth, which was very unpleasant. It seems they just lightly rinsed the used items and put them back instead of replacing them... I was surprised. The staff's response was polite and good, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

    Stays with a baby

    It was a very wonderful Hotel, friendly to babies and barrier-free. When we were having trouble finding a place to have dinner, the concierge kindly assisted us. Thanks to them, our family was able to have dinner. We will surely never forget the taste of the motsunabe we had that day. There was a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks nearby. The location was excellent. In the middle of the night, when our child spit up a little milk and wet their pajamas, we were in a panic, but they provided us with a replacement pajama. The help with sterilizing the baby bottle was also appreciated. With a stroller, it's just a short ride on two elevators to the subway. (It's so close that it doesn't even feel like a transfer, more like a direct connection.) Traveling with a baby, we were really grateful.

    The Hotel itself is old, but it is very well maintained and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The staff were pleasant and very nice. I asked the Hotel laundry to wash my clothes, but my husband's pants were not done well, and the sweater I requested for dry cleaning (it was a cotton sweater, but there was no water wash option) had a bad smell, which was troublesome. I had planned to wear that sweater home, but it was too smelly, so I wore something else I had and washed the sweater again at home. The smell of other items I requested for water wash was fine, so I don't know if it's the dry cleaning solution or the machine, but I think it should be improved, so I deducted one star from my satisfaction rating. The next time I visit Hakata, I would like to use this place for its convenient location, as long as I don't use the cleaning service.

    It was comfortable.

    I felt like I received high-quality service for the first time in a while. I have disappointing memories of the service at Okinawa Alivila, but here, from the welcoming words and demeanor, I felt elegance and quality, and I was able to spend my time very comfortably. I was also pleased that amenities were provided in the Room. I only had breakfast, but the croissants were delicious! My family even asked for seconds. The omelet made on the iron plate was beautiful, and the children were delighted. The Room was spacious enough to relax. I didn't feel much of an old feeling, perhaps because it was cleaned meticulously. It is also very convenient as it is close to the station. I would like to choose Nikko again when I go to Fukuoka.

    A former luxury hotel

    The building is old, and the bathroom is like that of a business hotel (a bit more spacious). It is not worth the cost. The staff are well-trained and provided pleasant service.

    First short stay experience.

    I used the short stay for the first time during a business trip, checking in at 8:00 PM and out at 8:00 AM. The Room was a twin with a sofa, almost too spacious for one person. I checked in before my second party and checked out at 7:30 AM, leaving my luggage with the staff. This allowed me to enjoy breakfast at a café I had wanted to visit, which was very satisfying! When I returned to pick up my luggage, the staff kindly offered me cold water saying, "It's hot today," which made me really happy as it truly was hot. I hope to stay here again on my next business trip. Thank you so much!

    A hotel where you can feel at ease

    Cold towels and mineral water were immediately provided at check-in, which was very pleasing as it was still a hot day, and overall, the customer service was excellent, as expected from a Nikko Hotel. Recently, more places have separate bath types, so I deducted one star for that, but other than that, it is a hotel where you can relax very comfortably and be satisfied.

    The age is undeniable, but there are no issues as a Nikko brand.

    The location is very close to Hakata Station, and you can also access it from underground, so it's nice to be able to come and go without an umbrella on rainy days. The staff always greeted us, making our stay comfortable. It was hot on the day we visited, but there was mineral water chilled with ice in front of the reception, which was a refreshing and thoughtful touch. As expected of Nikko H. The overall hotel, especially the rooms, undeniably felt old. However, there was no issue with cleanliness.
