Unlike the Business Hotel I stayed at last year, I found that the lack of a TV makes it easier to use the internet, with a well-equipped environment in place.

About an 8-minute walk from Hiroshima Station with no chance of getting lost. There are many shops in front of the station, so there’s no need to worry even if you don’t bring daily necessities. Amenities are provided at a basic level. Since there was no plastic bag for used clothes, I bought one at a 100-yen shop. It’s about a 30-minute walk to Peace Memorial Park. There is a LOOP bike-share station at the entrance, so you can use it right away. The Hiroden streetcar is also close by. I was a little disappointed that the ReFa hair dryer, which was said to be available for limited use, seemed to have been discontinued. When I travel to Hiroshima again, I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The peace of mind of being able to park in a garage with a shutter. It was also nice that the garage had tools and other items available!! The Room was clean and comfortable! I felt the shower room could have been a bit more spacious, but there was a nearby super sento, so using that is also a good option! Access to Miyajima was great as well, so I’d like to stay again.

Upon arrival, we were able to use the parking lot and leave our luggage, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing in Hiroshima at a relaxed pace. The Room was comfortable and provided a peaceful stay. Breakfast was leisurely and enjoyable, leaving us overall very satisfied. The only slight disappointment was the weak Wi-Fi connection, possibly due to overlapping with group guests. We would love to stay again if given the opportunity—such a wonderful Ryokan. Thank you for your hospitality!

From the kind guidance before our stay to the Room layout, Facility, and amenities, we felt thoughtful care in every detail and enjoyed a warm, happy time. We are simply grateful to the wonderful staff. Also, when you stay here, don’t forget to bring your pajamas!

We stayed as a family, and from the Reservation stage onward, the staff were kind and helpful, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. The Room was clean and well stocked with amenities, making it very comfortable. It was also conveniently located just a few minutes from the tram station.

I had business in Kure City, but there were no vacancies anywhere, so I stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay. I understood it was a dormitory-style accommodation, but it was beyond my expectations with mostly international guests. I also knew it was mixed-gender Rooms, but the ratio seemed to have more women, which made me feel a bit apologetic. If I were younger, I might have enjoyed some international exchange as well.

True to its name, “Ouchi Hotel” feels like a mix between a home and a Hotel—in simple terms, it’s a private rental. Since I only needed a place to sleep, I was fully satisfied. There is also a bed in the loft and you can sleep there, but the air conditioner doesn’t reach it and it gets quite hot, so sleeping there may be difficult.

My spouse and I booked a twin room. It was our first stay. We were happy that the toilet and bath were separate, so we could add the bath salts we brought and relax in the tub. The washroom was also spacious, and we were surprised to find a washing machine! Since it was No Meals Included, the Facility being minimal was perfectly fine. It would have been nice to have one more chair. But we’d like to stay again next time. We used a nearby parking lot, and it was inexpensive.

For a wedding, our relatives reserved the 3rd and 4th floors. Since it had been a while since we’d seen each other, we were able to relax and spend time together late into the night eating, drinking, and chatting. For those with many children, the spacious Japanese-style room was very helpful. For groups of mostly adults, it worked well because two families could stay separately and independently. Everyone was very satisfied. It was a bit disappointing that the cupboard door was broken and that there was no wash basin or bath stool in the bathroom. We would like to use it again if we have another opportunity.

Both check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the room was clean, which was great.\nI would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.\nHowever, it would be helpful if the check-in information for the key box included not only the key code but also the box number.

It was great to have a large bath. Thank you for your hospitality.

The staff were very helpful, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was more satisfying than expected! We would love to stay again.

As it was the off-season with no baseball, it was quiet and relaxing. Other guests were friendly and struck up conversations, which made for a warm and pleasant stay. The place was also very clean. I’d love to stay again during baseball season when it’s more lively. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

It was nice that the pajamas came with pants. You can enjoy delicious free bread for breakfast. I would be even happier if there was soup in addition to coffee.

Three women in their early 30s stayed here. First of all, the interior was bright and left a great impression. The amenities were well-stocked, and the room was clean and very comfortable. Above all, the location was incredibly convenient for getting around! With easy access to trams and JR lines nearby, we had no trouble even without a car during our stay. In fact, for those unfamiliar with driving in areas with trams, this hotel is highly recommended as you can easily use public transportation instead. It was perfect for a girls' trip, and we would love to stay here again! Thank you so much!

During my stay, there were few international guests, so it was very comfortable. The hot spring was excellent. However, please make sure the air conditioning is working well in the 10th-floor lobby where the hot spring is located. I would like to stay again.

It was wonderful. I felt so refreshed after using the sauna a lot, and it made me very happy!! I’d love to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima!

The Hotel is new and spotless. As check-in and check-out are self-service, staff interaction is limited to simple greetings. The Facility is well equipped, and for this price I’m very satisfied. I’d definitely like to stay again next time.
