I stay here when I’m on business in Aomori. The free ramen at night was perfect for a light bite. The ice cream after relaxing in the large public bath was especially enjoyable. The omelet at breakfast the next morning was also delicious. I’d like to stay here again.

The exterior gives the impression of a traditional hotel, but once inside, it feels like a bright and clean luxury Ryokan. The rooms and hallways have a touch of Showa retro atmosphere, yet everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff's hospitality is excellent. As for the meals, true to the hotel's name, there are many recipes featuring apples that were both enjoyable and delicious. However, the highlight was definitely the Onsen. The large public bath was almost always private whenever I visited, and the water quality was incredibly smooth—leaving my skin warm and moisturized after bathing. I also appreciated how they separated bathing areas for day visitors and overnight guests, which added to the special feeling of staying there. The welcome apple was not only delicious but also a charming idea that brought warmth to my experience. I would love to visit again!

At check-in, there was only one staff member, so I wondered if something was going on and whether everything was okay, but we received warm and attentive hospitality. We enjoyed rare local dishes such as salted grilled coho salmon and soba bean sprouts (absolutely delicious), and also tried painting kokeshi dolls while listening to a live Tsugaru shamisen performance (a wonderful souvenir), which let us fully experience the spirit of Aomori. The Onsen was at just the right temperature (slightly hot), warmed us through, and relieved our fatigue. It was all-inclusive, and we were able to enjoy plenty of drinks as well. The Room was a twin, and we stayed comfortably. Above all, we slept soundly with the Tempur bedding. There was parking nearby, and there were also restaurants and a convenience store close by, so we had no inconvenience during our stay. Both the Room and the bathroom were very clean. I stayed here on the third night of my three-night trip to Aomori. This Review is based on staying in the Deluxe Hollywood Twin Room. Even being conservative, I had absolutely no complaints. The Room was spacious and spotless, and since it was on the 10th floor, the view was outstanding. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass, and when you open the roll-down privacy shade it feels very open—almost like a Resort Hotel—with a great view. Both the hair dryer and shower head were ReFa, and having two sinks was very convenient. The toilet is also separate from the wet area. The front desk staff were excellent, and I never had an unpleasant experience at all. I only used breakfast dining, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious. After reading Reviews on IKYU and Google, I honestly don’t understand why the ratings aren’t higher. It may depend on which Room you stay in, but I had no complaints whatsoever. I would like to stay here again when visiting Hirosaki.

Breakfast in the Room was excellent. We could relax without having to get ready or change clothes. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. Thank you for your hospitality. Just one thing: with only the large mirror in the Room, it was a little inconvenient when applying makeup. A small movable mirror would be helpful for women. Sorry if I simply couldn’t find one.

The building and Facilities feel historic, but everything was properly cleaned and there were no issues at all. If I had to mention one thing, there were few restaurants within walking distance, and since it was during the Obon holiday period many places were closed... so we ended up having dinner at Mos Burger, which was a bit disappointing—though it’s not related to the Hotel.

We stayed here while traveling by car from Kyoto. The location was great, and it was a relaxing place to unwind after our trip. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed plenty of it.

I stayed here to watch a professional baseball game. It was within walking distance of Hirosaki Station, and there were convenience stores nearby, so I had a comfortable stay. It made for a very enjoyable trip. Thank you very much.

This time, I chose this hotel aiming to see the light-up of Hirosaki Park. The surrounding area, including Hirosaki Church, City Hall, and the Tourist Center, was also illuminated, allowing for a leisurely stroll. The hotel had all the necessary facilities and included breakfast, making it feel like great value for the price. The smiles of the young Sri Lankan staff at the breakfast venue were wonderful. I hope they continue to thrive in Japan!

We stayed with our friend's family this time. Nestled beyond a residential area, the accommodation suddenly appeared, surrounded by beautiful nature—what a surprise! This charming accommodation is a renovated warehouse with the pleasant scent of wood. Only the walls were renovated, while everything else retained its original design. The high ceilings, stylish and lovely kitchen, an old movie projector from a vintage cinema, an impressive Nebuta scroll painting, and the serene atmosphere of the bedrooms—all were absolutely perfect. Outside, we enjoyed barbecuing amidst nature and baked bread for breakfast there as well. We also picked summer vegetables like eggplants, tomatoes, and shishito peppers to enjoy for dinner. We were even allowed to do fireworks until 8 PM and took a relaxing bath at nearby Takara Onsen before falling asleep peacefully to the sound of insects at night. Above all else, the hospitality of the owners was exceptional—they kindly explained how to use every part of the facility in detail. Once they finished explaining everything thoroughly, they left us to enjoy our stay freely as if we had this natural home all to ourselves. Thank you so much! Although I initially thought it was slightly expensive for one night’s stay, being able to spend time in such an amazing environment made it worth every penny—a truly unforgettable experience! The little kids had so much fun running around with nets in hand! They loved harvesting vegetables and exploring this traditional house—it was such a fulfilling two-day stay. We will definitely visit again someday. Thank you very much for letting us stay!

Thanks to the friendly cats and warm-hearted owner, I felt deeply comforted. Highly recommended for cat lovers. I hope this hidden accommodation remains a place visited only by kind-hearted people. I will visit again during my next trip to Aomori.

The Hotel was very clean and pleasant. We stayed in a Room with a loft bed for two people. The Room was small, but it was acceptable. There is also a gender-alternating bath, which is nice to have. The loft bed requires self-bed-making. You can choose up to 5 amenities at the entrance to take with you. Pajamas are available near the elevator, and you can also select your pillow! Welcome drinks are available until 8 PM, including some alcoholic options. Breakfast had a good variety and was satisfying. Parking costs 500 yen per night, but we were allowed to park until midday after check-out.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and I’d be happy if each Room had a microwave and an electric kettle. I think it’s more than adequate for an overnight stay. There’s also a paid parking lot very close by, which is convenient.

The interior has been renovated and is clean. Two disappointing points: There is no refrigerator. It gets cold at night, so we left items by the window to keep them chilled. The toilet does not have a bidet function. If these two points are improved, it would be great. The bath can fit four people, but the water was lukewarm, so we went to soak in Owani Onsen every day.

The reception staff and housekeeping were all very pleasant, and the Room was clean and comfortable, allowing for a quiet stay. It is close to the station, with a supermarket, market, and convenience store nearby. Even during the Nebuta season, it was only about a 15-minute walk to the venue—an excellent location overall. I’m glad I stayed here.
