It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

This was my second stay, following my visit in June, and I was even more satisfied than last time—it feels worth coming to Nagoya just for this Accommodation. The Room’s ambiance and the staff’s calm professionalism truly embody the hospitality of a top-tier Hotel. Next time as well, I’d like to come to Nagoya just for this place.

This is my favorite Accommodation where I can always enjoy a comfortable stay. This time, I forgot my smartphone charger and panicked, but they kindly lent me one. I was also happy to be on the top floor with a great view, with a clear sight of the newest buildings and the TV tower. I will stay here again.

We stayed on the Espacio Floor for a Hotel getaway with our baby as a refreshing break from daily childcare. I had pictured Nagoya Kanko Hotel as a long-established, classic Hotel, but the Rooms, lounge, and spa on the Espacio Floor were all beautiful and sophisticated, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to our Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to a larger Room. They also lent us a baby crib and a diaper pail, so even with a baby we had no inconvenience at all and could truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and their service was consistently pleasant. We especially loved the lounge on the 18th floor and used it for everything—starting with afternoon tea, then the evening light meal, nightcap service, and breakfast. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests; combined with the generous spacing between seats, we were able to relax in comfort. The sweets and savory items at afternoon tea were all delicious—we were delighted from right after check-in! The Room was spacious and included both a sofa and dining table. With complimentary minibar items as well, we could unwind not only in the lounge but also comfortably in our Room. After our baby fell asleep, my wife and I enjoyed minibar drinks together at ease—it was wonderfully restorative. Although we didn’t use them since it was only one night, it left an impression that the Room came equipped with a mini kitchen, a BALMUDA toaster oven/microwave combo unit (oven range), and a drum-type washer/dryer. We also appreciated the high-quality amenities: BVLGARI bath amenities, a ReFa shower head, and a REPRONIZER hair dryer. We also used the spa located in an adjacent building. It felt slightly compact but wasn’t crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—and we could relax in such a calm space. As someone who loves saunas in particular, I really liked that they have both an over-90°C dry sauna and cold plunge pool (it would be even better with more of a dedicated relaxation area). With my wife’s blessing I went both at night and again in the morning. Overall this stay exceeded expectations by far—we were extremely satisfied. We would love to return to Espacio again whenever we need another refreshing break from parenting!

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Since we had lunch, we were allowed to use the Room until 11:30, which was a great help. The lunch was also very delicious. If I have a chance to come to Nagoya again, I would like to stay here again. If I had one request about the Room, I think it would be better if the wash area had a door. This time we stayed as a parent and child, and it felt a bit uncomfortable without one. Overall, it was an excellent Hotel. Thank you very much.

The Room was so stylish—it felt like a space I could stay in forever! My 3-year-old child seemed to love it too and had a great time. The lounge was also wonderful, and I ended up using it many times! Compared with the area around Nagoya Station, the area around the Hotel felt quieter and more relaxing. I stay at this accommodation almost every month. The location is quite convenient, though it's near the entrance of Nishiki-San district, and above all, it's very affordable. Mineral water service started at the end of May. Cleaning might be challenging due to staff shortages, but this time, the bottom of the unit bath was extremely slippery, possibly from soap residue. I stayed here while attending a sports event at Aichi International Arena. The Room was clean, reasonably spacious, and comfortable. At first, it felt a bit unusual to have the sink set up right in front of the bed, but it turned out to be convenient. This time I chose a Plan without breakfast due to my schedule, but next time I’d like to stay with breakfast included. Great value for money and a Hotel I’d recommend!

I stayed here because I couldn’t get home. After spending the night at an evacuation shelter, I would have been completely exhausted at work the next day, so I’m glad I made a Reservation early. They lent me a phone charger and an iron free of charge, and I was able to use the coin laundry. The amenities were well stocked, so I could go to work as usual. The Shuttle Service to the nearest station was also available, which was a huge help. Thank you very much.

For this stay, after my daughter’s family stayed on August 21, my husband said he wanted to stay as well, so we decided to make a Reservation. We requested the same Room my daughter’s family had used, and from the Room window we could see our home building, which truly moved my husband. This time, we were especially looking forward to dining at the teppanyaki kaiseki restaurant. The dishes—black abalone, lobster, and Matsusaka beef tenderloin—were beautifully creative. They were a delight to look at and so delicious that I couldn’t help saying “Delicious” out loud. I often have teppanyaki at other hotels, but it can feel heavy afterward and is difficult once I return to the Room. However, the teppanyaki at Conrad Hotel did not feel heavy at all. As for the breakfast buffet, it was excellent. I am a regular guest of Nagoya Marriott Hotel and have been staying there every month since it opened 25 years ago, using its restaurants weekly. I have also stayed at several other hotels after they opened (including iCoc Hotel in the Chunichi Building area), but their breakfast buffets were somewhat disappointing. In contrast, the breakfast buffet at Conrad Hotel Nagoya is the best among hotels in Nagoya. The restaurant was spacious, and the staff’s warm smiles were very comforting.
