We thoroughly enjoyed the private bath in our Room, as well as the two large and luxurious open-air Onsen baths. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the water quality differed between our Room and the open-air baths. The draft beer and Onsen eggs were also delicious. It was

This time, I stayed in a two-story Room (individual building). I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the space was more than enough. I spent most of my time in the open-air bath, though, lol. From the open-air bath, you can see Beppu Bay. I visited in November, and you can see the sun

Children The Room had a ball pit, and we could choose DVDs from a large selection including Anpanman, Studio Ghibli, and Disney. We could also borrow many helpful items such as toys, bath toys, bath soap for children, a bath chair, and an indoor low chair—everything was excellent

The room felt like a row house, and there was a slightly musty smell when I entered, but it became unnoticeable over time. There is no service, but once you check in, you can come and go freely, and above all, being able to enter the Onsen at any time was very nice. I would like

They prepared a lovely dessert plate with music from a music box to celebrate, and they were happy to cooperate with the surprise plan, which made us very happy. From the phone reservation to the day of our visit, their warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality were exceptional.

The bath and facility were excellent, and the service was very polite. The hairdryer was quite heavy, so a lighter one would have been preferable. The hot water is directly from the source! This accommodation allows you to fully enjoy the onsen without hesitation. It's also

Both the kaiseki dinner and the Shokado bento breakfast were delicious, and since we’d recently grown tired of large buffet halls, we were very satisfied. There are three Onsen baths including an open-air bath; we used two of them. At first the water was a bit too hot to get in

The staff were very accommodating and promptly attended to our requests despite their busy schedules, making our stay very pleasant. The outdoor onsen amidst the falling snow was delightful, and we were fortunate to enjoy all the baths at just the right timing. We absolutely

The private Beppu Onsen bath is available in 1-hour slots, so you can relax and enjoy it. The temperature was just right. If you like a charming Onsen Ryokan, this is worth a repeat stay. The female front desk staff member was friendly and welcoming with a smile. There’s also a

We stayed in a room with an open-air bath on the second floor of the main building. The bathwater was as excellent as its reputation. The large public baths are also available for private use, so all baths can be reserved privately. This was unexpected, but there was no issue w

Thank you for your calm and courteous response despite the sudden visit with a same-day reservation. It became a good memory of the trip. I would like to use your service again when I visit Oita. Thank you very much.
