With a typhoon forecast to hit directly, we decided on the Sheraton right away. Thanks to that, we stayed dry and could respond based on the latest information, which gave us peace of mind. We were upgraded to a Room and had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was all delicious with locally sourced ingredients—especially the freshly made rice balls, which were outstanding.

The Room was spacious with a comfortable bath and an easy-to-use ReFa hairdryer. The lighting included a night mode, allowing for restful sleep. The terrace in the lobby featured a year-round accessible sky pool that is quite popular and offers views of Minato Mirai's scenery. Wi

I also wanted to try the late-night soba.) By the poolside you can order food and drinks and even rent float rings—everything is thoughtfully provided. Even though it’s in Yokohama near central Tokyo areas, it made me feel like I was staying at a Resort Hotel. Both check-in and

The Hotel staff's attentive service made our experience very enjoyable. We truly appreciate it. We are also grateful for the provision of baby equipment and the microwave sterilization service for baby bottles. We look forward to staying again when we visit the area next time

I finally stayed at the InterContinental Hotel, a striking, innovative building shaped like a yacht’s sail that I’d wanted to visit for a long time. The warm welcome at the entrance and the kind service made me very happy. This time I chose a harbor-view Room on the 27th floor. Since I had lounge access, I enjoyed a light drink before heading out. The staff are young, but their hospitality and manners were excellent. If you want ocean views, I don’t think there’s any other choice but this Hotel—you can truly enjoy both luxury and an extraordinary getaway experience. With the shower room and bath separated, my stay was very comfortable. Next time as well, I’ll come back to enjoy the harbor view from a high floor! Thank you very much.

Breakfast was also absolutely delicious. The freshly made omelet... so tasty! The gym was spacious and easy to work out in as well. It truly was an amazing and exceptional Hotel experience. Thanks to this stay, I had such a fun and wonderful trip filled with gratitude...
