I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local hosts, which was greatly appreciated. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. The meals and drinks served at SPECIALTY SALON were also excellent. Next time we stay, we would love to try breakfast at THE MOMENT as well. Thank you very much.

Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights and had a truly wonderful time. All the front desk staff were very kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Both the Room and the Facility were excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied! We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The nearest station is Yodoyabashi, with convenient access to anywhere in Osaka. JR Kitashinchi Station is also reasonably close. The view from the high floors overlooking Midosuji to the south is well worth it (my Room was upgraded as well). The mirror-heavy design can also feel luxurious in its own way. The sky-high large public bath and open-air bath are unique highlights you won’t find elsewhere. There are many foreign guests (especially Westerners), and plenty of Western travelers stay here. There’s also a gym and laundry facilities, and both were busy. Although the breakfast venue is spacious, it can feel a bit unsettled due to the crowds—sometimes your seat may be very far from the food—but it also offers great views, and for this price I was satisfied with everything overall.

I stayed here to propose this time. The staff were fully supportive and kindly helped with everything—thank you! It made for the perfect proposal. I’ll be back.

It’s a wonderful Hotel. The cleaning was thorough, and the breakfast was delicious. There are plenty of shopping options nearby, and we were able to relax in a lovely Room. All the front desk staff were very kind—almost to the point of making us feel undeserving. We will visit again.

It had been a while since my last stay. As expected, The Ritz is wonderful. I’d love to stay again the next time I visit Osaka. Also, the scent inside the hotel has changed. I stop by to shop for souvenirs even when I’m not staying, so I noticed it right away. Please consider selling the new fragrance as well—it smells fantastic.

I stayed at Hotel Hanshin Osaka for the first time to watch a Hanshin game at Kyocera Dome Osaka. It’s close to the station, and you can get to Kyocera Dome Osaka on the Osaka Loop Line without transfers, so the access was excellent. There are also convenience stores and restaurants around the Hotel, which made it very convenient. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and I was able to stay very comfortably. The front desk and staff were very kind, which made me really happy. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was so delicious that I ended up eating too much in the morning. When staying in Osaka, I would like to use Hotel Hanshin Osaka again.

This was my second stay. Watching the front desk team, I feel they are always kind, courteous, and wonderful with every guest. They treat both Japanese and international visitors warmly and equally, which I truly admire. Although this Accommodation is very popular and often busy, I was able to use the lobby and elevators without any stress, making my stay very comfortable. Having the front desk on the first floor is also extremely convenient.

I had to stay overnight in Osaka on short notice for work and chose this Hotel. It’s in a very convenient location—easy to reach from Umeda via the underground passage, and you can come up right by the Hotel, which was a big help. The Room was easy to use, and the amenities were well stocked in the Room, which I appreciated. I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite. The spacious 200 m² room had a luxurious layout that felt like three separate areas—a living room, bathroom, and bedroom—and there was also a large wardrobe area further inside, so we were able to relax and stay very comfortably. The bathroom, in particular, was stunningly spacious and truly impressive—I couldn’t help but admire it. The amenities were also excellent, making our stay very comfortable. Our children were thrilled with the large living room. It was also wonderful that we could enjoy a relaxed family meal by using in-room dining. Since our second son’s birthday was coming up, the staff prepared various special touches for him, and he was absolutely delighted. We truly appreciated their thoughtful care, and it became a wonderful memory for our family. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all of the staff. Not only the room but the entire Hotel—including the lobby, spa, and executive lounge—was designed with a calm sense of luxury and a cohesive interior style throughout, allowing us to enjoy an indulgent escape from everyday life. The staff were also extremely courteous, and we had a very comfortable stay. If you’re looking for an extraordinary and luxurious Accommodation experience in Osaka, this is a Hotel I highly recommend. It’s especially perfect for those who love a modern and sophisticated atmosphere. Whenever we have plans around Nakanoshima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed for a two-night stay in a Club Junior Suite. I had seen some Reviews saying the staff were not very helpful, but that wasn’t the case at all—everyone was attentive and courteous. The Club Floor lounge was especially wonderful. During cocktail time, we enjoyed drinks and delicious snacks together while taking in the night view—my daughter has just turned 20, so it was a special moment for us. It was also great that the property is connected to the Onsen Facility “Ren.” We used it on the first night and again on the morning of our third day, and we were very satisfied. We hadn’t added breakfast, but we had a breakfast rice porridge set at one of Ren’s restaurants, then fully enjoyed a morning bath. The powder room was well equipped with ReFa and YA-MAN hair dryers as well as hair irons, so there was no inconvenience. This trip was by JR, so with large luggage it felt like a bit of a walk from the station (and we got slightly lost), but we truly had a wonderful trip. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, I would definitely like to stay again. One small thing I noticed: while spending time in the Room, there would be fairly loud popping or clicking sounds coming from near the window about once every 5–10 minutes. Since it’s on the 27th floor, I wondered if it might be related to air pressure or something similar—but it remained a mystery throughout our stay.

I found this Accommodation while looking for a one-night stay in Osaka this summer for my family of four. Since I searched around May and made a Reservation early, we were able to stay in a spacious Room for four at a much lower price. The lobby was spacious, the staff were pleasant, and the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. I’d like to make this our regular Accommodation in Osaka.

Thank you very much for having us this time. Since we had early check-in, we headed over early, but arrived even earlier than expected and planned to wait next to the front desk until check-in time. However, the Room was already ready, so we were able to check in even earlier and relax. The Room was clean, and there were no missing amenities, so we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast the next morning was also delicious. We chose the Japanese set meal, and fruit, steamed vegetables, bread, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we enjoyed plenty and were very satisfied. We would love to stay again.

My spouse and I stayed for one night. The Room was compact, but it had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. Two complimentary bottles of water were provided. Above all, the spa was excellent. The hot stone sauna was a bit on the hotter side, but we worked up a great sweat. We will stay here again when we visit Osaka.

This was my first stay, and both the Hotel’s location and the surrounding area were great—I really felt I made the right choice choosing this Hotel (lol). The atmosphere of the Hotel was also amazing!

The air inside the Hotel, the quiet atmosphere, the cleanliness of the Room, the fresh air, and the convenience of the Facility—everything was excellent.
