We stayed here during our trip to Okinawa to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff were friendly, and the Room was clean—we were very satisfied. The location is within American Village, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We heard that the Chunichi Dragons were holding their training camp at the stadium next door, and we would have loved to see it if the timing had worked out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including Okinawan dishes, and it gave us a great start to the day.

We stayed for 3 nights. It’s about a 12–13 minute walk from American Village, but it was quiet and very nice. The Room and balcony were spacious and comfortable. We’d love to stay again next time!

We have been staying here as one of our regular Accommodations since your opening, for family trips and business travel. About 16 years ago, when our children were small, breakfast was a must for us, and I remember it being far better than it is now. However, in the past few years, I regret to say it no longer feels like a level we can continue choosing based on those memories. Given the location, it is an excellent base whether heading north or south. I believe your Accommodation holds an important position as a key presence and landmark in the Chubu region. I hope that, even without making it extravagant, you will be able to take steps to bring the breakfast quality back to what it once was. I understand the food and beverage department faces challenges amid cost competition, but I sincerely hope you can create an environment where improvements can continue.

The Room is spacious and comfortable.

The location was great, and the breakfast was especially delicious. There were many vegetable-based dishes and a wide variety of fruit, which made my daughter very happy. The staff were kind, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile, making our stay very pleasant. We would love to visit again.

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 2 nights with a family of 6. A clean, spacious, and affordable Room with nothing to complain about. Two toilets, washrooms, and bathrooms are great! (One bathtub) There are also 2 bedrooms, and in addition, a Japanese-style room (can lay out 3 futons). The layout is good and the table is lovely. Within walking distance to American Village. Convenient store next door. It was a very nice place. Very satisfied.

The ocean view and service were excellent, but for a Hotel of this class, the lack of amenities in the Room and the use of a very cheap hairdryer left a poor impression.

The view, Facilities, location, and cleanliness were all excellent. We really appreciated the thoughtful items prepared in the Room—it felt very considerate. Since we did a workation, it was also great that housekeeping didn’t come in and there was a vacuum cleaner available; we could clean ourselves whenever we wanted without worrying about timing. Things we were glad to have: - Vacuum cleaner - Rice cooker - Electric kettle - Washing machine, dryer, detergent - Plastic wrap - Dish soap and sponge - Separate trash bins for sorting and extra trash bags - A sufficiently large refrigerator - Microwave - Dishes, cutlery, pots, frying pan, scissors, knife, cutting board, dish rack/drainer basket, spatula/turner, ladle, whisker/frother tool (chasen), bottle opener, etc. - Shampoo, conditioner (?), body soap (?) *(as written)* - Actually: Shampoo / Conditioner / Body soap - Power outlet by the pillow - Plenty of outlets overall - Plenty of hangers Location It’s easy to reach by local bus from Haneda Airport or Kokusai-dori—get off at Ihei bus stop and it’s right there. You can also take the shuttle bus from the nearby Radiant Hotel. American Village is at a perfect walking distance; the route is along the seaside with clean paved paths so it feels great. There’s a large drugstore nearby as well as FamilyMart and a bakery; if you walk a bit farther you’ll find AEON and San-Ae supermarkets and cafés that open from around 7 a.m. There are also car rental shops within walking distance—so we took the bus from Naha Airport and rented a car only when going on longer trips. View Because we spent a lot of time in the Room for our workation trip, we insisted on an ocean-view Room on an upper floor—and it was absolutely the right choice. The main view is of the port area. You can also see Chatan fireworks when they go off. Cleanliness Everything was very clean—including the kitchen and all water areas—so we could use them comfortably throughout our stay. Next time we’d love to visit with our whole family. We’d be happy if there were a repeat guest discount—and it would be even better if there were an option for one flat rate per Room as well.

The parking was easy to use, which was very helpful. I had registered my companion in advance and expected everything to go smoothly, but the way to enter the building was a bit hard to understand. You can live just like at home without any issues, so I think it’s perfect for families with children. Overall it was clean, but I did wish the washing machine had been maintained a little better. Still, there were plenty of hangers, and even when drying laundry outside there is proper screening around the area, so it felt safe. At night, it was quieter outside than I expected. There’s a convenience store right nearby, and American Village is within walking distance as well, which was very convenient.

We stayed as a family. It was about a 5-minute walk to the American Village. The property had 3 Rooms, allowing everyone to have their own relaxing time. There was also a convenience store right behind the property. In addition to the bathtub, there was a separate shower room. There were also two toilets. Even with 5 people staying, we had no issues at all.
