My wife and I stayed here to see the redevelopment of a place that means a lot to us, and it was an extremely comfortable stay that showcased all the best aspects of this new Hotel. In particular, as many others have mentioned, our time in the Gold Lounge was wonderful. Perhaps it helped that we stayed just before a long holiday weekend and could enjoy a calm atmosphere, but even compared with lounges at other Hotels, there were many standout points—such as evening cocktails with a bartender (the whisky-based cocktails were especially delicious) and an excellent food selection at checkout (the beer after the pool and the wrap sandwiches were fantastic). If I had to mention one thing, it would be that draft beer would have been nice. Breakfast was also very good (though it was unfortunate that fibers from the napkins frayed and stuck to my black clothes...), and we were impressed by the staff’s language skills and high level of hospitality. The facilities were outstanding as well: a bay-view Room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an infinity pool with Tokyo Tower right nearby, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The baked sweets and cakes we bought as souvenirs were all delicious—especially the macarons, which were a big hit in our household. We’re already talking about coming back next time as a family of three. We also heard that a Raffles Hotel from the same group is scheduled to open in Hamamatsucho in 2028, which gives us even more to look forward to.

Tatami with beds, very relaxing. Traditional hospitality with tabi socks provided. The bath on the 18th floor offers a stunning night view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building from the open-air bath. Breakfast exceeded expectations with New Year's osechi dishes. About 80% of guests were from overseas, but everyone had good manners, and the bath area was kept clean. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store across the street.

From the moment you enter, the hotel feels luxurious, and the staff are exceptionally courteous. There are plenty of staff members, so there is no waiting time for anything. I was completely satisfied with everything—the view from the room, the cleanliness, and the amenities. I used the hotel’s courier service this time, and they also provided cardboard boxes, which helped reduce my luggage for the trip home. A convenience store and a drugstore have opened near the hotel entrance, making it easy to buy small items after arrival. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Our once-a-year girls’ getaway. We enjoyed a truly special escape from everyday life. Swimming in the pool without having to do any chores, enjoying delicious meals, and chatting—it was simply wonderful. As expected of an international hotel brand (not good or bad), we felt that many of both the guests and staff were non-Japanese. If I had to mention one thing, I only wished the cocktail hour were a bit longer.

We stayed for one night over the weekend as a family. We enjoyed Futako-Tamagawa’s unique blend of urban convenience and nature, and the large public bath was excellent. We were able to relax together as a family. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Hotel to visit my son and his wife who live in Yokohama, and to meet friends in Ikebukuro. It was very convenient, close to the station and easy to get to Tokyo as well as Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama. Although I arrived early, I was shown to my Room as it was already prepared. It was a single Room, but spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wide bed that made my stay very comfortable. Amenities were available for pickup on the front desk floor and were well stocked. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and everything was delicious. I would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to the Kanto area.

It was a gorgeous and comfortable hotel. The Executive Lounge was also wonderful, and I was able to enjoy a truly luxurious time. I’m sorry I couldn’t try the afternoon tea due to my schedule. The hotel created a distinctly Japanese atmosphere. If I had to ask for more, I would have liked to feel a bit more of Japan’s unique spirit of hospitality. Since many of the staff and guests were from overseas, it gave me the pleasant illusion of being abroad. I felt it was a fitting hotel for Takanawa Gateway City, where old and new coexist in dynamic contrast. Thank you for adding something special to my reward trip after overcoming a year-long illness last year. Thank you very much.
