I have used Route Inn Hotel many times. It was my first time in Kumamoto, but like other Route Inns, everything from the welcome coffee to the large public bath, eco-cleaning service, and breakfast buffet was of high quality. If you're looking for an affordable Business Hotel,

Since it was the year-end party season, the surrounding roads were crowded and the parking lot was also full, but the front desk staff kindly came outside to guide us. The Room was clean and I was able to rest well. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of local dishes

The surrounding area is right in the heart of the bustling downtown, so I wondered if it might be noisy. The exterior seemed a bit historic, but once I entered the Room, it was quiet with modern and clean interiors! The staff were all very kind, making my trip extremely comfort

The cleaning was done very well, making it a comfortable stay, almost like being at home. The large public bath on the first floor was also spacious, including the changing room, allowing me to relax in the appropriately warm water, which healed both body and mind. Thank you also

I always use the A-type room with a desk. I appreciate having an independent type of room since I’m not a fan of double-deck capsules. The price is reasonable, and amenities such as a toothbrush, comb, body towel, face towel, bath towel, and room wear are all provided. One of

You can enjoy your bento meal comfortably in your Room; it’s delicious and comes in a satisfying portion even for high school boys, with salad and soup included. The miso soup at breakfast was particularly tasty. The Hotel's refrigerator is impressively cold—unlike typical ones—

Even though I drove near the Hotel, I couldn't find it, so I called, and their response was very helpful. I had plans to drink with a friend in Kumamoto at Kengunmachi in the evening, so when I said, "I want to take the tram to Kengunmachi," they kindly explained in detail how to

Additionally, the sauna, which is one of the hotel's highlights, was exceptionally good. I visit saunas more than 50 times a year, and the sound of the shishi-odoshi inside the sauna created a quiet atmosphere, allowing me to enjoy the sauna experience. I was impressed by the tho

Unlike third-rate hotels that make excuses about the environment and don't clean, I could sleep peacefully. The staff is also very accommodating. As expected from the Washington Group. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and there are many shops around, making it con

Since it was my first time staying, I didn’t know how to operate the air conditioner, but when I asked at the front desk, they kindly explained it to me. Thank you also for lending me an extra blanket as I tend to feel cold easily. I look forward to staying again if given ano

The bathroom, toilet, and washroom are separate and spacious, making it very comfortable. The Room was compact but had everything necessary, which was satisfying. The parking lot was easy to use, and the freedom to come and go was also a plus. However, the voices of others

Cleaning was thorough, and as someone who often uses Business Hotels in Tokyo, I felt it was a highly satisfying Hotel. There is also a famous ramen shop nearby, which I couldn't visit this time, so I'll try again next time. Thank you for your flexible responses to various re

I stayed for two nights with a friend for a live event. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and although the room was a bit small, it was sufficient for just sleeping. It was very convenient as it was close to a convenience store, the arcade street, and the bus stop from the

This was my first trip to Kumamoto, and I stayed at this Hotel. Here are the good points: The service was excellent, the Onsen was relaxing, the welcome bar was a nice touch, and the food was delicious (especially the bread!). The Room was also clean and comfortable. However

Great location inside the arcade. The Room felt a bit old-fashioned, but it was not a problem at all. The staff were also very polite. Great value for money, and I would like to stay here again on my next business trip to Kumamoto.
