This was my first stay at Fufu Kawaguchiko, and my fifth Fufu property overall. The meals were exceptionally delicious. The large public bath and sauna were also wonderfully relaxing. Since there is a garden, I thought it would be even better if there were an open-air bath. At other Fufu properties there was complimentary lounge drinks, so I was disappointed that this was not available here.

Thank you for taking care of us the other day for my wife’s birthday!! In a word… it was amazing!! The Room, bath, sauna, food, hospitality, and views were all perfect. The weather was a bit iffy, but we were very satisfied to catch a brief break in the clouds and see Mt. Fuji. My wife was happy too!! We would definitely love to visit again!!

My son treated me to a one-night trip at KUKUNA to celebrate my 60th birthday. I was already happy just traveling with the two of us, but when we entered the room, we were thrilled to see Mt. Fuji—hidden until then—right in front of us! The meals were excellent, and on top of that, we received a cake as a gift. They also took many photos for us with great care. I’m truly grateful to all the staff—thank you so much. The room and bath were spotless and beautiful. My son said he wants to come again, so I told him, “Bring me back again!” (laughs) It’s been a long time since I found a hotel that satisfied me this much.

Initially, I made a Reservation without dinner to attend a live concert at Kawaguchiko Stella Theater, but the Accommodation kindly provided a Shuttle Service to the theater. This allowed me to have dinner at the Accommodation as well, and I was very satisfied. It was extremely disappointing that Mt. Fuji was not visible at all due to the rain.
