I stayed here for a concert trip this time. Because of the concert end time and traffic, I didn’t arrive until 9:00 PM, and I ended up getting to dinner very late, but you welcomed me with a smile and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast was also delicious, and since I had some time before checkout, I was able to take a walk in Kenrokuen Garden across the street. The location is excellent, and above all, every staff member was smiling and seemed genuinely happy—I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa. My wife and I stayed for two nights over a weekend trip. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy sightseeing in Kanazawa as planned. However, the time we spent at the Hotel was incredibly comfortable, and thanks to the wonderful lounge and the thoughtful care of all the staff, it turned into a truly satisfying stay. We arrived at the Hotel around noon. Our car was taken care of with valet service, which made it easy for us to head to Omicho Market. We enjoyed rock oysters, Noto beef croquettes, grilled scallop skewers, and more. When we returned to the Hotel around 2:00 p.m., even though it was before check-in time, we were kindly told that our Room was already ready. The Room was spotless and had a calm atmosphere—such a welcome gesture after walking in the rain. What I had been looking forward to most during this stay was the club lounge. We were amazed by how well stocked it was: their famous cakes, sandwiches, a wide selection of drinks, and even Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The evening offerings were also excellent—far beyond what you’d expect from “just a lounge,” and more than enough for us as dinner. We were also excited about breakfast. Although we had to wait a little due to full seating, the food exceeded our expectations. It felt distinctly Kanazawa-like as well, and we were very satisfied. Above all else, what left the strongest impression was the staff’s smiles and hospitality. Throughout our two-night stay, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth, and their attentive care comforted us again and again. Even when checking out and leaving, there was one last pleasant surprise. When our car was brought to the entrance via valet service, chilled mineral water had been placed in the cup holders. My wife and I were truly touched by such thoughtfulness until the very end. Since we couldn’t do as much sightseeing in Kanazawa due to the rain this time around، our time at this Hotel became an especially memorable part of our trip. When we visit Kanazawa again، we would definitely love to stay here. To all of your staff، thank you very much for an amazing two nights and three days.

Omicho Market is so close it feels like it’s next door, and major sights such as Kenrokuen Garden and Higashi Chaya District are also within walking distance. There’s a convenience store nearby as well—an excellent location. The Hotel Room was clean and comfortable, with the toilet and shower Room separated. The large public bath and open-air bath on the top floor were also wonderful. If I go to Kanazawa again, I’ll definitely stay here again. I was extremely satisfied with this Hotel.

I stayed here for sightseeing in Kanazawa. Although I took a bus from the station, it was a very convenient Hotel—Higashi Chaya District, the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, and plenty of lunch and dinner options were all within walking distance.\nIt was my first stay, but my friend who stayed with me chose it right away after saying, “Nono is recommended.” The Room was easy to use, clean, and I was very satisfied. The large public bath was also very clean.\nI also enjoyed the late-night soba and was extremely satisfied. Next time I’d like to try the buffet. I will definitely stay again, and I would love to recommend it to other friends as well.\nThank you very much for your hospitality.

I originally planned to stay at a mountain hut for a hike, but the weather turned bad, so I changed plans to sightseeing in Kanazawa and made a Reservation at this Hotel. When I arrived at the parking lot, the building looked old from the outside and I was a little worried, but once I went to the lobby and then to my Room, I was glad I chose this place. First of all, everyone in the lobby was kind, pleasant, and very helpful. The lobby interior was wonderful, and the Room had been beautifully renovated. I had a very comfortable stay. With Kanazawa Castle right next door, it’s also very convenient for sightseeing. Next time I come to Kanazawa, I’d like to stay here again.

About a 10-minute walk along the left-side sidewalk of the main road from Kanazawa Station (Kenrokuen Exit). There is no prominent signage at pedestrian eye level, so the entrance is right next to the Hokutetsu Bus stop “Musashigatsuji / Omicho Market.” Check-in starts early at 14:00. An art piece is placed on the bed in each Room, giving a luxurious feel. There is no large public bath, but the provided bath salts help you unwind. There are several coin laundry machines, and detergent is not required. Wash + dry takes about 80 minutes, from JPY 400. The machines accept JPY 100 coins only, but you can exchange money at the front desk. Check-out is at 11:00, and luggage storage after check-out is available. This Hotel sells Kanazawa Bus One-Day Passes, but Kanazawa Station and Korinbo are both within walking distance from the Hotel.

From my first stay, I was impressed by the wonderful attentiveness of the breakfast venue staff, and since then I have decided to stay here whenever I am in Kanazawa for work. This year, I was relieved to see the same staff members again. Even though they seem busy with many international guests, I am always impressed by the thorough cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Hotel.

The Hokuriku Shinkansen was delayed by over 30 minutes, which threw off our schedule quite a bit. I ended up arriving much later than the check-in time, and you even contacted me—I’m sorry for causing you concern. After that, you were very kind and helpful, which was a relief. Your careful explanations made me feel at ease. The grilled overnight-dried nodoguro served at breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I checked a dried-fish shop to buy some as a souvenir, I found it’s a premium fish costing just over 3,000 yen per fish! It felt like such a lucky breakfast. Thank you very much.

I arrived about an hour early and asked if you could store my luggage, but you prepared my Room right away—and even upgraded me since there was availability. The Room was clean, I could enjoy tea in the lobby, and I was able to relax in the bath with bath salts. All the staff were friendly and welcoming with great smiles—perfect service. It’s also close to the market, and Kenrokuen Garden is about a 20-minute walk away, making for a pleasant stroll. Thank you very much.

Because my paternal family grave is in Kanazawa, I stay one night in Kanazawa every year. I’ve stayed at various places, but this year I chose this Hotel for its convenient access from Musashigatsuji. The group has sister Hotels in places like Atami, so I was somewhat familiar with the concept, and it felt like a clean and comfortable space. In a positive sense, it’s a minimalist design with no unnecessary extras. Considering the price range, both the Room and the shared spaces inside the Hotel were more than satisfactory. The large public bath had a better atmosphere than expected, and the interior fittings were excellent; I also appreciated being able to enjoy coffee milk after bathing. On the other hand, there are essentially no amenities provided, so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting amenities. As for everything outside the Hotel itself, the location is excellent—not only is Omicho Market very close, but if you don’t mind walking you can also reach Korinbo, Higashi Chaya District, Kazuemachi Chaya District, and Kanazawa Station on foot for an efficient way to enjoy Kanazawa.

Following last year, we stayed again over the New Year holidays. With traditional New Year decorations and osechi at breakfast, we were able to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Kanazawa, and once again had a very satisfying stay. This year there was also snow on the ground, making the view of Kanazawa from our high-floor room even more memorable. We would love to stay again. First of all, the location was excellent, close to the teahouse district. It was also just a short distance from other spots such as Omicho Market, making sightseeing very easy. The Room had everything we needed, and having an Onsen with a stone bath made it perfect. Breakfast was a very delicious Japanese set meal. The staff were kind and attentive. Free drinks, plus complimentary laundry and parking, made it exceptionally well equipped in every way. This is an Accommodation I would gladly stay at again when visiting Kanazawa.

At the end of the year, we enjoyed the seafood of Hokuriku, such as crab and cold yellowtail, and had a good New Year's Eve. On New Year's Day, we also enjoyed traditional osechi, and were able to feel the tradition through the excellent arrangements and wonderful utensils. We truly enjoyed the Japanese New Year. We would love to visit again during this season.

My previous stay was so fulfilling that I decided to visit again. Another reason for choosing this accommodation was the cherry blossoms, and I was able to enjoy the view of the blooming cherry blossoms along Asano River from my room. Combined with the atmosphere of the traditional townhouse, it felt as though all of Kanazawa's charm was encapsulated in this accommodation. I even hesitated to leave for sightseeing. The owner's thoughtful hospitality was also wonderful, such as taking photos for me and kindly introducing the room in detail. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely love to visit again.

In the heart of Higashi Chaya District, this Accommodation lets you stay as if living in a Kanazawa machiya townhouse, and it remains one of the most memorable Hotels I have ever stayed in. As soon as you step inside, the gentle scent of wood fills the air and naturally calms you. While preserving the charm of an old machiya, the interior has been refined into a modern, sophisticated space, and my stay was comfortable from start to finish. The passage garden leading from the entrance to the living room reinterprets a traditional machiya layout as a contemporary art gallery, creating a distinctive atmosphere from the moment you arrive. With part of one living-room wall opened up, it retains that classic machiya serenity while adding just the right sense of openness. On the first floor, warmth from natural wood is balanced beautifully with a palette of brown, white, cream, and black. Everything—from pendant lights to furniture and small details—has been carefully chosen for a cohesive look that shows great taste down to every corner. The table in particular stood out: its texture evoked Noto washi paper and kurikawa-zome (chestnut husk dyeing), and it felt like local culture and craftsmanship were seamlessly woven into the space. The bath and wash area are modern and spotless in crisp black-and-white tones, and even the scent of Aesop hand soap and bath amenities was wonderfully soothing. Upstairs retains even more of the original wooden character of a machiya, offering a different kind of quiet calm. The bedroom lighting—soft like moonlight—was especially memorable and perfectly suited to the mood. Another unique highlight is being able to whisk matcha in your room. The tea kettle, bowls, and other tools are thoughtfully selected; using vessels that reflect Kanazawa- and Noto-area traditional crafts made preparing matcha yourself feel truly special. With clear instructions provided, it’s easy to enjoy even for first-timers. Unlike having tea at a tourist spot, making matcha in this quiet machiya setting felt deeply relaxing. Open the windows and you can sense both the stillness of this teahouse district and hints of local daily life beyond it. Rather than simply visiting as a tourist, being able to blend into the neighborhood is an experience that’s hard to find at an ordinary Hotel. Breakfast was at Miso Soup Club just a short walk away; I enjoyed a nourishing Japanese breakfast with hearty miso soup packed with ingredients along with egg over rice (tamago kake gohan) and small side dishes. This is an Accommodation I would highly recommend for anyone who wants to savor Kanazawa’s culture, craftsmanship—and unhurried quiet time—with care.

There are places to eat nearby. I worked up a sweat watching my grandchild’s soccer game, so being able to do laundry was a big help. Thank you.

Since it had been a while since my last visit to Kanazawa, I wanted to stay at a whole house rental property and found Kikunoya. It was very nice. The property is a renovated machiya, and while I usually prefer futons over beds for the traditional atmosphere, the bed at Kikunoya matched the room so well, and I was tired, so I used the bed throughout my stay. The bed itself was very comfortable, and I liked it, but the location of the room with the bed was in a position where outside noise was quite noticeable, so guests should be aware of that. However, the noise was not so bothersome that I continued using the bed for two nights. That said, next time I stay at Kikunoya, I might try sleeping in the back room with a futon. What surprised me at Kikunoya was the abundance of tableware. There were even lacquered trays in the drawers of the box stairs, and I was truly amazed by the number of glasses available, enough to host a party. Additionally, all the tableware you might want is available, so you can easily procure delicious side dishes (Western or Japanese) from the Omi market, quickly prepare rice and soup, and enjoy a leisurely meal at the property with local sake from a liquor store in Kanazawa. I plan to do that next time. It was an enjoyable stay. Thank you very much.

It was our first trip to Kanazawa, and we stayed here as a group of four friends. The accommodation had excellent facilities, including floor heating and air conditioning, and the host was very kind and attentive. The location is very convenient, with Higashi Chaya District, Omicho Market, and Kenrokuen Garden all within walking distance. Situated in a quiet residential area, it offers a peaceful stay. We would love to stay here again in the future! Amenities included shampoo, body soap, sponges for washing the body, toothbrushes, towels, and even a washing machine.

We never got to take a honeymoon, so after retiring from work we finally enjoyed a relaxing trip together as a couple. This Hotel is conveniently located near Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, and Omicho Market. The Room was clean, the food was delicious, and it became a wonderful memory for us as a couple. The Hotel staff were also kind and helpful. Breakfast was buffet-style, and I couldn’t help going back for seconds. If we have the chance, we would definitely like to stay again.
