The front desk staff were wonderful! Even though we checked in after midnight, they kindly accommodated us. We stayed here the night before heading to Kusatsu Onsen. This time, our family used the Special Room. As soon as we entered the Room, it was incredibly spacious!!! The bathroom in particular was huge and amazing!! There were plenty of amenities, which was really helpful—and when we opened the refrigerator, there were complimentary drinks!! There were also cup udon noodles on the table for each of us!! The service was excellent and we were very satisfied! For this price, the Room size and service are more than enough. A truly satisfying Hotel!! We would love to stay again.

I’ve been coming here since I lived about 30 minutes away by train. Even after moving to a place about two hours away, I still visit from time to time specifically to stay at this Hotel and explore Takasaki. From the moment you step into the entrance with flowing water, you’re drawn into an extraordinary world. More than anything, I love the atmosphere of the large public bath. If you bathe before sunset, sunlight pours in and it’s bright and truly wonderful. Soaking in the open-air bath while listening to Shinkansen announcements as background music is pure bliss—I can forget everything. Both the guest rooms and the entire property are clean and comfortable. Since I’ve stayed many times, every visit feels like “I’m back.” The breakfast venue is very open and airy, and just as comfortable. The honey butter was so delicious that next time I plan to enjoy it generously again. Thank you always, and I look forward to staying with you again!

The guest rooms, the Hotel facilities, and the dining—everything is wonderfully artistic. Before dinner, I joined an in-house art tour, which was fantastic; I really enjoyed learning about the Hotel’s history, the renovation process, and behind-the-scenes stories leading up to its opening. Dinner was outstanding—each dish by Chef Katayama was delicate, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the lounge both before and after dinner, with great drinks and snacks; the beef jerky was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine and beer as well. Breakfast was a delicious Japanese meal made with ingredients from Gunma. This is a Hotel I would definitely love to visit again if I have the chance.

I’m a repeat guest every time. It’s conveniently located near the station, the rooms are clean, and the bathroom is also spotless. The free breakfast (light meal: toast) is delicious as well. It’s quiet and I can sleep comfortably. I’ll stay again if I have the chance. Thank you.

The building is probably old, but the Room seemed to have been renovated and was very clean and comfortable, including the unit bath and toilet. There were also two single sofas, making it a relaxing space. Breakfast was delicious, just as other Reviews said.

I stayed here recently while touring the Jomo Sanzan mountains. The Accommodation felt a bit dated in places, but it was very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The bath was on the small side, but perhaps because of the time I used it, I was able to relax both times without sharing it with other guests. I had been looking forward to dinner because the Reviews were so positive, and it lived up to my expectations—every dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The presentation was also enjoyable, and it made me want to visit again just for the dinner. Above all, every staff member was pleasant and attentive, which left a strong impression. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and am very satisfied overall. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed for one night, and it was a wonderful Hotel from start to finish. The Room uses a PIN code system with no key, so it was very convenient to go out without having to carry a key around. In the evening, alcoholic drinks were all-you-can-drink (free). It was a shame the large public bath didn’t have an open-air bath, but it was clean and the alkaline Onsen water was excellent. Breakfast offered a great selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, and I was very satisfied. I was also impressed by the thoughtful services—being able to choose your pillow, and free coffee and drinks available at all times. What makes this Hotel stand out is how they thoroughly reduce operating costs within what guests can reasonably accept—such as shortening breakfast hours to about two hours, asking guests to help with tidying up, using PIN codes instead of keys, and not handing out unnecessary amenities—and then use those savings to enhance guest services like free drinks and alcohol overall. I felt this approach significantly increases satisfaction. I admired how well they strike that perfect balance where you feel like thinking, “They do so much for us—so we can do this much in return.” I would definitely like to stay again.

I was able to enjoy my stay again this time with no complaints. Some people may have different opinions, but I was personally satisfied.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always a clean, easy-to-use Hotel. The moment I arrived at my Room, I couldn’t help saying out loud, “Dormy Inn really is great,” and felt relieved. My friend who came with me felt the same way. There are so many good points: how practical the Room is, the spacious desk and sink area, the brightness, the large public bath Onsen, having all the necessary amenities, and breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options served in small dishes that are easy to pick up. The only disappointing thing this time was that the coffee didn’t taste good. Also, the door to the women’s public bath was left open. I would appreciate it if you could improve these two points. From the elevated walkway outside the East Exit on the 2nd floor of Takasaki Station, I could spot the colorful neon sign for “HOTEL123,” so I found my way there without getting lost. Since I’m terrible with directions and arrived late at night, I might not have made it there so smoothly without that sign. Even though it was late, the front desk staff kindly explained the room key and Facilities, which made check-in feel reassuring. There was a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so I could pick up a late-night snack. That said, there was also a light-snack vending machine on the same floor as the front desk, which seemed handy if you just want something small. The Room does feel its age, but it was thoroughly cleaned and spotless—nothing to complain about. Having a large public bath where you can stretch out and soak was especially appreciated after long-distance travel. (As others have mentioned in their Reviews, it is on the smaller side, but still more than sufficient.) The water temperature may come down to preference, but it could be slightly hotter. The drink bar next to the front desk had an impressive selection—I was surprised they even offered consommé soup and miso soup. Being able to get both fluids and salt from soups may be part of their consideration for preventing heat exhaustion. Breakfast is included for free so I didn’t expect much, but it exceeded expectations by far: white rice, several kinds of bread, and multiple Japanese- and Western-style side dishes. I was very satisfied. This Hotel offers thoughtful service that anticipates guests’ needs despite its reasonable price point, and I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Takasaki.

I was very satisfied with both the Room and the service. I arrived by car and initially wondered if it would be inconvenient to park at the east exit even though the Hotel is at the west exit, but it turned out to be very convenient. Since I used the station when coming and going, it was easy to buy souvenirs or return extra luggage to my car smoothly. It was disappointing that guests cannot make a Reservation for parking (as the lot gets crowded on weekends, I thought it might be difficult to park again after leaving during a Multiple Night Stay), but I would like to stay here again next time.

The location was excellent, close to Takasaki Station. It had been a while since I used a non-card key, so I was a little confused at first, but the Room was clean and comfortable. There are also plenty of parking lots nearby, so it seems convenient even if you drive. Breakfast was delicious as well. I will consider staying here again when I visit Takasaki.

I’d rate the bathroom size 0.1, but I was satisfied with everything else.

I stayed one night at Bells Inn Maebashi on a gourmet trip to Gunma. The large public bath and breakfast were both great. I’d like to stay here again next time.

Although I booked this Hotel at short notice, the front desk service was excellent. It is close to the station, and the Room felt comfortable like a studio apartment. The toilet and bath are separate, which made it very relaxing.

While looking for a Hotel to stay at after visiting Kiryu Boat Race Track, I found a No Meals Included Plan and made a Reservation. The price was reasonable, and I appreciated being able to choose a later check-in time. When I called to request an earlier check-in due to my schedule, the staff responded cheerfully. The bathroom was clean, and although the Room felt a bit dated, it was well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. There was also free on-site parking. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Conveniently located at a reasonable distance from the station, allowing guests to enjoy Christmas illuminations on the way back after a concert. The front desk staff provided polite and excellent service. The hotel is cozy, and both the late-night ramen service and large public bath can be used without crowding. It is a safe choice for women, making it my preferred stay across various locations. A practical Hotel that feels like a mix between a Ryokan and a Business Hotel.

I stayed for 24 hours with breakfast included. The Facility was clean, all the staff were very pleasant, and parking was free! It’s not an Onsen, but there is a large public bath with jet features, and it was very clean. I don’t think you can find this level of service at this price anywhere else! If I had to mention one small downside, the breakfast side dishes weren’t warm... but at this price, I’m not dissatisfied at all! I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance!

The only drawback was that 2 of the 3 coin-operated laundry machines were out of order, so there was a wait to use them.
