The hospitality was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently attentive. Especially at checkout, they even wiped the car windows. It had rained the night before, so the windows may have been dirty, but this was the first time anyone has ever done that for me—I was truly impressed. Both the quality and quantity of the meals were very satisfying. Dinner featured a duck hot pot as the main dish, along with plenty of extras such as sashimi and Kasumi crab (benizuwai crab). Everything was delicious. If I had to mention anything, it would be that the Ryokan’s bath is small and it’s a bit away from the center of town. Personally, I enjoyed walking around while exploring and visiting different public baths, and they also said they could drive guests there upon request. As for the small bath at the Ryokan, I think it works well if you make use of the public baths too while still enjoying what’s available on-site. I would definitely like to stay again. We stayed as a family with children, split across three Rooms. During Silver Week, many people were heading to Kinosaki Marine World, and since there is only one road to the parking area, there was severe traffic congestion. Even though we were nearby, we couldn’t move forward for a while and were worried about what would happen. Later, thanks to staff guidance, we were able to reach the front of the Hotel and felt relieved. At that moment, I truly felt glad we had made a Reservation at Kinparo. For dinner, they prepared a private dining Room so all three families could eat together. Even with small children moving around, we didn’t have to worry about disturbing other guests, and we could enjoy our meal at ease. Our child had an accident during the meal, but the staff handled it kindly and professionally—we are very grateful. The Room was spacious, and it was comfortable to relax in the Tokijiku Lounge and visit The Walrus Club as well—the open spaces made for a very pleasant stay. The view from the Hotel was wonderful, and all of the staff provided courteous service. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed during the Obon holiday season with my parents and my child, and the connecting rooms gave us plenty of space to relax. The magic show was really entertaining, and my child loved it! The Facility had just been renovated, so everything was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. There was a Reproizer hair dryer in the large public bath, which was a nice touch for women. I did notice the shampoo didn’t lather as well as I expected, so I wish I had brought my own. There were many families with children, and we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere where we could enjoy ourselves without feeling self-conscious even with kids. We had a wonderful time as a family. We’d love to come again!

I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but they warmly welcomed me without any displeasure, saying the Room was ready.\nThe Room was spacious for the price and felt just like a Ryokan.\nBecause it is old, I noticed a slight odor in the Room and hallway.\nAfter checking in, I went in and out several times, and each time they prepared my shoes. The front desk staff also helped with sightseeing advice—the service was truly excellent.

The staff’s thoughtful attention to detail is wonderful! The Facility seems to be a renovated historic building, and we had a very comfortable stay. The private family bath had amenities such as lotion, which was a big help since we had used ours up while visiting different Onsen. We were able to relax and enjoy it at the end of our Onsen-hopping. The rice cooked in an individual pot at breakfast is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.

The shop had a wide selection of used books, from 100 yen to brand-new titles. I bought a 200-yen “secret book”—a wrapped book with only a brief description attached, so you can’t see what’s inside. Choosing that way was fun because I discovered a book I wouldn’t normally pick up. The Accommodation’s location was also great.

I stayed here on the first day of a three-day holiday weekend to fully enjoy Kasumi crab, which was the highlight of this trip. I booked the full-course meal featuring extra-large Kasumi crab (top-grade “Bangani” class). From crab sashimi, boiled crab, grilled crab, shell miso grilling, tempura, crab shabu-shabu, to a crab hot pot, I was able to savor Kasumi crab in many different styles. What impressed me most were the crab sashimi and the shabu-shabu—both were equally delicious. I was also very satisfied with the service, such as having the grilled crab prepared right in front of me. The portion size was just right. For the final rice porridge (zosui), I added some reserved crab meat and enjoyed it until the very end. The drinks—especially sake—were reasonably priced as well, which I appreciated. For bathing, I reserved a private semi-open-air bath. It cost about JPY 2,000 for 45 minutes. There were two types—a hinoki (cypress) bath and a tiled bath—and even the water temperature differed between them. I was very pleased with both. In terms of facilities, there is no refrigerator in the room and you need to borrow a hair dryer from reception. Some guests may find this slightly inconvenient. However, all staff were welcoming from check-in onward, and I had a comfortable stay overall. Even though it was during a busy holiday weekend, considering the quality and volume of the meals along with the baths and hospitality, it felt like an excellent value. I’m grateful that I could truly enjoy delicious Kasumi crab while having such a pleasant stay. This is an inn I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.
