This Room is highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a trip with a sense of history and charm. The entire Room was exceptionally clean—so much so that it made me wish I could live in a home like this. It was also a real highlight to see how everyone who assisted us carefully and lovingly conveyed the concept of this Accommodation. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, with dishes that reflected local and traditional flavors, leaving both my stomach and heart happy from the morning. Not only is the Accommodation itself wonderful, but I also hope you’ll take in the atmosphere around it as well. Every shop and street has its own charm, and you can truly feel the kindness of the people and the pleasant air. It became a place I genuinely want to visit again. Thank you for such a wonderful trip where we could stay at a great Accommodation and meet such lovely people. I won’t forget this connection.

This trip was mainly to visit Ise Grand Shrine, Toba, and Futamiura. I was especially looking forward to visiting Futami Okitama Shrine and seeing the Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks), so I searched for the Accommodation closest to the shrine and chose “Oishiya.” From the very beginning, I was impressed by the exceptionally courteous and pleasant service. From arriving by taxi through check-in, being shown to my Room, dining, and even the Shuttle Service to the station after check-out, everything was handled in such a welcoming way that it made for a truly wonderful trip. To the proprietress, manager, attendants, Shuttle Service driver, and everyone at Oishiya, thank you very much. Dinner was a charcoal-grilled seafood kaiseki course. Starting with appetizers and sashimi, the main dishes featured an abundant selection including abalone, squid, turban shell, other shellfish, and vegetables. Being able to enjoy abalone both grilled and as sashimi made it an especially luxurious meal. The meal was so plentiful that I’m sorry I ended up leaving one dish unfinished. I also appreciate the attendant’s thoughtful consideration regarding dessert. The view of Futami’s sea from the panoramic bath was exceptional—I enjoyed it many times: before dinner, after dinner, and early in the morning. The location of this Accommodation is also perfect for accessing Futami Okitama Shrine. After check-in, after dinner, at sunrise time, and after check-out, I was able to visit a total of four times—it meant so much to me. Every view was wonderful, but the scenery at sunrise was truly unforgettable. Staying at “Oishiya” made this an outstanding trip. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. I stayed here the day after a concert, and it exceeded my expectations. The Facility was very clean and comfortable. There was also a large public bath and a sauna, so I could relax and unwind. Dinner was served in a calm dining area, and the dishes made with seasonal Mie ingredients were delicious. All of the staff were kind as well. It was also convenient to have a supermarket right in front of the Hotel.\n\nWhen I come to Mie for another concert, I’d like to stay here again.

In mid-May, the three of us—my mother in her late 80s and my husband and I—stayed here. Throughout our stay, the staff, including the proprietress, showed thoughtful care for my elderly mother, and we are truly grateful. The cuisine made the most of fresh seafood from Ise Bay, Matsusaka beef, and seasonal vegetables from Mie Prefecture. Each dish was carefully crafted and delicious; even my mother, who usually eats little, enjoyed her meals. The bath overlooking the beautifully maintained Japanese garden featured a gentle Onsen that felt kind to the skin, and we were able to relax and enjoy it many times during our stay. We stayed in “Tochi,” and were able to spend a comfortable time at ease in a Room richly finished with wood and on an open veranda. The Japanese garden was stunning; there were many hydrangea buds during our visit, and imagining how beautiful they would be in bloom made it all the more disappointing to leave without seeing them—but it was still an outstanding trip.

As others have mentioned in their Reviews, all of the staff were incredibly kind and warm, which made us truly happy! The food was delicious and made us feel so content, and since my husband’s birthday was coming up, you even celebrated it for us! We were deeply moved by your thoughtfulness. It became a truly wonderful memory. Thank you again! The spacious and spotless private family bath was amazing, and the Onsen water quality was excellent—simply the best! We were also really happy that the Onsen hair dryer was a ReFa. We highly recommend this comfortable, wonderful Hotel. Thank you so much for all your lovely hospitality!! This was our first visit. I saw my mother, who usually never asks for seconds, get another serving of rice for the first time. The food was truly delicious. Not only the cuisine, but also the heartfelt service made us very happy, and we were able to spend a wonderful time. My mother immediately started planning our next trip, saying, “Next time I want to bring the whole family.” We visit Ise Grand Shrine every year, so we would love to stay with you again next year. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

Throughout our stay, we truly appreciated the refreshing, genuine Japanese hospitality and attentive service. The meals were just the right amount for a couple in our 50s with lighter appetites, and being served in our Room while maintaining high quality was excellent. We were also grateful for the thoughtful support when we had an issue. Just before checkout, someone passing by even helped carry our luggage, which showed how well trained the staff are. The price was on the higher side, but we received service worthy of it and enjoyed a very fulfilling vacation.

Three adults stayed in the room (maximum 4 guests). We used it as a twin plus an extra bed (3 beds total). The room was spacious enough, and we were satisfied with breakfast, which included plenty of vegetables. The other guests were calm, so we could relax and enjoy a quiet stay. Since we met on site, it was convenient being close to the station, and we were able to walk to Geku Shrine early in the morning to visit. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.

The Room was a little small, but it was comfortable with no issues. The meals were extremely satisfying and very delicious. I enjoyed them so much that I regret not having room left for the late-night soba. I also enjoyed the ice cream and fruit milk after the bath. 　I was able to visit Naiku early in the morning and spend a solemn, peaceful time. Since the forecast said it would be cloudy, I headed out early without an umbrella, but a staff member from the Accommodation I met along the way kindly lent me one, saying the rain might get heavier—and that turned out to be absolutely right. Thank you very much. 　It was truly a fun and relaxing trip. When I visit Ise Jingu again, I would love to stay here again.

I made a Reservation to unwind before the Obon holidays. I enjoyed a luxurious, unhurried stay—soaking in the in-room Onsen and doing nothing while gazing out at the forest. I’d love to visit again in another season.

I stayed here for an away trip. I urgently needed ice from early morning, and I wanted to buy several 2 kg bags in advance at a supermarket. When I asked if the Hotel could keep them in the freezer overnight, they kindly agreed without hesitation, which was a huge help. Their thoughtfulness and consideration for guests were excellent. If I have the chance, I would like to make a Reservation again, and I will recommend it to my friends. When searching with a navigation app, it may guide you to the parking area inside the building at the back, but there is also plenty of parking by the main entrance on the front side.

Thank you for your hospitality. The omelet service at breakfast was delicious. This Accommodation is conveniently located near the station and easy to access. The Room was compact, but I slept very well.

I was satisfied. The Room felt a bit old, but it was great that the power for the refrigerator, air conditioner, etc. did not turn off even when I left the Room. The steak at dinner was delicious and I wouldn’t get tired of it even if I had it every day. The toilet is small, and adjusting the fixed-direction shower takes a bit of ingenuity, but those are minor quirks.

Choosing this Accommodation for a visit to Futami Okitama Shrine was the right decision. The shrine is only a 7–8 minute leisurely walk along the seaside, so I was able to visit twice during my stay. Dinner was very satisfying in both menu and portion size. Since it was served in a private room, I felt completely relaxed. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the overnight-dried pufferfish. From the Room, I enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea stretching out beyond the pine trees. It is a lovely Accommodation founded in the Meiji era and still continuing into the Reiwa era. Thank you for taking care of us on our first visit to Ise Grand Shrine. The parking lot was free, spacious, and reassuring, and the Hotel Facility was very clean. The Rooms were divided among six buildings connected by covered walkways—an uncommon style. However, the building I stayed in was close to a wide road, and since my Room was at the very end, I could hear traffic noise until late at night and found it hard to sleep, which was a bit disappointing. I regret not requesting a quieter Room when making the Reservation. That said, the Room was comfortable to stay in, the large public bath was relaxing, and I enjoyed a hearty buffet breakfast (thank you for offering it free for guests), which helped me start my second day at Ise Grand Shrine feeling great. Thank you very much. I’ll stay with you again when visiting the Ise area—next time, please give me a quieter Room (lol).

This was my first time staying here, and it was also my first visit to Mie Prefecture. I had many questions and asked the front desk staff about various things, but they were never unpleasant or dismissive. They went above and beyond by looking into even small details and explaining everything clearly. I truly appreciate their kind and attentive service. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Mie Prefecture. Thank you very much.

The staff were very kind, and the Room was clean. The summer-themed decorations in the lobby were also lovely. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Just after the Obon holidays, when it was still fairly busy, we were able to make a last-minute Reservation for two nights the day before. The location near the station was a huge help. The staff were very courteous, and I especially appreciated that—since I had seen some Reviews mentioning concerns about the bathroom area—I asked if possible for a renovated, clean Room. They kindly arranged a Room with very clean bathroom facilities, and we were able to stay very comfortably. One point: we used the coin laundry, and as soon as my husband put on the washed clothes he felt intense itching... The clothes washed there did seem quite dusty, and his symptoms went away after bathing and rinsing off. So I can’t say for sure, but it made me wonder if the coin laundry equipment isn’t being cleaned thoroughly enough. Dryers can get very dusty unless they’re cleaned frequently... The area around the dryers also felt quite dusty. That said, we had a comfortable two-day stay and are truly grateful. Thank you very much!

When I checked in on a rainy day, I was truly touched to be offered a towel. Parking is also available, and at check-out I was even happier to see my name posted in the parking area. The room was simple yet highly functional, and having a microwave made it perfect. It was reasonably priced, but I was very satisfied. The bathroom has a shower only.

We stayed as a couple specifically for the host’s guided tour, and thanks to it we were able to make a very satisfying pilgrimage. Thank you very much. Without the guide, I don’t think we could have felt this level of satisfaction or fulfillment. At each key point, he gave careful explanations and taught us what kinds of prayers are appropriate for the deities enshrined there. That was extremely important for our visit. As for the Accommodation, since it is rented as an entire house, it felt just like staying at home. We truly felt at ease and were able to sleep soundly.
