All the staff were kind, and the Accommodation was not too large, making it easy for my elderly parents to get around. We were able to use the second-floor lounge many times, and it was great that the dining area was also close by. The Room was clean, bright, spacious, and very relaxing. All of the meals were delicious. When there are a lot of people in the bath, it can feel a bit small, but it wasn’t a problem. From our first phone call to the very end, the staff were gentle and I think that really enhanced how wonderful this Accommodation is. I would love to stay again.

The Room was spacious with an ocean view, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids enjoyed the pool in the bath area, and we were also able to use games like Othello—putting our phones away and spending a fun time full of laughter. One small disappointment was that the amenity loungewear felt a bit worn, and the ties were loose so it didn’t fit securely. It was a very nice Accommodation and great value for money. Instead of offering full-service assistance like carrying luggage, they provide a wide range of complimentary self-serve options from 3:00 PM, including beer, coffee and other drinks, plus snacks like rice crackers and chiffon cake. Dinner also includes free-flow drinks, which makes it feel like excellent value. The food was great, especially the seafood—it was very fresh and delicious. Some items (like the hassun platter) are already set on the table, and soup is self-serve as well; I assume this streamlined service helps keep prices down. That said, if you ask questions, the staff kindly explain things, so I didn’t feel the service was bad at all. As other Reviews mention, the front desk staff spoke a bit quickly and felt somewhat businesslike, but there’s a lot to explain during check-in so it’s understandable. Given the room rate, I felt it was reasonable overall. The Room was stylish and very clean. The Onsen had a lovely amber-colored water with a slight moor-like scent. From the moment I got in it felt silky-smooth on my skin, and afterward my skin felt soft and smooth as well. There’s a roadside station right across the street where you can buy various souvenirs too; considering the price, this is a wonderful Accommodation with great value for money. I’d love to stay again.

I stayed one night with my dog (dinner and breakfast included). The Room faced the beach, and the view was amazing. I took walks around the Hotel in the evening and in the morning. Meals were served in a separate building, and I enjoyed them together with my dog in my Room. The simmered blackthroat seaperch, crab meat, grilled beef, and everything else was delicious. I was completely full. The Onsen was spacious, and the bathing areas alternated daily between men and women. It was a very satisfying trip. Next time, I’ll book a Multiple Night Stay.

I had to go to Obihiro on short notice and looked for Accommodation, but only very expensive Rooms were left near the station. Since I had a rental car, I made a Reservation here a little farther away. The building has been carefully renovated, and the buffet offers a wide variety of dishes—especially recommended are the raclette and the homemade dressing. I could even enjoy a seafood bowl in the morning. The Onsen is also spacious. Choosing this place was absolutely the right decision.

This was our first time staying here, and we were very well taken care of. From the warm welcome upon arrival, we were served tea and delicious sweets before being shown to our Room. The guest Room had a clean, modern Japanese style, and we were truly impressed by the wonderful view of the sea from anywhere in the Room—even from the bath. In addition, the Onsen bath had silky, slightly thick water that felt great and left our skin smooth; we enjoyed it many times and were completely satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast were more than enough in quantity, and every dish was delicious. We initially thought the dining area seating might be close together, but it wasn’t at all; we enjoyed chatting while listening to explanations about the dishes from the proprietress and staff. We had been looking for an Accommodation where we could simply relax, enjoy great food, and soak in good hot water—and this was a wonderful Accommodation where we could truly take our time. We’re happy to have found an Accommodation that makes us think, “We definitely want to come again in a different season.”

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. Our Room was in a separate annex, with privacy well maintained, so we could truly unwind. This is a wonderful Accommodation where we would love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Kurashiki.

We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. The Room was stylish, we could enjoy meals in the Room, the terrace was spacious enough for our dog to run around, and there was even a bath for dogs—best of all, we could stay together the whole time. The meals were surprisingly generous both dinner and breakfast. The staff were very attentive and also gave us sightseeing recommendations we could visit with our dog. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

Recently, I stayed here with my parents and my daughter and her husband. Our Room had a modern Japanese style, and we were truly moved by the panoramic view of the Sea of Japan from the Room. The water was so clear that we could have watched it forever. At night, we could see dozens of lights out on the dark sea—perhaps from squid fishing boats—and it was absolutely beautiful. The large public bath also faces the sea, and we really enjoyed soaking for a long time in the open-air bath while taking in the view. We chose the deluxe Plan for dinner. Everything was wonderful—from steamed dishes we had never tried before to mackerel shabu-shabu—but the grilled nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) with salt was outstanding. Some Ryokan serve nodoguro, but it is often small; here it was surprisingly large. Since it was my husband’s birthday, I consulted with you in advance about arranging a surprise cake. From our messages beforehand through to the day itself, you handled everything so thoughtfully, and I’m very grateful. My husband was delighted, and we were able to celebrate with big smiles all around. Thank you again. If there’s one regret, it’s that we only stayed one night. It felt like an Accommodation that deserves at least two nights, so next time I hope to book a Multiple Night Stay! Lastly, I rated the Facility as 4 because there are some older areas here and there—for guests who might be concerned about that. However, it didn’t bother us at all during our stay, and we had no issues whatsoever.

I stayed here to visit Ise Jingu. The location is about halfway between Nagoya and Ise Jingu, making it more convenient than traveling directly from Nagoya to Ise. The Facility felt a bit dated, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable. Being right next to Tsu Station was also a great advantage. All the staff, including those at the front desk, were very friendly and welcoming, which made me happy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious.

I stay here once or twice every year, and it is always a truly pleasant experience. The buffet meals are all delicious—there’s nothing that feels mediocre—and the baths are spacious and comfortable. Some of the bath facilities (such as the showers) feel a bit dated, but there are no issues with using them, and having towels freely available made my stay very comfortable. I would definitely like to visit again.

Every summer vacation, we stay at this seaside Hotel. The Rooms in the East Wing and the amenities are truly wonderful, and we always look forward to them. One small disappointment was that last year there was a bottle of water by the sink in the bathroom, but this time it wasn’t provided. Also, the staff’s service was excellent. In the morning, when my child and I were swimming in the sea, I’m not sure if it was a staff member or a volunteer, but someone was carefully picking up litter on the beach. It was wonderful. Thanks to that, there wasn’t any trash at all on the beach in front of the Hotel, and we could swim comfortably. We’ll be back again next year. We hope it will be even more upgraded—haha.
