This is our fourth stay, and everything—the staff, the meals, and the cleanliness of the Room—is outstanding. Whenever we come to Awaji, this is the only place we want to stay, so we will continue to choose this Accommodation. We have a dog, and they are very welcoming. It’s also a quiet environment where we can’t hear other dogs, so both our dog and we can relax with peace of mind. Having an on-site dog run is also a big help. The meals are exciting every time—carefully crafted course dishes that truly impress us. The staff are kind as well, and we always have a pleasant stay. We always say, “Let’s stay here again next time!” We’ll be back again.

We visited the Goto Islands for the first time to cheer on our family member competing in the Baramon King, and stayed as a family in a maisonette with a wide terrace. We compared Accommodation options from the time we made our Reservation a few months in advance and chose Kararito—and it was absolutely the right choice. We had some changes along the way, including adjusting the number of guests, and they handled everything kindly. They also arranged one meat-free meal for one of us, and thanks to the thoughtful staff, we had a very comfortable stay. We tried SUP for the first time as an activity. With their careful instruction, even someone who isn’t great at marine sports could enjoy it. Above all, dinner was outstanding! We had it 3 of our 4 nights. Each dish overturned what we expected from “Mexican,” delivering delicate flavors beyond imagination. The sauces and herbs paired with fresh local ingredients were exquisite—wine flowed easily and conversation came alive during a wonderful dinner time. The staff’s explanations of each dish were also clear and excellent. If I had one request, I would have loved to see about three breakfast options. The semi-open-air large bath was very relaxing, and our maisonette Room was bright, clean, and comfortable—making this a truly pleasant trip. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The hospitality was excellent. At the front desk, the dining venue, and the reception for the private bath, everyone greeted us with a smile. It was our first stay, and we had a very comfortable time. An ocean view and direct access to a beautiful beach made it easy and fun to enjoy the sea even with our young grandchildren. We truly appreciate that you kindly accommodated changes to ingredients we don’t like. Enjoying a beer on the terrace while looking out at the ocean— this Accommodation was exactly what we chose to soothe our tiredness. We’re so glad we went! Done—we will definitely return. We’ll be back again. The private bath was wonderful! With a slide, our grandchildren were thrilled.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

I stayed for one night on March 29. I chose March because it was just before the spiny lobster fishing ban. This time I booked a luxurious spa Plan, so it was pricey, but it was absolutely worth the cost. The cuisine, spa, Onsen, Room Facilities, and service were all top-tier. As expected from HIRAMATSU, every dish was delicious. The dish made with the spiny lobster head felt a bit heavy for me, but everything else was perfect. The spiny lobster bisque at breakfast was outstanding. The bread and butter at both dinner and breakfast were also excellent. The spa was wonderful—comparable to the Mandarin Hotel’s spa. The Onsen and Room Facilities were also superb; there is nothing to complain about. Service from the manager, head chef, staff, and spa team was flawless. I’d like to return next year during abalone season. I recommend avoiding weekends at the end of March. That’s when F1 Japanese Grand Prix qualifying and the race are held at Suzuka, so Nagoya Station gets extremely crowded and nearby roads are heavily congested. On top of that, Ise Jingu Naiku Shrine was also packed due to a yokozuna dedication sumo event—but I consider it a good experience overall.

With my husband away on Father’s Day, I planned a surprise Onsen trip a week early. I decided the day before, but luckily I was able to Reserve. The Room was very spacious for two, and my husband seemed pleased with the open view. The meals were also delicious. During dinner, we came across a beautiful sunset and watched it until it set. We also enjoyed table tennis and tried billiards for the first time, making our time after dinner just as fun. The night sky from the open-air bath was filled with shining stars—truly beautiful—and we were glad to have such great weather. With an 11:00 check-out the next day, we relaxed until it was time to leave, and we both felt refreshed and fulfilled. The surprise was a success! Next time, we’d like to visit as a family with our children who are currently living on their own. Thank you very much for everything.

This is our favorite cottage, and we are always comforted by the owners’ kind and warm hospitality. Thank you very much for the birthday cake. The villa was located slightly uphill from the coastal road. The moment we opened the door, we were impressed by the stylish Room and the stunning view. The staff who guided us was very polite, and the food was delicious, making it a truly satisfying stay. Although it was just one night, we fully enjoyed Awaji Island. We would love to visit again with our dog!

We enjoyed an extraordinary getaway to the fullest, watching the sun set into the sea from our Room and gazing at the starry sky while soaking in the in-room Onsen. The meals were delicious and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace, and we could tell that great care was taken with Room cleaning and amenities. We would love to visit again.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. We had an extremely satisfying stay in every way. This time, we stayed in both the villa and the Deluxe Twin, and both Rooms were very clean. However, on the first night we chose to have a BBQ at the villa, but it was too hot to handle. We thought it would be nice if there were a mist system on the terrace.

I finally visited this long-awaited Hotel for the first time. I called on the day of arrival and requested Shuttle Service to Chokoku-no-Mori Station. Because the number of Rooms is limited, neither the dining areas nor the Onsen ever felt crowded, and I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was outstanding, making it a truly meaningful stay. The cocktail pairing at dinner was a wonderful experience, with cocktails I would not normally order myself. Brunch also offered a wide variety of options, and it was a delight to enjoy champagne and wine from the morning. I felt this Accommodation is easy to use even for solo travelers.
