I was able to relax and spend time at a leisurely pace surrounded by nature. We could park the car right next to the building, which made loading and unloading luggage very convenient, and we even saw deer along the way. For dinner, I wanted to eat at CAFE Erina, so I chose the hamburger steak. It was delicious and very filling. The next morning, after heading into town to see the morning mist, I enjoyed the private open-air bath, then had breakfast in the Room while taking in the view—it was truly amazing. I’d love to stay again. I stayed in that Room.

The building may be old, but it was kept clean. The open-air bath had a wild and natural feel, offering an extraordinary experience that was very enjoyable. The Room was spacious as well. Above all, we appreciated the thoughtful efforts to make our stay pleasant. It was also nice that rice and miso soup were self-serve with unlimited refills. We would love to visit again!

Due to a typhoon, I had to change my pre-hike accommodation at short notice, and I’m glad I stayed here—the Onsen was wonderful, and I was able to rest well for the hike the next day. They also let me bathe after the hike, which was fantastic! If I have the chance, I’d love to stay again.

I have been longing for the autumn leaves of Lake Chuzenji (Chūzenji) for 10 years. Moreover, that time is my birthday! But it's so hard to get a reservation. This time, when I happened to check, it was available!? Surely there was a last-minute cancellation. I hurriedly made a reservation. All the staff at the property were smiling and cheerful, with excellent hospitality. The futon was so fluffy, I couldn't help but dive in! The bath was amazing, and the food was excellent. I was surprised at how delicious the Nikko pork was. I thought Tokyo X was supreme, but this was great too! As soon as I got home, I made a soy milk hot pot with Tokyo X. It was so delicious! The recommended sake was also very tasty, and even my wife, who doesn't usually drink sake, gulped it down. Breakfast refills were free, and I ended up having three bowls. I woke up early to take a bath, photographed the full bloom of autumn leaves while basking in the morning sun, and took another bath until just before checkout... I think I went in about five times in total? The water was truly wonderful, and I could stay in it forever. It seems to have become very popular after being featured on TV. I was really happy to be able to stay. Thank you very much.

I absolutely adored the owner—I was completely smitten. They prepared everything for us, from the BBQ setup to a Goemon-style bath and even a mochi-pounding experience, and we had an amazing time! With board games inside and unique Rooms, this Accommodation offers more than you can enjoy in just one day. We’ll be back.

The staff and accommodation were exceptional, filled with thoughtful care and attention. Originally a private villa, it has been converted into a full rental-style accommodation. We chose a meal-inclusive plan, and while the portions were more than we could usually finish, the food was so delicious that we tried our best to eat it all... though we did leave a little (apologies!). On the checkout day, it was cold with snow on the ground. The staff and owner kindly brought tire chains for safety, which amazed us with their kindness. Fortunately, our rental car had winter tires, so we didn’t need them. Overall, this was an outstanding accommodation featuring incredible hospitality, state-of-the-art appliances, and an onsen!

We stayed as four adults while returning home with my mother, who uses a wheelchair. We made a Reservation for a kaiseki course in a special Room with an Onsen. From check-in to check-out, the staff were outstanding. Not only did we have no complaints, we were able to relax in complete comfort. The Onsen had both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and following the sommelier’s recommended way of bathing left our skin silky smooth. At dinner, we enjoyed sake as well as beer. When we couldn’t decide what to choose, a staff member knowledgeable about sake came over and carefully explained each label, helping us find recommendations that matched our preferences. The Room was spacious and spotless. The amenities were excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied. My mother had suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage two years ago, so I was worried about how much she would be able to enjoy the stay due to aftereffects. However, she said the food was delicious and ate happily. The in-room Onsen—fed by the same water as the large public bath—was also wonderful for her with family support, and she was very pleased. She bathed twice: at night and in the morning. It certainly wasn’t cheap, but it was an experience that exceeded its price in satisfaction.

We stayed at your Accommodation again for my daughter’s birthday trip. Due to record-breaking heavy snowfall, transportation was almost paralyzed, and we arrived after a long drive. Although I called in advance, I was a little worried we might be causing trouble upon arrival, but the front desk staff were consistently courteous and welcomed us warmly, and we were able to check in smoothly. The Room was clean and warm again, and we were able to stay comfortably just as before. Thinking about housekeeping, we avoided eating in the Room this time, but after returning home I slightly regretted it, thinking we should have enjoyed a meal in that atmosphere. I wanted my wife to relax during the trip as well, but she always works hard enough as it is… (and I can’t cook at all—haha). We look forward to staying again next time.

The wood-burning stove was a real winter highlight. With the seasonal snowfall, we were able to enjoy a truly magical atmosphere. The BBQ gazebo was very cold, but it was spacious and had sunken seating like a kotatsu, so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, and it was nice to have a side table next to it. I gave the bath 4 stars because it felt a bit small—though that’s probably because I’m big; I think it would be fine for women and children. Also, on the last morning (maybe due to freezing), there was no hot water. Since I take a quick shower in the morning as well as at night, that part was a little disappointing. As for the Facility rating of 4 stars, I think it can’t really be helped: the firewood for the stove was quite thin, so we had to add logs frequently or it seemed like it might go out. Also, one of the gazebo cushions was thin (my hips started to hurt), while another one was large and thick—I wish they were both the same size. That said, everything else—the view, atmosphere, wood-burning stove, BBQ gazebo, and bedroom-was excellent. I’d love to visit again. Thank you!

It looked just like the photos, but seeing it in person, the Room exceeded my expectations, and the IKEA-furnished interior was wonderful!! I also loved that the indoor bath was hotter while the open-air bath was cooler—the open-air bath felt so relaxing, as if it blended into nature. It was such a comfortable stay from start to finish that one night felt like a waste!! Next time I come to Kumamoto, I’d love to stay in this Room for two nights or more!! Thank you for letting me use part of the garage space as a parking area after I informed you I would be arriving by motorcycle. The next morning, I departed in light rain, but I appreciated being able to prepare at a relaxed pace. The large public bath was well stocked with amenities, and the open-air-style bath was very comfortable. For dinner, I chose the slightly more luxurious option with steak, and it was so good that I ended up finishing everything before I knew it, even while enjoying drinks. When I requested alcohol to enjoy in my Room, you thoughtfully provided it at just the right chilled temperature. Although there seemed to be several group guests as well, it was quiet and relaxing throughout my stay. This Accommodation truly showed considerate attention to detail in many ways.

We stayed two days after the memorable grand opening. The Facility, amenities, and meals were all of excellent quality, and we were very satisfied. As it was right after opening, there were a few moments when the staff seemed slightly inexperienced, but we received heartfelt hospitality that more than made up for it, and it became a wonderful memory for our whole family.

There were so many places I wanted to explore, and since this Accommodation near Lake Towada looked like it had delicious meals, I made a Reservation.^^ Every staff member was warm and welcoming, and I had a very comfortable stay. The food was outstanding—just as the Reviews said! I regret eating ramen at a weird time... The portions are very generous, so I recommend arriving really hungry (;_;) I was also lucky to be able to use the bath privately—it was spacious and relaxing. If I have the chance to visit Aomori again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

This is a secluded riverside Accommodation deep in the mountains, with the soothing sound of the river. Dinner was delicious. It was my first time trying basashi (horse sashimi), and it was tender and very tasty. Every dish was carefully prepared, and my spouse and I kept saying, “This is so good,” as we ate. The bath was wonderful—I went in three times. In the early morning, we visited Hagoromo Falls near the Accommodation. The waterfall twists into multiple layers like draped feather robes, and it’s truly impressive. You’ll climb uphill for about 10 minutes at first, but after that it becomes flat. I highly recommend going.

The Italian cuisine is outstanding. The views are impeccable. The staff’s hospitality is excellent. The only area for improvement is the lighting from the restaurant to the room at night.

We were blessed with great weather, and the view from our Room and the starry night sky were truly wonderful. The Onsen was also a sulfur-rich milky hot spring that we love, incredibly relaxing, and made for a very luxurious stay. Every dish was a carefully crafted creative kaiseki meal prepared for us, and it was delicious. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

This was my first stay after the reopening. Everything except the large public bath area was very clean, but there were a few drawbacks. There isn’t much signage inside the building, so it was hard to find the large public bath at first. The lettering on the shampoo and other bottles is small, which may be difficult for older guests to read at a glance. Perhaps because fashion tattoos are allowed in the large public bath, there were some inconsiderate guests—for example, leaving belongings in the washing area to reserve space, or soaking in the tub with long hair left loose while brushing their teeth for a long time—which made sharing the bath unpleasant due to poor public bathing manners. The milky sulfur hot spring water felt wonderful, but it was disappointing that fallen leaves made the open-air bath look unclean. The welcome coffee was delicious. The Western-style meals were also excellent! It was great that soft drinks and alcoholic beverages at dinner were all-you-can-drink and included in the Accommodation rate. The Room had been renovated and was very clean! The key card system and air conditioning are new and comfortable. However, it wasn’t obvious that the light switch is on the bedside table next to the bed, so an explanation would be helpful. I also liked that the in-room refrigerator is a two-door type. Since there’s only one place to hang wet towels by default (around the washbasin), I wished there were a towel rack stand like many Accommodations provide. When three people stay in a twin Room, no extra bed is provided, so this time we slept together “river-style” in a king Room instead. It was fun once in a while—and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were also very kind and helpful overall. All things considered, it’s a wonderful Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

We stayed for one night as a family of five. From the beginning, the staff provided courteous service when we informed them about our late check-in. After purchasing ingredients, we enjoyed a barbecue upon arrival, and they even helped us (almost entirely) with lighting the charcoal. We were given freshly picked vegetables from that morning, which were incredibly fresh and delicious. When we ran out of ice and planned to buy more, they quickly went out of their way to get it for us. The facility was stylish and exceptional, with cleanliness maintained to perfection. From arrival to check-out, their attentive service and hospitality left us deeply impressed—undoubtedly the best accommodation we've ever stayed at! Above all, the warmth and kindness of the staff stood out most. I can confidently recommend this place to others!

If you prefer simplicity, in-person check-in is recommended. 【Facilities】 The accommodation is very clean. All rooms are equipped with floor heating and individual air conditioners for maximum comfort. Each room has a private toilet and shower (the second-floor room includes a bathtub), ensuring privacy. The living room features high ceilings with an incredible sense of openness; however, while large windows offer great views, there are no blinds in the living area—this may be uncomfortable for some guests despite minimal surroundings. The semi-open-air bath on the first floor is spacious enough to accommodate 3–4 adult men at once comfortably but lacks a changing area (possibly designed for direct use after skiing using the laundry space near the entrance). Note that it’s visible from outside through its windows—likely from neighboring villas—so additional privacy measures would be appreciated. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and cooking utensils (though no measuring cup was available). Guests need to bring their own seasonings but will find it highly functional overall. Used dishes can simply be placed into the dishwasher. A baby crib can be borrowed free of charge if requested in advance (floor-sleeping type). Additionally, all rooms feature twin beds; however, according to staff members, they can rearrange them into a double bed layout upon request. 【Check-out】 Guests are told they may leave freely without any formalities at checkout time; however, confirming this process during your stay might provide peace of mind. 【Overall Experience】 The living room sofa was very comfortable to sit on, and we enjoyed watching TV on its large screen—it was an incredibly relaxing stay overall! We look forward to staying here again!
