During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

I visited during the rainy season, a time I don’t usually choose. Both dinner and breakfast featured exquisite dishes that felt refreshingly cool to the eye and captured the early-summer atmosphere, lifting the gloom of the rainy skies. What makes this Accommodation truly exceptional is being able to enjoy outstanding cuisine at any time, thoughtfully crafted to reflect the season through sight, aroma, and taste. I also deeply appreciate the warm, friendly hospitality shown by all of the staff.

Whenever you visit, you can count on peace of mind, safety, and exceptional cleanliness. If it makes people feel their best, it’s sure to be just as satisfying for dogs. No matter how many times we go, we’re always completely satisfied. -

From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

We had a truly wonderful day at this amazing Facility with no boundaries between people and dogs, and my wife, our dog, and I were all completely satisfied. The joy of being able to run freely anywhere across the vast grounds, and the environment with no separation between guests and their dogs, was exactly ideal. We were filled with a deep sense of happiness—like getting to experience an “ideal lifestyle” ahead of time. We’ve become big fans of VILLA SEDONA!, and we would love to make it an annual tradition for our family to visit again every year. Next time, we plan to stay longer with a Multiple Night Stay. This was our second stay. We had such a wonderful time last time that I came again with my mother, who loves art. She was delighted by the tower’s distinctive steel framework running through the Room and the many artworks throughout the Hotel. Thank you to all the staff for kindly explaining everything as she asked questions. At night, Accommodation guests only can take an elevator through a hidden door up to the observation deck. The special touch made our hearts race. Spending time looking out over the quiet city at night felt truly luxurious, and I was able to give my mother a moment that only a Hotel stay can offer. Breakfast featured a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients, and both my mother and I were very satisfied. Afterward, we were even served special petit fours, and we fully enjoyed tea time as well. This time, my mother and I took a relaxing stroll around Sakae on this one-night, two-day mini trip with staying at this Hotel as our main purpose. Thank you for such a comfortable stay. We are grateful for everyone’s thoughtful hospitality. We’ll be back again.

This is a small luxury Hotel with 55 rooms. As a result, the staff paid close attention to every detail. They greeted me by name whenever we passed, and kindly listened to casual conversation—this is a Hotel that makes you want to come back again and again.

In the wonderful space created by the owners, we were able to spend a truly relaxing and restorative time. Enjoying their thoughtfully prepared dishes—down to the seasonings—paired with local sake and served in locally made tableware was a real luxury... The journey there, transferring between local trains and buses, also became a memorable part of our trip. We would love to visit again someday in a different season. I stayed for two nights when a typhoon approached Yakushima and brought record-breaking heavy rain. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, I had to cancel most of my plans such as trekking, but thanks to how fulfilling my time at this Hotel was, it ended up being a memorable and wonderful trip overall. The Facility was very clean, and the staff were kind, attentive, and provided excellent service, so I was able to stay comfortably. The food was delicious—not only the buffet but also the dishes from the live kitchen—and there was a great variety that I really enjoyed. I hope to visit Yakushima again someday and make trekking happen next time, and when I do, I would love to stay here again.

This was our first stay here, and among all the places we’ve visited, it was the best Accommodation for Western-style cuisine. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality from welcome to farewell. The Room (very relaxing) and the bath (the in-room bath was more than enough) were both excellent. Above all, the meals were outstanding—both dinner and breakfast. Each dish was beautifully presented (including the tableware) and delicious, and we were amazed by how many items there were in the Japanese breakfast (we finished everything). We will definitely visit again during the autumn foliage season. One request: it would be nice to have body wash towels available in the bath area.

It was a wonderful Room with exceptional hospitality. The Room felt very clean, and when the morning sun shines through the turquoise-blue curtains, it creates a dreamy atmosphere. The interior is based on white tones and has great taste. Small items and amenities such as mugs and towels were stylish, and the space—with a coffee maker, toaster, and sofa—was beautifully designed. The complimentary snacks they had prepared were also a thoughtful touch. We booked the breakfast plan, and the ingredients included items from a local bakery, plus high-quality eggs and bacon. There are stylish cafés just a few minutes’ walk away, so it seems you could also enjoy lunch or dinner there. The location is excellent—you can walk straight from the Room to the beach, which is very convenient. They also provide beach sandals, floats, and bodyboards, so as long as you bring your swimsuit you’re all set for activities. A nearby convenience store sells goggles and fishing gear too, so it feels like you could come with almost nothing. After getting out of the ocean, you can go straight to the jacuzzi or the Goemon-style bath (cauldron bath), which was another great convenience. We rented the BBQ equipment; the stylish grill was easy to use, and even though it’s outdoors under a roofed area, it was more comfortable than expected. The bed linens—including sheets and duvet—were clean with crisp freshness, and the mattress was fluffy; we slept very comfortably. The staff provided polite service with quick and efficient responses. Above all else, the view from the Room is outstanding. The color of the sea is beautiful. It was only a one-night stay in this Accommodation, but we regretted not staying two nights—it was that satisfying. I’d love to recommend it to everyone… though part of me wants to keep it secret. To all staff members: thank you for such a wonderful time.

As a reward for my eldest daughter’s junior high school entrance exams, I stayed with a mom friend and our children—five females in total. The view from the Accommodation was amazing, both the ocean during the day and the illuminated scenery at night—so open and refreshing. There were generous amounts of welcome snacks, mineral water, alcohol, and amenities provided—it was truly impressive!! The pool was a perfectly sufficient size for what felt like a private pool, and the kids had a great time. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but we left wishing we could have enjoyed it even more—it was hard to say goodbye. The staff who assisted us were incredibly quick to respond; it really surprised me. Thank you very much. It was a bit of a splurge for our family, but if we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

Unfortunately, it was pouring rain on the day of our stay, but we were happy that you welcomed us with umbrellas upon arrival. We thought the ocean view from the Room must be beautiful on a clear day. There were several types of Onsen, and we enjoyed them privately, which was great. The meals were also delicious, and we would love to visit again in a different season. We came with high expectations, and this Accommodation exceeded them even more than we imagined. We’ll be back!

We stayed here with our dog again for the first time in three months, following our visit this June. Last time, the Italian food was so delicious that we decided to come back. Also, since you can dine together with your dog, you can relax and truly enjoy your meal. If your dog behaves well, they get a jerky treat as a reward—so our pup kept watching that staff member the whole time... We’d love to stay again.

This was my first stay, and just as everyone says, it was a truly wonderful Accommodation. The food was delicious, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the staff were great, everything in the fridge was free, and the price was reasonable. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. Also, since I love drinks, I was thrilled by the wide selection of rice shochu... Thank you very much! I’ll definitely visit again.

My parents and I had a very comfortable stay. They said they would like to come again, which made me happy as the one who gave them this trip as a gift. All the staff were very courteous and attentive to every detail. We relaxed with coffee in our Room, warmed up to the core in the free-flowing Onsen, and slept soundly. Every dish was delicious. The acqua pazza, in particular, was the best I have ever had.

How many places are there where a feudal lord’s residence still remains at the very heart of the town even today? Being able to stay as a guest in such an estate, and to take in the buildings and gardens—things that would have been impossible to see 100 years ago—to your heart’s content, made for a fascinatingly luxurious time where you can feel history and changing eras up close. It was an Accommodation experience unlike anything I had ever had before. The guest building was new and spotless, with drinks and amenities well provided, making it very comfortable to stay.

We stayed for one night and two days. The interior was beautiful and spotless. The food was delicious, and the staff’s smiles and hospitality were truly wonderful.

We stayed here with a family of five and one dog. Our check-in was a little late, but thank you for accommodating us. We were also very satisfied with the staff member’s courteous explanation at check-in. As for the meals, our whole family worked together and prepared everything smoothly, and we enjoyed it very much. That night, we ended up chatting late into the night as a family and may have had a bit too much to drink. Not only the building itself, but also the dining area, bedrooms, bath, sauna, dog run—everything exceeded our expectations and became a wonderful memory. Next time, we’d like to stay for two nights and three days and relax at a slower pace. Thank you again for everything.

It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!
