Minami-Sunamachi may feel a bit out of the way, but it’s about 12 minutes from Otemachi and around 30 minutes to Shibuya on the other side of the city. Above all, the Room size and overall comfort during the stay are outstanding. Since I work in my Room, I requested a Room with a desk and, if possible, a good view—and they accommodated my request perfectly. Even with lots of luggage spread out, I was able to stay very comfortably. During breaks from work, I watched Netflix and Amazon Prime using my own accounts. There are also convenience stores and drugstores right by the station, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced at all. For 3 nights and 4 days, I had an extremely comfortable stay at a surprisingly affordable price for a Tokyo Hotel.

We stayed here for our daughter’s 3rd birthday trip. Our main plan was Yunessun, but perhaps because we told them in advance that it was a birthday trip, the staff prepared a handwritten birthday card and even a birthday plate at dinner—our daughter was so happy! There was also a kids’ space, which helped us make good use of our time, and the baths were very relaxing. During the rock-paper-scissors event, all the staff crouched down to her height to talk with her, which meant a lot to us. There was such a wide variety of food that we couldn’t finish everything. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We’re glad we made such wonderful memories! There were many other families around, so even if our child cried or got fussy, it felt normal and we didn’t have to worry too much. We’d love to come again!

We stayed here as a family of four. The baths are simply outstanding. There are so many different baths that, unless you plan carefully, you won’t be able to try them all in just one night and two days—and every one of them is enjoyable. Above all, the “Shirozaru-no-Yu,” designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property, is exceptionally wonderful! If you love Onsen, I think it’s something you should experience at least once. The age of the building can’t really be helped, but since it’s such a great Accommodation, I feel they could put a bit more effort into cleaning. Even so, the baths were truly exceptional.

Check-in via tablet was smooth, and the service was just right, making the stay very comfortable. We were worried the meals might not be enough, but for our age group it was just the right amount and we finished almost everything. The food was delicious. The Room with a semi-open-air bath felt a bit small, but it was well cleaned and we had a pleasant stay.

The Hilton Group always feels reassuring—casual, yet just right, and never a disappointment. The lounge is also excellent. Thank you as always.

It was great—the public bath wasn’t crowded, and the water quality was excellent. There wasn’t a good place to meet in the lobby, but it couldn’t be helped. Thank you.

Second visit There is a welcome drink. The Room is clean. Dinner is delicious. The imoni stew in particular was excellent. This time we had the pork shabu-shabu, but it was not very good. I recommend the Genghis Khan or Yamagata beef Plan. The open-air bath is on the hot side. If you go to the baths at Lucent Takamiya first, you can enjoy it even more. On departure, the staff saw us off as well. We visited Zao three years in a row. We won’t be able to go next year, but we would like to stay again.

I was able to relax from arrival to departure! The open-air Onsen bath was amazing, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious—making for a truly happy stay. The river flowing past the lobby and visible from the Room, along with the lush green trees, was incredibly beautiful, letting you fully enjoy summer in the mountains. One drawback is that because it is built along the riverbank, getting up and down can be difficult. There is no elevator, so all movement is by stairs. In particular, the stairs down to the first floor are quite narrow and steep (though you likely won’t need to move around inside the Hotel very often). Also, precisely because the Onsen is so wonderful, you’ll want to soak many times—but despite that, the bath towels were thin and there were no bathrobes. Very disappointing! With such a great Onsen, I wish they would make it easier to fully enjoy it! That said, overall it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely like to visit again.

It was a late check-in as I only used it mostly for sleeping. Although the room was small, there were drink bar services and breakfast included, making it very cost-effective!

I made a Reservation for the Obon holiday because I wanted to relax. It was also great that there were complimentary drinks and light snacks in the lounge after check-in. Unfortunately, since it was right after a typhoon passed through, the view from the window was of rough seas, but I think it would have felt wonderful on a clear day. The Room was spacious enough, and I was able to unwind comfortably. The drinks in the in-room refrigerator were free, and we were told we could take them with us if we didn’t drink them—such a nice touch. We reserved a private family bath, which was very spacious and easy to use, so we could soak and relax. I wasn’t expecting much from the meals, but everything except the crab was delicious—I ended up eating too much. Breakfast even included a DIY rice bowl station (nokkedon), which was also delicious—I ate too much again! At check-out, we received drinks and a parasol as souvenirs, which made me very happy. I would definitely like to visit again.

We stayed in a room for three with a breakfast plan. The hotel is located in the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, offering excellent access. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being in the bustling downtown area. The public bath was clean, and although the open-air bath was a bit small, it was very relaxing. We chose this accommodation after reading reviews praising the breakfast. The seasonal salmon roe and yogurt were incredibly delicious. There is also a relaxing space where you can enjoy welcome drinks or ice cream after bathing, making it great value for money and highly satisfying. The staff provided polite service throughout our stay. This is definitely a hotel we would like to stay at again!

Conveniently located near the remote island terminal and bus terminal, with a shopping street and restaurants just nearby. The Hotel staff are very kind and welcoming. The freshly made rice balls prepared on the spot are excellent. Even on a Multiple Night Stay, it was a nice touch that the miso soup and rice ball fillings were different each day. There is also a gallery, and the rooftop is wonderful. When I come to Ishigaki Island again, I would like to stay here again.

Our family of five (four adults and our third son, 1 year and 9 months old) stayed here. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time, but the weather on the day was terrible—so bad we were caught in a sudden torrential downpour. The heavy rain made visibility poor on the way to the Facility, and it was still pouring at check-in, but thanks to the staff’s kind and careful guidance, we were able to get into our dome tent safely. Unfortunately, the bonfire event planned at the center was canceled, but that couldn’t be helped given the weather. Even so, the Facility offered a rainy-day-only service of lending a projector free of charge (normally 1,000 yen). Thanks to that thoughtful gesture, our kids never got bored and we were able to enjoy glamping in a way that only a rainy day can offer. By the time we headed to the large public bathhouse, the rain had stopped for a while and there were few other guests. The men’s bath (with our kids) and women’s bath (for my wife) each felt like private use. We could relax without worrying about anyone else—and for our 1-year-9-month-old son it was his very first large public bath. Seeing him enjoy it without being scared put smiles on all of our faces. Even at night the weather remained unsettled—rain on and off with occasional thunder—but we couldn’t give up on seeing the stars. After putting our youngest to sleep, we took it easy with coffee. When I stepped outside around 3:00 a.m., all the clouds had cleared away, revealing an unbelievably beautiful sky full of stars. Countless stars shone brightly—far more than you could ever see in town—and I felt staying up late was truly worth it. On another note, perhaps because of the heavy rain, a few millipedes found their way into our house tent area and our older two boys made quite a fuss in the middle of night (laughs). We ended up slightly sleep-deprived, but now it has become one more funny family story—something that comes with being surrounded by nature. In the morning we woke up to birdsong. The fresh air made for an incredibly pleasant start to day—a luxurious moment you can’t experience in everyday life. The previous day’s bonfire had been canceled as an event, but they kindly arranged for each house area to enjoy one until 8:30 a.m. next morning instead. Watching fire while drinking coffee and reading was exactly what I’d hoped for. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast together as family on deck in front of house area; meals eaten in nature are something special every time—and everything was delicious. Even after returning home,we kept talking about how much we'd love come back again."

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay in our Room. The spacious, beautifully appointed Room, the open-air bath while listening to the gentle sound of the river, and the truly delicious cuisine supported by carefully prepared dashi made for an incredibly luxurious and unforgettable time. Although it was described as “quality over quantity,” we were more than satisfied with the generous portions as well—every dish, including crab and fish, was outstanding and deeply impressive. We visited to celebrate my mother’s retirement, and she was thrilled, saying she had never had such delicious food before. With a bath in the Room and in-room dining, our family was able to unwind at our own pace; we felt completely refreshed and ready to do our best again from tomorrow. The staff were efficient, cheerful, and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable. Thank you very much—we would love to visit again!

We traveled to Okinawa to make one last summer vacation memory for our children. I had been interested in this Hotel for a long time, so my expectations were high—but it was even better than I imagined.
I thought it would be far from the beach, but there was a shuttle bus that took us close to the shore, and it was only about a 7-minute walk. It became a truly wonderful memory.
We planned to stay three days, but we couldn’t get a Multiple Night Stay Reservation for the club room, so we stayed in the club room for just the last night. The view was amazing and the lounge was great as well. If I had to mention one thing, the temperature inside was very low and it was too cold to stay long.
The pool was fantastic, and the service was excellent—thank you so much! We will definitely come again!!

This was our second stay since last year’s Golden Week. This time, we also enjoyed a walk around the garden and soaked in the footbath. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, but it was disappointing that draft beer was only available as part of an all-you-can-drink plan. We would appreciate it if you could consider offering options such as ordering by the glass or changing the drink plan.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. Thank you very much.

Due to Typhoon No. 13 and the Kumamoto earthquakes, our schedule was delayed by a few days, and we finally arrived in Kagoshima. Although we arrived at the Hotel early, we were able to enter our Room ahead of time, which was a great help after the long journey. After 3:00 p.m., we could also enjoy the Onsen and refresh right away! The high-ceilinged Room was clean and spacious, so we could relax well and fully enjoy the next morning’s Onsen and a satisfying breakfast.

It was a very clean Room! It was a bit small, but the price was affordable, so I was very satisfied. It was my first time having the front desk on the top floor, and there was a balcony, which was wonderful! The view was amazing! I would like to stay again! Also, I’d like to take this opportunity to express my thanks. I accidentally left my smartphone at the entrance on the first floor, and I’m grateful to the person who brought it up to the front desk on the top floor. Thank you very much!

This was the best of the three Hotels I stayed at during my 3-night, 4-day trip to Hakodate. There was a drink bar, the Room was clean, and they kindly stored my luggage before check-in. There are nearby options like Seicomart and McDonald’s, and the tram stop is close; I also think Hakodate Station is within walking distance. I would like to stay here again.
