The amenities use high-quality materials, which truly impressed me. I hope you continue to preserve this Japanese character. It was the best Business Hotel I have ever stayed at.

The breakfast was excellent. The parking lot is right next door and very convenient, but it can sometimes be difficult to use due to unauthorized vehicles.

It’s a small Hotel, but it was very nice. The day before, after a long drive, my husband’s back pain got worse, and they prepared a wheelchair for him—it was a huge help. Thank you very much. The Onsen was very relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious. My husband also said he definitely wants to come again.

We stayed on the day of the summer fireworks festival. What we liked All of the staff were kind. They greeted us with warm smiles and calm, friendly service. Above all, the food was delicious! The “Koyoi Zen” dinner featured ingredients that make the most of this coastal area, along with local fruit—everything was very satisfying. You can order not only drinks but also additional dishes. The kids’ dinner was generous in portion size and packed with child-friendly favorites. Some Reviews mentioned that sweet shrimp wasn’t always available at the breakfast buffet, but it was there this time—unlimited fresh sweet shrimp was truly appreciated. Also, during the fireworks festival, they opened up the 7th floor for 500 yen including a drink, plus potato chips as a snack. We could watch the fireworks from great seats at a relaxed pace—it was fantastic! What could be improved The faucet in our Room had a crack, and water sprayed out from an unexpected place every time we turned it on, leaving everything around it soaked. In the large public bath, the partitions between washing stations were low, so you end up making eye contact with people next to you and water splashes over. Overall, there were so many positives that we could overlook these issues. Still, we would have been even more satisfied if the Facility had been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Highly recommended for visiting roadside stations in northern Hokkaido and for attending the Haboro fireworks festival!

The best thing is how quiet it is. The front desk is not staffed at all times, and you don’t need to leave your key when you go out, so you can stay here without any hassle. The single rooms are also larger and more comfortable than those in a Business Hotel. There is a coin laundry and a public bath, and parking is free. You can reach Yonaha Maehama Beach right away by walking through the property, making early-morning or sunset strolls wonderful.

All the staff were very kind. The Room was a studio, but since I only needed it for sleeping, it was not a problem at all. Breakfast had all my favorite foods, so I ate too much. Thank you.

At check-in, I was able to choose my breakfast, and at the venue it was served individually, allowing me to enjoy a relaxed meal. I chose the Japanese set and had grilled dried horse mackerel. It was very delicious. I was able to spend a leisurely time and was completely satisfied!

Although we arrived a little late for check-in, the hostess kindly welcomed us, and we were able to relax and recover from our fatigue in the Onsen. The Room was also comfortable—we just wish we had arrived a bit earlier to take our time. We would like to stay again.

It was far, far better than in-room dining at a Hotel. The shabu-shabu and the morning sandwiches were outstanding. In a wonderful Room with views of Okinawa’s nature and the sea, our family was able to spend an amazing time together. Soaking in the bath at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean, greenery, and birdsong left a lasting impression on us. We had been told there might be insects, but perhaps due to the strong wind and temperatures, we hardly saw any during our stay. If we have another chance, we would love to visit again. We stayed here as a couple with our dog. Everyone was very kind and gentle with our dog as well, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The food was outstanding—well beyond five stars. It’s rare to be able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in the Room with our dog, and we truly appreciated it. We sincerely hope Wakura Onsen will recover soon and regain its vibrant Onsen town atmosphere. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

This was my second stay after visiting Asahikawa. I stayed in a Room with a rock bath. The bath in the Room was very clean, and being able to use it 24 hours a day made it feel luxurious. The breakfast portion was just right, and next time we gather with relatives, I’d like to stay here again.

It was my first time staying, and the staff provided clear and polite guidance. I didn’t use the large public bath, but it is available for free. The free parking lot was a great convenience. However, the spaces in the multi-story self-parking garage and the ramps to floors above 2F felt a bit narrow, which might make passing other cars challenging. It would be better if it were brighter at night as it felt slightly dim. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet, and both options were delicious. A "Sawayaka" restaurant is located next door, with a convenience store just beyond that.

I frequently stay here as I often have work in Hokkaido that requires staying the night before. The price is higher compared to a regular Route Inn, but the Room and meals are better, so overall satisfaction is high.

I stayed with my wife and daughter. There is a parking lot next to the Hotel, with direct access. Great location—right outside the Hotel there are a convenience store, restaurants, and izakayas nearby. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful. The explanations were also thorough. Our Room was on the 5th floor of the annex building. It had four beds, and the bed width was generous and comfortable. The toilet, shower, and bathtub were separated, which was very convenient. We ordered breakfast; the rice was just okay, but the curry was delicious. There were no soup options. It’s nice that the drip coffee machine is available 24 hours a day.

We stayed at this Hotel after seeing the Shibazakura at Lake Motosu. The next day, we visited Heidi’s Village. The Room was Japanese-style, with two futons laid out. It was great that we could use both the larger Onsen for day trips and the slightly smaller Onsen in the Hotel. The water felt like it would be good for your body. For dinner, we went to the Chinese restaurant in the Hotel. For breakfast, we bought freshly baked bread at Michi-no-Eki Kobuchizawa next door and ate it in our Room. We had a comfortable stay.

The Room was spacious and clean, and there were various bath options, making for a relaxing stay with pleasantly warm water. It was a Hotel with excellent value for money.

I stayed in Sapporo for two nights and chose this place for value. First of all, the parking fee is only 660 yen, with free in-and-out access during the stay—an incredible deal. At other hotels, I think it would be around 3,000 yen. The Room is a bit dated. I did notice poor ventilation in the bathroom, but it was clear that cleaning is done thoroughly. The front desk staff were also kind. There are many restaurants around the Hotel, so you can enjoy yourself without going all the way to Susukino. I used to stay only in Susukino, but my family liked this place too, so I’d like to stay here again next time.

The sunset was very beautiful, and we were very satisfied, but the breakfast was a little disappointing.

The meals were delicious, and the sashimi was very fresh. There were several types of open-air baths, which we really enjoyed. The owner couple were very kind and even helped us with local sightseeing recommendations, which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed at Hotel New Ote as a base for sightseeing in Hakodate and enjoying the night view from Mt. Hakodate. It was conveniently located near the morning market, tram stops, and bus stops. The building is old, but the room was clean. We stayed for only one night, but we were satisfied to be able to use the private family bath as well.
